Hi all, we have one fully furnished single rooms available in our lovely house. The house, fully furnished, is located in a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so if you have a car, you can find parking right in the front or in our driveway. The closest public transportation (bus stop) is just 2 minutes walking. Very easy to reach Mirrabooka Station and from there the city center. The room is fully furnished with bed, bedside table, laundry basket, desk lamp, and built-in wardrobe. Bedsheets, pillows, and blankets are provided as well. The bathroom is shared with just 1 person (An). There are 2 well-behaved dogs (both very funny) that are not allowed to enter in any of the bedrooms. Wood fired pizza oven built in the backyard for pizza lovers :D All the bills and WiFi (NBN) are included in rent. Ideally, we are looking for students or workers willing to stay long term.

It's really close to Warwick train station, Warwick or Mirrabooka shops, Reid Highway and the Mitchell Freeway. It only takes me 15 minutes to drive into Perth or 30 minutes by train. It's a really safe flat as well. I am on the higher level and I am protected by an automatic gate.
