I have past experience with share accommodation, I am clean and tidy, pay bills on time and enjoy spending time with my room mates but in saying that giving space and privacy when needed. The house is in a really good condition. I got my own room with a Queen size bed and build in robe. I share the bathroom with another person but I got my own basin. It takes me 15 min by bike to the train station and just 10min to the shopping center. In additional you get another smaller room with a single bed and in built robe. Bills will be around 100 dollar per month and rent is 520 Dollar per month. Really quit area and nice walks. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me.
Secured with CCTV and an alarm system, the property is neat and tidy, with ducted heating and internet access. The bedroom is secured with a lock so you can enjoy more privacy. A fridge and freezer, a washing machine and a heat-pump clothes drier are available. There are two females and one male living in the two-storey house. You would be sharing the shower room with other two housemates. There are one toilet upstairs and another downstairs. All of us are neat, considerate and humorous and we often share snacks (e.g. chocolates and chips) with each other. Water rates and winter (July-September) gas bills are shared, but all other bills (internet, electricity) are included in the rent. Rules: Clean up after yourself. No guests overnight. No access to others' food in the fridge or freezer without permission...Be respectful and considerate.
hi. I have a large, modern, new townhouse located in Waterways Blv, Williams Landing. Two upstairs rooms available. One available now and the other sometime in March. Upstairs has lounge, balcony, bathroom, study area. I have the third bedroom which is downstairs together with ensuite, kitchen, dining, family room, powder room and verandah. House is close to Laverton and Williams Landing train stations, buses but having your own transport is preferred. I drive to Laverton station but sometimes ride to Williams Landing and store my bike in the bike cage there. Utilities run at about $5/wk. House is light, warm in winter and cool in summer. House has access to community gym, sauna, steam room, pool, tennis court.
We have quite a large open plan one story fully furnished house but have room for other furnishings. Room can come furnished if needed but costs more. I'm an easy going and quiet person, working full time in IT in the city (easy access to a train is a big plus) The majority of my time I'm either in my room, at work or out with friends or with my girlfriend (who will likely spend a few nights over during the week), I pay on time and have never had a complaint from other housemates.
