I am currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine in Brisbane. I am seeking a clean living, non-toxic environment that is conducive to studying, relaxing, health and fitness and most importantly finding a fun flatmate (looking to live with just one other like minded). I live a very clean diet and lifestyle and don't mind a wine. Looking to live with another like-minded individual who loves life and is motivated. I love the beach and love to go walking, swimming and I do try to play tennis. I'm also a fully qualified hairdresser and continue to keep my cottage industry business thriving wherever I go. I am happy to rent up to a year or more with the right person and have a budget from $150 - $200 per week for rent including all bills and Internet. I also do have a small fluffy white Maltese named Miranda who I'd love to come join me as she was a rescue puppy 🐶, who I love dearly.
Hi! My name is Ellyn, I'm 26 years old and a full time worker (Monday - Friday). I am friendly, easy going and tidy. I like to be social but like my own space as well and respect the space of those around me. I am normally at home weeknights but get out and about on the weekends seeing family and friends etc. Looking for somewhere around the start or May, ideally close by to public transport for work and not too far from the City. At this point I am not looking to join or take over a lease, however happy to pay my share and complete a rooming or co-tenant agreement for RTA purposes. If there are any questions please contact me anytime. Thanks - Ellyn
I am an allied health professional working standard Monday-Friday hours. I am looking for a place to live closer to work (Chermside) with a housemate of similar age. I am originally from Melbourne and have been in Brisbane for 2 years while studying my masters degree. I'm looking for a friendly and considerate housemate (prefer one housemate, but happy to consider more if the fit is right!) who likes to have a chat but keeps most of the socialising outside of home. Ideally looking for a place with off street parking but will consider without.
I am an open-minded, polite, and well mannered individual. I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years and am currently a Strength and Conditioning Coach/Personal Trainer who is also managing a gym. It keeps me out of trouble and mindful of my health and fitness. When not in the gym for work or pleasure (pain?) I do play sport and head out for weekend hobbies. This is not to say I am not partial to a glass of red and the conversation/meal/film it is accompanied by. I am a people person and love meeting new people. Not looking for a hectic, late-night household as I need all the beauty sleep I can find. Preferably not smokers either. Couples and pets are most welcome. I you've any queries of me be sure to send me a message. Otherwise, let us get coffee and find a place. Until then I will leave you with this: 'Not ignorance, but ignorance of ignorance, is the death of knowledge.' - Alfred North Whitehead (1861-1947).
Hey guys, We’re looking for a 4th member to turn this trio into a …quartet???? We’re all students (one soon to be graduating) and are looking at moving to a property in Wilston (a bus stop away from QUT Kelvin Grove) as our current lease is ending. 2 of us are Creatives and one is a Law/Business student. We all love to hang out together e.g. get food, go to gigs and festivals together and would love to find a housemate that loves doing what we do. We also enjoy down time (aka netflix binging) and personal space. If you’re a student this will be the perfect place for you. The max each person would be paying pw would be $160 :) If you think we’d get along send us a message and we’d love to meet you!
I'm quiet, tidy and hardly home! I work full time and study at QUT. Looking to sign a lease for 6-9 months (preferably until February). Looking at 2 bed 2 bath apartments/houses with car parking.
‼️LOOKING FOR SOMETHING AVAILABLE FOR JUNE!‼️ Hey my names Emma, I'm 20 and have lived by myself sinceI was 17 but as I'm home so little, I don't see the need for a place of my own and decided to move out into a share house or get a flat mate when my lease ends in June. I am clean and quiet, I work 5 days a week so I am out of the house from 8-5 everyday, and then at gym until 8 most nights. I go out maybe every few weekends but I am respectful and quiet I don't ask for much but I do like my space, I also love a good chat, but I cherish my alone time as you can tell I don't get much. I don't have many people over and if I would, it would be friend on the weekend and maybe a weeknight here and there, or a couple friends every now and then. But just because I like my alone time doesn't mean I'm not open to making a new friend and, I love to have a good laugh and hang out sometimes! I do have a cat named Cleo, she is really sweet but does what she likes mostly and that is being outside during the day, and coming in to eat and sleep at night lol. She's fully toilet trained, flea treated often and very beautifully natured. Don't be afraid to send me through a message if this interests you :)
Generous bedroom with built in wardrobe Contemporary main bathroom sharing with one other very clean person. Modern open plan living with polished timber floorboards and high ceilings. Modern Kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, which open out onto an entertainers balcony. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living area. Unfortunately garage is full however the street is quiet and very wide and never a problem to get a spot. Incredible lifestyle opportunity - less than 4km to the CBD, an easy walk to train and surrounded by bus routes, shopping precincts, cinemas, restaurants and cafes This is a beautiful, stunning home which is ready for a neat, clean and busy person.
Hey my names Sean, 24 year old machine operator looking for a place on the north side. Super chilled and easy to get along with, very hard working and busy. Pretty much just do my own thing and wouldn't be home all that often most weekends!
200m walk to Wilson train station. Small cafe/restaurant strip 500m walk. Aircon in main living area. All furniture in living area is currently the housemates, so will be leaving. If you have a dining table and lounge chairs, great! If not, thats ok too as I was planning on purchasing some once they leave. The current lease is up in October, but have been advised by the landlord (private letting) that he doesnt see a reason why we cant stay on for another year should we choose.
Hey! :) I'm looking at moving into a place at the end of the semester - however I am flexible on move in dates. I am a full time law student at QUT. If I'm not at home, i'm most likely at uni or hanging out with friends. I'm pretty chilled out and respectful of peoples privacy but also have no worries having a chat and a beer in the evenings. I'm not looking for a party house, just somewhere I can get some study done but also unwind to some netflix and a chat over a drink or two. I'm happy to pull my sleeves up and clean around the house and help out with any other house chores like mowing the lawn etc :) I would ideally like a room big enough for my double bed, desk and to already have a built in wardrobe.
Hi, I'm a 32 year old pharmacist restudying a Bachelor of Economics/ International relations. I am looking for a couple of students or young professionals to share my place. This townhouse house is perfectly located right next to Wilston train station. Numerous bus stops, Homezone Windsor and Wilston Village are only a short walk away. The townhouse is also within walking distance to the RBWH. The townhouse has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extra toilet downstairs. The house also comes with a dishwasher. The house is fully furnished. You will have your own bedroom with a built in wardrobe, ducted air conditioning and a ceiling fan. You will share the large main bathroom with one other person. One room has the option of coming with a car park in the garage (the rent for this room will be $170) The rent does not include electricity, gas and internet bills. You will need to contribute 1/3 to these bills. The rooms will be available from the 22nd of April (negotiable). I am neat, tidy and am pretty flexible with flat mates! I will be studying a bit but I'm always up for some banter.
The room in the photos will be available on Monday the 24th of April and is not furnished. However the rest of the house has furniture. If you're a friendly guy or girl in your twenties or thirties looking for a great place to live with two other housemates you're in luck!! I'm a guy in my late twenties, currently working for Qantas, I watch a lot of movies and Motorsport. I live with my mate who study's at QUT and works at Repco, We are both respectful, clean, quiet and won't bother you or touch your stuff :) The townhouse has air con throughout, dishwasher and all the other usual appliances. You only need to setup your own bedroom. Do you clean up after yourself and pay bills on time?... If so, we want you to live with us!!
Hey I'm looking for a room in brissy for work, which is in south Brisbane . I own my own property but wanting to move closer to bris. I'm clean, mature and respectful of space. Socialable, into gym, beach , outdoors a drink here and there :) I have a 4yr old Siberian husky that is well trained, outside, friendly dog that doesn't bark. Let me know you have a room available :)
This 3 bedroom townhouse is in the perfect location, right by Brisbane city. The room on offer fits a queen bed and side tables easily, it has a built-in wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom with one other housemate which has a seperate bath and shower. Unfortunately our housemate has to move interstate for work. The townhouse is already furnished with a few of our items such as couches and washing machine so you don't have to worry about those bulky items when you move! A lovely grassed courtyard out the back, which is perfect for an afternoon chill, but nothing too major to worry about any constant up-keep. The landlord is extremely nice and is always attentive to any maintenance that needs looking after and the neighbours are quiet and considerate. The townhouse is only a short 7 minute train ride to the central city and is located in a quiet area in Wilston with plenty of shops and amenities close by. If you have a car, there is always spaces in the complex and off-street parking is available as well. Some photos used are from the original sale of the property. The furniture is slightly different now as you may see in other images.

Hey there! I'm moving to Brisbane on the 23rd of May and I'm looking for a private room or 2-3 people to rent a sharehouse with. I was looking at living close to the city and my maximum rent is $150 per week or $175 inclusive of bills. I'm always down for a few drinks, a gym session or a Netflix binge and I'd love to hear from you if your needs are similar.
Hello! Stating the obvious, my name is Olivia and I'm 19. I consider myself low maintainance and am looking to live with respectful people who are the same, social and laidback. I have a love for all things environmental and natural and I choose to live in a way which reflects that. I enjoy going for the odd run with my pup and having fun, but I'm also very balanced as I work fulltime and enjoy being in a clean household. Working in dentistry means I'm away from the house for nearly 12 hours a day, 4 days a week. Then on the weekends, I work as a barista at a gluten free cafe in west end! So I'll rarely be in your hair. I usually spend my day off catching up with friends or completely vegging out to be honest. My fulltime employment means stability for both myself and you as I am guarenteed to pay rent/bills on time. My pup is a 1 year old mini foxy, she's completely house trained, loves cuddling and gets on well with any animals. She's not the stereotypical small, yappy dog either! I can guarantee you'll fall in love. I also have two chickens which will provide us with fresh eggs all year round! Please don't let my age be a deterant as I've been living out of home and renting for 4 years. Wanting to move asap!!! Thanks!
I HAVE TWO BURMESE CATS - who are every everything to me. I am looking for somewhere to call home for about 6 months. I work full time in emergency services, work long hours and therefore looking for somewhere fairly quiet. Friendly down to earth and easy going. I am clean and tidy and a non smoker (cannot live with smokers).
Even though I could, I won't bore you with a long, detailed paragraph about how great I am. Essential details: - 25 yo - Working full time and studying - Moving overseas in December (6 month lease with no extension required) - Clean/Tidy I'm a loud, cheery, bubbly person. But I keep pretty busy during the week so I keep it to weekends. Looking for likeminded, considerate people. - Having been sharehousing for years, I have a lot of my own gear. My room needs to fit a desk, queen bed/frame and have large cupbords or cupboard space. - I can provide most things for a home except for a dining table and washing machine.
