I have a great room available in a 3 bedroom town house the room is furnished so you just need your clothes and linen and you can move in... You will only be sharing with me and my 10 month old puppy ‘Mooki’ The townhouse is very close to the train station (approx 3 minute walk) cafes and Kedron brook. It’s a spacious townhouse with a small courtyard and is really private and quiet. I have a puppy who is gorgeous so you must love dogs. I also use one of the rooms for yoga and massage therapy so you will need to be mindful when I have the occasional client. You must be a non smoker. I’m vegetarian but not concerned about your choices in food. I’m a fairly quiet person I don’t party much and prefer spending time being active and healthy rather than out all night. I’d love a person to move in who is a friendly happy and positive and enjoys their own space but also enjoys having a coffee, chat or wine together sometimes . The room is available now...
*Looking at moving in End July/Early August* I’m from sunny Singapore, and have spent some time living in New Zealand and Canada before. Currently doing my masters at QUT. I love food, music and reality tv. Recently into environmental initiatives! Not a party person, but cool with having a chat over a drink :) Would love to move into a clean and quiet place!
Hey, I'm James (30). On paper I'm a nerd but I think I'm pretty normal actually. I just spent a year in the US, now I'm back in Brisbane and need to find a nice clean place to stay close to UQ and RBH. Ideally I want a modern 2 bed, 2 bath unit. But would consider a bigger house if I had my own bathroom. I'd prefer a furnished house and am flexible on bringing my own bed. Ready to move in ASAP. Non-smoking housemates only. Bonus points for undercover garage. --- About me --- Work: research chemist. Fun: eating out, cooking, cycling, running, photography, travel, Netflix binging. Good housemate qualities: trustworthy, responsible, pay rent on time, clean, tidy, respectful, quiet, considerate, won't judge when you sit on the couch all weekend. Neutral housemate qualities: sometimes up for long chats, sometimes keep to myself, expect equal contribution to housework. Bad housemate qualities: Probably more sensitive to noise than most.
Very considerate housemate that likes to resolve any disputes/problems as quickly as possible. I'm quiet, clean and very friendly. Nothing makes me happier than sharing laughs, conversations and happiness with the people I live with. I work casually as a support worker and am attending night school twice a week for Auslan. I'm looking to share with people around my age who are open and friendly. WARNING: I will try to learn your language if you speak any other languages - but feel free to ask for English, Japanese or sign language words ;)
I'm a 23 year old female. I'm currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice to be admitted into the legal profession. I'm currently working full-time for a company performing contract reviews, although currently looking for another full-time job. I'm a fairly laid back, friendly person, and I enjoy being social every now and again. However, I do like my alone time, and I'm very respectful of privacy. I'm a very active person and I love going to the gym or going for a run. I'm very clean and tidy, and I'm looking for some friendly and tidy housemates to live with.
I'm easy going, social, and enjoy a clean household! I am a pastry chef so I spend a lot of time at work or at home baking. I love the outdoors and spending time with friends. I would love a house filled with like-minded people who enjoy their own personal space but don't mind a chat at dinner or a few drinks on a weekend.
Brisbane local looking to move sometime at the start of next year. Working part time and studying for my undergrad. Good at communicating, usually will keep to myself, but always up for a good chat. Would really love somewhere with a bigger backyard as I love being outside (and potentially being able to garden a little). I have a pet cat, but he is quite old and usually spends all day sleeping in my room, so if you aren't keen on cats he won't be a bother.
I am looking for a room in the inner suburbs so im close to the city where I work full time as an Economist. I enjoy going to live music, watching movies, cooking and going to the gym. I am very laid back and easy going. I am also very partial to having a drink and a yarn on a friday arvo. If you think I would be a good fit get in touch!
Hello, Girl seeks room. I am looking for a chill share house to make myself at home in. I work in retail in the evening which means mostly you will see me on the weekends. Apart from work I like eating out, travel and music. My cat, Ratlaser, will also be making the move with me. She is an outdoor, free ranged cat with no litter box required. She tends to spend most of her time sleeping on my bed these days as she is nearly 10. I am full housemate trained, can clean and respect communal areas. Only interested in pet friendly houses. Shoot me a message if you have any questions.
Hi there, I'm a 27-year-old working in Pharmacy full-time Monday-Friday and I'm studying part-time a Diploma of Human Resources. I'm very quiet during the week and mostly keep to myself, I love a great conversation though if you are up for it! On the weekends I am either studying, gaming or meal prepping. I don't have any pets or children but I love animals, so if you need a live-in pet sitter I'm all yours! I like to relax and enjoy my downtime by reading, gaming, or going for a nice long walk (and the occasional Netflix binge!) Cooking is also a passion of mine so you'll often find me cooking up a storm on the weekend, happy for you to be my taste tester!
I am relocating back to Brisbane and work full-time in sports events, which involves some interstate travel. I come with a loveable 8 year old Labrador who loves cuddles, so am definitely looking for dog-lovers to team up with. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, playing sports and going on adventures. I am an easy-going, clean and considerate housemate looking for similar type people. I don't mind sharing a drink or two here and there but also respect people's space. I am not looking for a party house. My move date is flexible as I have temporary accom at my parents (don't want to be here too long though haha!).
Hi, So I'm looking into starting my own lease on a house. Ideally it would be 3 people in a medium to large house on the north side of Brisbane city. Rent: $400-500 (splitting according to room perks, like size, ensuite ect.) Is that something you'd be interested in joining? A bit about me: I'm Connor, I'm 24, I have a few professions. I work part time as a draftsman for stable income but also work as an Actor, photographer, Voice Over artist and singing teacher. I love theatre and film, cooking and being outdoors. If you have any questions about anything more than happy to chat. Thanks,
