Hi peoples, if you are looking for a room in a relaxing clean and friendly environment I have a room for rent with a super comfy bed and a built in wardrobe. The apartment is tidy, clutter free, fully furnished and is located in a very beautiful and leafy street in Williamstown. You will have full use of household appliances and utensils. The apartment is less than 500 meters from Williamstown Beach station and a short 25 minute train ride to the city. It's less than a 5 minute walk to buses and 330 meters to the beach. Free Netflix and Stan. The property has a new bathroom, is freshly painted with new floor boards and carpet. The price is $190 p/w (or $823 pcm) + split bills (electricity water and internet). The room is available now. Me: I'm a friendly, relaxed and easy going 36 yo. I work full-time in the community justice field and study a Masters Degree in Law part-time. Males and females welcome. Sorry, no couples. Welcome home!
Hi! I'm Cecilia, native westy, employed fulltime in the city and with a variety of (somewhat nerdy) hobbies and friends to keep me pretty busy. When I'm at homeI like to spend time with a household, listen to music or watch a movie, share a meal or a glass of wine, and also take the time to chill and wind down on my own. I'm a bit of a keen cook and like to prepare my own meals a few times a week - don't worry, I'll clean up after! I prefer not to drive so a place that has good public transport access is essential. Otherwise I am not too fussy about location. Looking forward to meeting people around the same age range, LGBT + friendly, not racist or sexist, of any walk of life. I have all bedroom furniture, kitchen stuff and a few other bits and pieces like a table and a fridge, but am happy to part with them if they are not needed.
hey guys, My name is josh, I'm an 2nd year apprentice landscaper, I work 7-3/4 Monday to Friday. During the week after work I'm generally relaxing watching movies or kicking back flicking through YouTube or occasionally playing PS4 however I'm always down for a chat. Weekends I sometimes have drinks and/or catch up with friends. Around every third weekend I head to my hometown for the weekend to see family and friends. I occasionally like to skate and excericse at the gym. I'm great to live with because I'm respectful, always pay bills and rent on time and tidy and clean. I'm ready to move in sometime after June 25th and before July 6th. Feel free to message me to ask any further questions. Thanks
The house is 5min walk away from north Williamstown train station, pub is also close by, the beach is also just a 10 minute walk down the road. Plenty of cafes in Williamstown. The shower is hot, there is a clothes line out the back and a big shed as well. The room is decent sized and is suitable for a single person but can also fit a couple, and we are looking for a more long term housemate for this room. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions about the house ☺
I'm 24, studying Visual Art at Bendigo Tafe. Looking to move back to Melbourne for more opportunities. I'm easy-going, clean, and friendly. I love music, art, walking and playing with my dog Taco! Exercise, having fun, reading a good book and chilling out. I play guitar and a bit of piano, am into fashion design, and I love to create! Plus I always pay my rent and bills on time! I'm reliable, trustworthy, and am also interested in teaming-up if you think you're for me, and my furry bundle of joy! Note: Not interested in a "party house", but a fun one all the same! Taco is house-trained, is loved by just about everyone, and isn't an outside only dog. He never smells poorly - cos he's quite clean, for a dog. Prolly cos he grooms himself like a cat! ^_^ Looking for a dog-friendly household to move into. So decent sized backyard a must.
Hi. My name is Sam. I'm a 25 year old Bricklayer who works full time. I am originally from NZ, but have lived in Melbourne for the past 4 years. I'm pretty laid back and enjoy a beer after work. During the week I'm usually out playing touch footy or boxing. I'm looking to get into a house share with some like minded people, preferably of similar age. I plan on staying in Melbourne for the next 4 months (possibly longer) before going travelling, so if you are after a short term tenant or think I would be a good fit in your house, get in touch. Also, my move date is flexible by a few weeks either way. Cheers
Hi I'm Lina and I'm looking to relocate closer to the city. Not too picky as to where as long as it's within walking distance to trains/trams and grocery shops. Somewhere nice to walk nearby (eg. park, river, beach) would be a bonus! I am currently working regular hours in admin, but will be going back to full-time studies starting in July. I'm pretty quiet, tend to hibernate in my room with books/movies/video games (...uh...and studies from now on, I suppose) when I'm at home and go out every other weekend. I'm fond of art (both seeing and making), music (I've learned the value of headphones early on, don't worry) and animals (none of my own but if you've got them - fantastic!). I like to cook, but only have the motivation for it 2-3 times a week so I won't hog the kitchen too often. I'm neat, respectful of other people's things and personal space, pro-equal-distribution-of-chores and I've never been late on rent in my 5+ years of shared living. Please let me know if you have a room for me! :)
I'm a full time Veterinary Medicine student who spends too much time with their head in a textbook. I'm looking for a sharehouse with chill vibes which I can retreat to at the end of the day. I come with my best mate Charlie, a 10 year old Spoodle X hot water bottle who is a heckin' good boy. He's a super friendly pup, is quiet and doesn't shed hair.
Hi I’m Brendan I am looking for a long term household to share with nice responsible housemates with my dog just as long as its a harmonious household. I’m 43 & just re entered hospitality after a long hiatus formerly worked as a personal carer in Aged care for many years. I am quite & easy going have a love of music & european films & book reading yes maybe a bit of a geek. I am looking for a household where we treat each other with respect & can keep a tidy house ( I am not a clean freak but a housemates record of leaving the dishes on the sink for 5 weeks is not for me) & communicate be social or have our own space if needed. I am able to move now but I am currently on a fortnight to fortnight basis for giving notice. a 15 kilometre radius to the CBD is preferred but not essential ( love the area around Williamstown where I currently am.) I can afford up to 680 pcm I am trying to quit smoking but will only smoke outside. If you just want someone urgent just to pay rent its best not to contact me. Lucy is a 8 year old Blue Heeler she would probably like to be the sole dog but she has lived with dogs before she is very affectionate & fully house trained she sleeps in my room the yard would need tall fencing & be secure she is not able to live with cats. Thanks for taking the time to read my add if you have a room or know of someone who my please message me ; I don’t have FB switched on my phone & no internet at home but will check daily so there might be a delay in my response.
We are 7 mins walk from Williamstown train station . We are close to the shops at Nelson Parade . The house is an old Victotian weatherboard, clean & well loved . The bathroom has a shower over the bath, there is another toilet . The kitchen has gas cooking facilities. The garden has a lemon tree , sleep - out & lots of lawn . There is a large lock - up garage for storage of motorbike etc.. We are looking for a respectful , clean , tidy person , who is down to earth & likes a good laugh .
Hi, we are a couple in our twenties, looking for a place to live! We are looking to move early August, when our current lease is up - not before. Both working full-time (between Melbourne & Geelong). Easy-going, tidy, love a Netflix sesh and a few drinks on the weekends. Cannot live with cats or smokers, due to allergies and asthma. Interested in both rooms in share houses, or someone to team up and find a new place together, so feel free to message us :)
My name is Laura I’m 23, currently studying nursing and working part time as a carer. I am ideally looking for somewhere in the Inner West. My max budget is $200 pw but ideally would prefer between $150-170. My intention is to move mid July preferably after the 13th but could be earlier if I find the right fit. A little about me: I am studying nursing in Geelong (I am usually there about 1 day a week), I work as a carer (presently I have contracts in Port Melbourne and Richmond but this changes on a regular basis) I work mostly days but can have the occasional late night. I am financially secure and capable of paying my bills on time. I am happy to contribute to household tasks such as cleaning. I enjoy cooking, travel, watching TV etc. I would describe myself as more of a homebody, although I enjoy going out to movies, brunch, dinner or the occasional drink. I have a sarcastic sense of humour so as long as you understand sarcasm, don't mind a laugh, drink or tv I'm extremely easy to get along with. I am looking for housemates that are happy to share a meal or a drink when we can, have a chat or watch a tv show. But also doesn't mind some alone time.
whats goin on!? I'm a young 34 year old lad from NZ moving back to Melbourne Mid to late June. Already have employment to get into pretty much straight away when I arrive. I also have a job coming up in Sydney in the very near future (fifo sort of) so I'm either looking for somewhere temporary until I get the call, or if the house is an awesome environment and the price is right continuing the tenancy and fly back on my time off.... I'm single, no kids, an electrician by trade, social drinker, outside smoker, yo yo dieter, sociable, and looking for a place to not only put a roof over my head but to make some new friends too! So feel free to flick me a message if you think I'd be a good fit for your pad! 🤙 Will need parking available
I am easy going and come with no baggage, just luggage lol. I work full time and do volunteer work on weekends so not home a lot. Week nights I like to just chill and watch some T.V. I am looking for a long term lease and a quiet non party house, although not adverse to a chat and a glass of wine. Would prefer to have my own bathroom.
Hello!! I am a paramedic working full time looking for a place to stay for 6 months! From July preferably! I work shiftwork so won't always be around! Will certainly keep the place neat and tidy :) If you have a pet that is definite brownie points 😍 I'm also a vego so holla to any other vegos out there ✌️Love the beach, keeping fit and socialising! Message me!

I have recently come out of an abusive relationship and don't have the help or support from anyone. I am on centerlink. I also have my own business but it's not very big yet. I love to clean and i also love to learn so if you ever want help making dinner or anything i would love to learn how. I do have anxiety and bpd which means i am shy at first. I hope someone can give me a chance.

I'm pretty easy to live with, i work full-time tuesday to saturday and i have plans most times during the week with friends. I have previously lived out of home for two years from when i was 19-21 and only recently moved back with my family and looking to move out again. I'm a clean and tidy person and have no issue in cleaning rosters and things like that. I don't take up much food in the fridge because as i said i eat out a lot. *Also keen to team-up with people to look for a place in the western suburbs too. Send me a message if you're in the same boat and think we'd get along!* Hello future housemates, anyone got a room for me? Looking for a fun / creative / environmentally-conscious / awesome sharehouse on the west side of the city (so Footscray, Yarraville and neighbouring suburbs). WHO AM I? Greetings, I’m Evie (22)! I’m a hopeless Taswegian at heart, but have got quite used to this trendy Melbourne lifestyle over the last few years living in Brunswick. I’m studying post-grad veterinary in Werribee (big thumbs up for a place with animals!) so am pretty busy during the week. On the weekends I love getting outdoors – be it climbing, kayaking, hiking or just sitting somewhere painting or reading. I work part time at a climbing gym and occasionally take a dog for a walk (and for some reason they pay me too!). I dabble in all kinds of other random hobbies with varying competency. I’m an optimistic person and the general consensus is that I am quite nice. WHO ARE YOU? I love living with people, not merely coexisting. To me, that means laughs, adventures, shared meals and friendship. I care about the environment and would love to live with other people that do too (I’m 99% vego btw). My ideal place would be in the west, a house with a backyard, $100-200 a week, non-smoking, 3-6 people, and some sunshine. MOVE-IN As soon as possible!!
Im an awesome cook, im good with tools-a miss wannabe fix-it!, im a bit of a bloke in the sense that i like to do the mowing, happy to do garbage, maintenance type jobs..im fairly quiet and keep to myself but it would be nice to share a meal or watch a game once in a while. Im wanting to get back into fitness so a positive gym buddy would be great. My most important thing that governs any decision i make is my dog. He is big, very big purebred rottweiler! Super friendly, great guard dog, he is still a baby..16months..and has to be allowed inside. He is toilet trained..stays on his mat..but just love's being included. I can only live with people who will accept him as a housemate too and will respect and be kind to him. If u have no experience with dogs or are scared of them its not a situation i would consider. He loves to play ..can get a little rough but he's young and still learning..currently teaching him to close doors behind him! So its a package deal. he is all i have left ..i will not get rid of him for anything.
I am an easy going, clean and relaxed person. I am hard working and occasionally like to enjoy a nice glass of wine at the end of a long week. I am social, always up for a chat, but also respect your personal space and privacy. I am a relatively good cook (I know how to make a mean BBQ and awesome deserts) and I always ensure to clean up after myself. I am a young professional and work full-time, and sometimes long hours so am not home during the day. On weekends I like to go out and discover the city or new places to eat. I admit, I am a bit of a foodie. I am moving to Melbourne at the beginning of June for work and am looking for some awesome housemates. I am not too fussed as to where I live, so long as it is West of the CBD (to be closer to friends), I am within walking distance of a train station and it doesn't take more than 40 minutes to get to work in the CBD.
