I'm very clean and tidy to live with, respectful of privacy but would also love living with someone/people who are friendly and easy going. I'm not a party animal but do enjoy being social and having the occasional night out. I love cooking and if you have pets I'll probably love them equally as much! Hoping to find likeminded housemate/s
I'm in desperate need of an all female house (private bedroom) under $180 including all bills and rent, I have been looking for ages now and have had no luck so here it goes :) I'm Melanie, 21 years young, I work part time in Brisbane City and this will be my first time moving out of home however I'm independent, considerate and friendly. I can assure you that bills and rent will be paid on time and I do respect people's privacy. I was born in Brisbane ( Mater Mothers like most Brisbane Babies haha) and have lived here all my life. My cultural background is Sri-Lankan & Indian and I don't know any other language except English :) Please please please do consider me as a flatmate, I'd love to meet up for coffee and chat about the details etc:) P. S I'm not a drinker or a smoker :)
I’m clean & tidy, respectful of people’s personal space! I do enjoy a family social dinner with housemates and a wine or 2 on the weekends but also like my time on my own! Looking for a fun and creative household to join! I have two Boston Terriers who are inside/outside dogs and love being social they are more like cats and enjoy sleeping most of the day. I need to be in a new place by the end of Feb so if you think I could be a potential match please message me!
I've spent most of my life just south of Brisbane but now that I've settled into a full time job (admin/drafting/project coordination) on the north side I'm looking to move a little closer and cut out the worst of the commute. I'm generally happy to keep to myself but enjoy winding down with friends and shooting the shit. I like to keep my spaces uncluttered, don't smoke, don't mind sharing my Nintendo/Xbox and enjoy getting out of the house on the weekends. I am a fan of all animals and would love to find a place where my cat could join me but that's not a pre-requisite. I'd like a room that could fit a double/queen bed, desk and bookshelf but I'm not 100% committed to the shelf if space is on the tight side. Happy to bring my own furniture if required. I would prefer to move in on a medium-term basis (3-9 months) for now and my moving date is flexible. If I sound like a good fit then get in touch - I'm open to whatever.
I am a photographer running my own small business covering most types of photography from schools to sporting events. I am easy going and reliable and enjoy spending time relaxing with others around the house but definitely appreciate having a space of my own at times... Not a party animal but do work hours outside of the standard 9-5 Monday to Friday, I can work some very odd hours but am very respectful of others if I come and go early or late. Reliable and willing to help out and do my share in flat, and while I have my own life ideally would like to become friends with those I live with not just people who share a house. My cat is a very cute little girl who loves attention and short cuddles when it suits her. She is four years old and is lovely and very sweet natured.
Easy going young couple who have just finished their health degrees last year. Starting full time work this year. Love making a house feel homey, down for all kinds of hangs, enjoy a glass of red, beach days on the weekend, love the outdoors and cooking yummy food, and doing all things arts and craft. We are after the master bedroom if possible. Also having us will lower the rent because there's two of us in the room! so splitting bills ect gets even cheaper! Can contribute big beautiful fridge, washing machine, dining table, microwave, funky artwork and soda stream on tap. We are currently going to house inspections for 3 bedroom places - have got a gorgeous friend Sebastian (27 y/o male, beautiful human in every way). So just looking for 1 more person to join us! Give us a message if you're keen! - Roy and Gabi
I’m a quiet, tidy, private person in my early 50s. Work keeps me pretty busy during the week. On weekends I like to find a green space to go for a walk, chill out with a movie or a book, catch up on house-chores, and catch up with family and friends.
I'm well versed in sharehouses and a traveller at heart. I'm easy going and respectful of space. I'm clean and tidy and introverted but love to have a drink and cook, too. I'm a scientist by day, creative by night keen on film and the arts.
Honesty, Loyalty, Respectful, punctual, Love Life, I'm 43 yrs old so partying is coming to a close. Though like to wine and dine, movies, music to me is the essence of life for i worked in the industry most my life as a roadie. Now is the time to find a home and settle down to concentrate on study and my future at hand. Thanks for your time. Lee
Hi! I work full-time as a graphic designer in Bowen Hills. I have a cute cavoodle (Cavalier King Charles x Poodle) named Lola. She's an inside dog and could live with another little dog. I'm easy-going and enjoy a good Netflix and wine after work. I love travelling and going to the beach and spending time with friends and family. I would prefer to live in an all-female residence. I'm flexible on move date, and happy to wait for the perfect place.
Easy going, friendly and clean. Enjoy socialising but also don't mind just hanging out with the dog. I work 30 hours a week in Alderley. I don't really enjoy the scene or the apps associated with it but will partake in the occasional beer over a couple of games of pool. Enjoy music, writing and binge watching.
I'm an easy going, clean and respectful person. I like to keep to myself most of the time, occasionally socialising with other housemates but generally stick to myself. I'm hoping to find somewhere near the Ferny Grove train line as that's the easiest way for me to get to work.
Just your run of the mill fun-loving, easy-going, hard-working, mostly-tidy dude. Some things I do: misc. amateur sports, bikes, gym, reading to name a few. Anything outdoors / game related is my jam. Currently study the law and work full-time. Enjoy a nice bev on weekends. Love being social but generally pretty introverted.
I'm 24 years old full-time worker looking for an lgbt+ friendly household. I'm very quiet and introverted, any socialising is usually done outside of my home. I am currently trying a lot of different potential hobbies out so my time at home is limited. I've recently started learning to fence and I am planning to start learning dance or roller derby. I work full time in business development and in my free time I like to read, watch movies, play video games, and try to keep active. I'm big into scifi and fantasy and love watching new types of movies and shows. I have 2 beautiful and well behaved cats. They don't scratch furniture, or make much of a mess. They're extremely affectionate and love having a humans around. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! - Lydia
I run my own barbershop, so im busy most of the time. I have a ps4 and im willing to share. I make music and play guitar I have a puppy Miniature Schnauzer, she's small, quiet, toilet trained and super friendly I'm a social person so I wont keep to myself and make things awkward. Love coffee, hanging out, going to the markets, playing board games. I'm always up to chat, and understand alone time.
Hi! I work full time but love a bit of down time to relax and socialise with friends. A clean house is important to me and would like to live with like-minded people. Would prefer to be on the Northside as it is close to work. Look forward to finding a spot to live!
Hi! I'm looking for a fresh start on the northside, 11 years on the southside time to see what's the fuss is about on the northside. Very clean & tidy, social at the same time I respect other's space (not a space invader) as i love to have time to self. I love getting out and about then can also spend time being homely. I love cooking, going for walks, being active, watching movies, learning new things, meeting new people. I love to spring clean every so often, something I knew about myself until i had my own place. Im easy to get along with. Im not looking to become best friends, happy to hangout over a meal sometimes or to chat, watch TV in lounge area. I have a small dog(child) Sahara, she keeps to herself when she isn't with me. Sahara is a hypoallergenic breed. Most,if not all people fall in love when meeting her. She is toilet trained. Sahara only barks when strange noise at nights. She is a good with people. Is my shadow till at ease then she will be wanting a pat or to play though she not in your face or underneath your feet, as she like to chill be it on her bed or in the sun. Personality plus yet not hyper. Pretty awesome dog and well trained. She is my family in qld as my family live down south & OS... I may have a friend over once in a blue moon for dinner or hangout in room watch a movie. That's me a bit of a paradox .
Hey I'm Tiahni! 22 years old, currently preparing to move to Brisbane from late Jan/early February, getting set to start my Fine Art Degree at Griffith (Southbank campus). I also will be working part time in a hospitality role. My interests include yoga, the beach, art in all forms, and wandering around organic produce markets after different flowers, herbs & veggies. I'd love to find a homely abode to share with 2-3 other likeminded humans. We don't necessarily have to be leading similar lifestyles or have exactly the same interests, but an open line of respect & healthy communication go a long way. Vegetarian/vegan flatmates preferred but not essential, LGBTQ+ friendly, love animals but no pets of my own (totally OK to share with them!). I've been sharing accommodation with groups of lovely people for a while now, so am definitely familiar with standard etiquette of keeping communal & personal living spaces as pristine as possible plus always getting along well with a diverse range of flatmates. If you'd like references from previous flatmates or landlords I'd be happy to provide them for you :)
I work full-time in hospitality, study part time and spend majority of my free time doing work with my football club. I'm mostly a quiet person who sticks to themselves in the beginning, but once I get used to the people and places I come out of my shell. I have a stupidly large DVD collection that I'm happy to share, and a super hypo Rainbow Lorikeet (hand raised pet) that loves people and give the best finger tip massages, I'll even supply the Doritos. I would like a room that could fit at least a queen size bed, a desk and my boys cage, preferably with wardrobe. I'm honestly not fussed with who I share with, as long as they done mind birds and pay bill on time. Must be a long term stay, I hate moving and yet this will be the 4th time in 12 months.
