Pretty cool pink and green house with high ceilings and shit-tons of character. You'll be in the master bedroom with a large wardrobe, sweet view of the city (and fireworks!) I don't have loads of stuff, so either way there's space if you do. Hoping for someone to go on the lease for the next 4 months. Electricity, internet and gas bills split evenly, The owner pays the water bill Super close to public transport, The city is only a few stations away, very convenient to get to most places. Cats considered, no dogs sorry
I'm very clean and tidy to live with, respectful of privacy but would also love living with someone/people who are friendly and easy going. I'm not a party animal but do enjoy being social and having the occasional night out. I love cooking and if you have pets I'll probably love them equally as much! Hoping to find likeminded housemate/s
I’m a quiet, tidy, private person in my early 50s. Work keeps me pretty busy during the week. On weekends I like to find a green space to go for a walk, chill out with a movie or a book, catch up on house-chores, and catch up with family and friends.
ATTENTION: In Desperate Need of a Private Bedroom in a Sharehouse, With Mostly Females :-) Hello Everyone My name is Melanie, I am 21 turning 22 in April and I currently work part-time in a retail department store in Brisbane City. I have been working in the retail industry for over 5 years now and enjoy communicating with people and helping them to find what they are looking for. My cultural background is Sri-Lankan and Indian, and I was born in Brisbane. What makes me a great person to live? I respect peoples privacy and space, I am an independent individual that is responsible and will pay the bills and rent on time. I don't drink or smoke and I am not a party person, so you wouldn't need to worry about that :-) In addition, I enjoy a good chat and would love to get to know my housemates over dinner. What do I like to do for fun? On the weekend I love to catch up with friends over coffee or go to Southbank. I also enjoy spending time on my own watching Netflix and going for walks to clear my mind. P.S The maximum I can afford is $185 per week including all bills, please only message me if your post is under $185 or under and includes all bills:-) Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing from you soon
I'm a 28yo guy who works Full Time and is looking for a room that is unfurnished, my preferred housemates would be clean, respectful fun and out going.
Hi everyone :) I am relocating from Cairns to Brisbane and I am looking for a furnished private room in a shared house. I have been living in Australia for over a year now and i am very easy going and clean. Work full time, love to meet new people, travel, have a glass of wine and chat. I listed my stay as being 3 months but that's the minimum length of stay, if things work out i would be renting the room for longer than that. Feel free to send me a message if there is anything you would like to know!
Working full time at a law firm in CBD. During the week I am usually home at night watching netflix/cooking or out with friends. Weekends I like to go out for dinner/drinks/movies/gigs.
Hi! I am looking to move relatively close to the city any time between now and the end of May. I’m currently working part time and studying to be a makeup artist. I enjoy having a glass of wine, reality tv binge and chats after work, but I respect the fact that everyone needs their alone time. Generally a home body but I do love to go out for coffee or a few cocktails on the weekends. I own a car so street parking is a must. I have a microwave, washing machine, kitchenware, dining table and chairs, and all of my own bedroom furniture (happy to put furniture into storage if there’s no room). I do like to keep things clean and organised but I’m pretty chill about having house rules. Would be happy to team up with one person or a group to find somewhere to live. Please message me if you’re interested!
Hey ! My mate and I are looking for a 2 Bedroom place around the inner city Brisbane area. We're also very keen to potentially team up with someone and look at getting a nice 3 Bedroom place. We're both very easy going and work full-time.
Hey there!! I am currently working full time as a legal secretary in the CBD so am not home during the days. I enjoy having a few bevs on a Friday or Saturday night (I mean it is the weekend) as much a I do a quiet night in. I currently have an 11 week old puppy called Harvey (inspo from Suits) who is a kelpie cross so will grow into a big dog so you have to be fine with puppy kisses and typical puppy behaviour that we are working on fixing!!!! A big back yard would also be ideal for him. He would also love another friend to play with during the day. I am looking for a place closer to Brisbane CBD (hopefully with Uber Eats , I struggle without it on the far north side, and some amazing Italian restaurants), preferably North side so that I am still closer to my family :) Would love a house with a mix of genders in their early 20's, late teens :) Flexible on moving date and period of stay
I am a full-time online student and looking for some accommodation that is within my student payments but am looking for a part-time job at the moment which I am aiming to get before I have to move. I'm almost 19 and I'm quiet unless I don't need to be. I also have a boyfriend who is in the army and I hope that people I am living with wouldn't mind me having him over from time to time. On the weekends you'll find me watching movies and chilling out but occasionally go out for drinks with friends. Not only am I respectful and clean after myself but I always make sure my rent is on time and that I am polite. I'm looking to move in somewhere before the 23rd so if you are interested, please message me :)
Hi! I work full-time as a graphic designer in Bowen Hills. I have a cute cavoodle (Cavalier King Charles x Poodle) named Lola. She's an inside dog and could live with another little dog. I'm easy-going and enjoy a good Netflix and wine after work. I love travelling and going to the beach and spending time with friends and family. I would prefer to live in an all-female residence. I'm flexible on move date, and happy to wait for the perfect place.
Just your run of the mill fun-loving, easy-going, hard-working, tidy dude. Some things I do: amateur sports, bikes, gym, tennis, bball. Anything outdoors / game related is my jam. Currently study the law and work full-time. Enjoy a nice bev on weekends. Love being social but generally pretty introverted. Looking for something on the inner-north band.
I am a marketing professional looking to rent one bedroom. Will be mostly home at night during the week and away most of the time on weekends. I travel to overseas for work a few times per year, usually two week periods at a time. I am clean, quiet and love to cook. Im easy to get a long with and respect people's privacy. I don't have any pets. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, enjoy a nice latte at a coffee shop and chat
I'm a PA who works fulltime in East Brisbane. I'm easy going, bubbly personality, I love to be sociable, but also enjoy time to myself, and know how to respect others personal space. I'm clean and tidy, and would like to live with housemates who are the same. I am originally from the Sunshine Coast, so I try to get up there for the weekend around once a month, besides that I either chill at home, or catch up with mates. Also don't mind an occasional drink. I'm wanting to pay a maximum of $180 a week, bills/utilities included. I have a car, so ideally a garage/carport/driveway to park in would be amazing, but I don't mind if it's just street parking - as long as its easy enough to find parking spaces. I have all bedroom furniture, so would be looking for the bedroom to be unfurnished, but the rest of the house furnished. The locations I've listed are just a rough guide to the areas I'm looking at, but am happy to consider other places near by (preference is to stay North of the river), as long as they're lovely areas to live in. I'm flexible on moving date, but start of April would be the earliest. Look forward to hearing from you. Miriah :)
I'm super clean and always take the bins out when they're full, I don't mind shared meals (although I'm vegetarian so you have to like tofu), and I'm always down for a quiet night in with wine and netflix. My friends would say I'm outgoing, kind, and respectful of personal space. I moved out of my last share house at Keperra in June 2017 because we did a lease break. Since then I moved back in with my parents, but I'd like my own space again so I'm on the lookout. I graduate Uni in June 2018 with a degree in Justice, major in Criminology and Policing. I work for my family employment law firm as a Junior Paralegal. Happy to do a team up and find some cute 2 bed apartment in my listed suburbs. Anything else, just ask! :-)
I am a fun 21 year old full time worker looking to move closer to the city for work. Very relaxed and easy to live with. Clean and organised. Rarely home during the week and enjoy having a boogie on the weekend!
I am quiet, extremely clean, super easygoing and I always pay my rent and bills on time. I am a spiritual person and am very positive and carefree by nature. I work both full time and part time jobs so don't spend much time at home. I just want a nice spacious house with people I can get along with. I've been spoilt the last couple of years so am ideally looking for a WIR and ensuite. The main room in a house or a self contained apartment/granny flat would be ideal. I'll need a large bedroom, big enough for my king bed, bookcase, dresser and armchair. I have a tiny, quiet, housetrained dog (chihuahua/Tenterfield terrier). He is EXTREMELY well behaved, super quiet and very loveable. We are on the hunt for a fellow animal lover who understands the struggle of renting with a pet. Super bonus if you have a small furry companion too, but no worry if you don't. I'm happy to provide references from other long term houses we have lived at. Property MUST have a yard - don’t message me if it doesn’t please. and flat mates must be LGBT friendly
We are four students from Norway that will be studying in Brisbane from july to november, and we are interested in a place to live. Three of us will be studying at QUT, Kelvin Grove, while the fourth one will be studying at UQ; We would therefore appreciate an apartment between these campuses, or close to one of them. We're looking for an apartment that is fully furnished. We are responsible, reliable, tidy and clean, non-smokers. If necessary, we can give you references from our landlords from Norway.
I'm a 24-year-old trans woman, part-time worker & creative looking for a lgbt+ friendly household. I'm very quiet and social. I am outside of the house a lot but it would be nice to find a place to also entertain a friend or two. In my free time, I like to read, watch movies, play video games, and try to keep active. I am currently trying a lot of different potential hobbies out so my time at home is limited. I'm big into sci-fi and fantasy and love watching new types of movies and shows. I have 2 beautiful and well-behaved cats. They don't scratch furniture or make much of a mess. They're extremely affectionate and love having humans around. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! - Lydia
im just your ordinary 21 year old- studying at QUT GP, working at the RBH every other day and heading out with friends on the other other days - love to be social! but also want to be able to chill with a drink and friends :)
I’m 19 year old student currently working part time as a receptionist and studying full time at QUT. I’m currently living at home but would love the opportunity to move out and meet new people!
