The house is a 4 bedroom place located in Williams Landing. It is very close to the highway and thus make commuting into Melbourne a breeze. You would have bedroom overlooking the back yard (and gives you a nice view of McDonald and red rooster which are both walking distance). A short bike ride away is the train station along with a local shopping complex which has everything you need. The room comes with a shared bathroom with just one other. There is multiple living areas in the house along with a study we share. The house is fully furnished (minus your room) and our storage is limited. There is a decent size backyard. There is internet in the house and will likely be upgraded to NBN with the addition of a third house mate. Netflix and surround sound are also part of the deal. All bills are split evenly and paid on top of the rent. Unfortunately no further pets will be considered at the property and we are also not in a position to have children in the house.

I am currently a uni student about to start my final year studying engineering, I play footy well I was supposed to 2018 but had to have hip surgery so hopefully 2019 is a better year for sport.
