Hi there, Currently searching for a room in a share house. I am clean, polite, respectful and very easy going. I have shared house before so I know how it all works. I work full time and study part time. I love to binge on Netflix and drink wine if anyone is keen to join me. However I keep myself quite busy and I do enjoy my quite time as well. I’m hoping to move end of December/early January dates can be flexible of course depending on where I go but also where I am currently. 😊
You'll be living in a quiet, family-friendly street in the beautiful leafy suburb of Windsor. The city is only a few k's away (about a $10 Uber ride), and Windsor train station and North and Southbound buses are only a few minutes walk away.
Amazing oasis pool, BBQ area are great for catching up with friends or family. Kedron brook walkway, $10 burger bar and best Thai on the north side are all located within walking distance. 379 bus stop is also just around the corner or the Windsor train station is a short 10 minute walk. Windsor is a safe, friendly and avid foodie suburb. Room available comes with a wardrobe, spilt system aircon, freshly painted walls and can fit a queen bed. We also have the opportunity for the addition of shared furniture/appliances since our current housemate owns these and is moving out.
Relocating to Brisbane from Melbourne in January for work. I'm a clean and tidy housemate who spends the majority of my spare time training/competing in sport (olympic weightlifting). I'm looking for a place that's relatively close to the CBD, which has housemates that don't mind a social drink on weekends -- I don't know anyone in Brisbane, so this would be a huge bonus! In regards to length of stay, a minimum of 6 months would be ideal. If you have any questions, send me a message! Dylan.

This is an executive-style home with full ducted split-system aircon in every room (which you can control with your smartphone). You're renting the whole lower level of a beautiful Queenslander in central Windsor. 2 bedrooms, plus comfortable living area, and bathroom (full size with a great tub) are all yours. There is also a fabulous undercover patio with a small but fully fenced backyard - also all yours! Entry is via remote-controlled garage with direct access to the house. And yes, your car has space in the double garage and is safe and secure. There is no kitchen on the lower level, however, the laundry is large and there is plenty of bench/storage space for you to create a kitchenette, with access to the upstairs kitchen when needed. This is a beautiful home, walking distance to Albion train station as well as busway, local Coles, Fitness First and lots of other amenities. Nice and close to airport as well, approx $10-15 in an Uber. It is also nice and quiet with very little road noise and generally quiet neighbours. Netflix, unlimited (cable, so very fast) internet, gas hotwater (so we never run out!), gas cooking, electricity and water all included in rent (with reasonable usage). House is wired for Foxtel if you're wanting to add this service as well. Pets are negotiable on the lease.
Hi! I am originally from Belgium and have been in Australia for the past 7 years. I recently break up with my partner and looking for a place to relocate . Very clean person, reliable and always keen to meet new people for a laugh and few drinks, I also respect privacy and expect the same from others. I’m a very easy going guy to live with :)
My house is a beautiful old Queenslander in Windsor, with views of Brisbane city. I'm looking for a fantastic housemate to share it with! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! I don't know of a more convenient spot in Brisbane! The house is just 100m from Windsor train station and the Northern Busway - be in the City or at South Bank in 10 minutes! The Valley and RBWH are within walking distance. For those who drive, the Bowen Hills interchange (for the ICB, Clem7 and Airport Link) is 200m away. Could it get any better? Yes! On your doorstep, and within a 400m radius of the house, are all the amenities you could possibly need - petrol stations, convenience stores, chemists, several gyms, a supermarket, fast food (including McDonalds, GYG and Burger Urge), as well as a number of AMAZING coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. Why live anywhere else! INSIDE THE HOUSE The house is freshly renovated, with these key features all included in the rent: - city views from an enclosed front deck area (with wicker bar setting and lounges) - fully-equipped kitchen, including all the usual appliances, kitchenware, a huge fridge and coffee machine (coffee pods included!) - dining room - gym room with exercise bike, weights and various other equipment - office/study area - lounge room with TV, DVD, Netflix and Stan - ADSL2+ WiFi - reverse-cycle air conditioning in every room - polished timber floors throughout the house - downstairs laundry OUTSIDE THE HOUSE Important things first - the garden features a large outdoor heated spa/hot tub! It's perfect for both summer and winter! I have landscaped the property to give it a tropical vibe. Think palms, ferns, etc. There are several outdoor decked areas on which to relax, as well as a grassed area. There's also a large built-in BBQ. My driveway is wide enough to accommodate my vehicle and yours. There's also plenty of on-street parking available. YOUR ROOM Your room is the large front room. It has these key features: - city view! - fully furnished with queen size ensemble bed, side tables and a bedside lamp - a newly installed ceiling fan - reverse-cycle air conditiong - two large windows with timber venetian blinds All you really need to bring is some bedding (and, of course, your clothes!) OTHER THINGS Your room includes use of the main bathroom, which has a toilet, bath-shower and vanity. It also has a fan/light/heat unit installed. I use my own separate ensuite. The house is situated on a minor arterial, so there is some minor traffic noise at off-peak periods, but I have found it to be quite tolerable. The rent includes all reasonable usage of utilities (water, electricity, gas). It also includes, WiFi usage, toilet paper, and pods for the coffee machine!
JANUARY 2018 onwards only! We're a young married couple looking to relocate to Brisbane from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia sometime in January 2018. We are both working professionals. Looking for a fully furnished ensuite bedroom for 250aud (max) inclusive of all bills. If however you are looking to team up, we're all ears! Since we do want the ensuite and don't own a car, so you may take the porch for yours! We're clean and tidy, and a believer in personal space. We love animals too, so if you've got a furkid we don't mind helping out with the pets
We are a Brazilian couple studying in Brisbane. We hope to have a place to call home for the next six months. We will respect your privacy, but we also would like to make friends to hang out with. We are easy going and relaxed but also organized.
21 year old Female. I work full time in South Brisbane (Monday to Friday flexible hours) I am very quiet during the week. I am very easy going. I like to keep my own personal space I do enjoy company and chatting about life/work. I keep a busy lifestyle I have commitments to football every Tuesday night getting myself prepared for pre season. If you enjoy EPL we will get along very well. Most other week nights I'm usually at the gym mainly in bed watching netflix/playing xbox tired from work or hanging out with my partner. Weekends I'm out and about if so i am in bed recovering from the night before or just spending a night in with the partner. I'm looking for someone with a stable job (hospitality, office, nightlife, even uni with a part time job that can afford to live out of home). That has a similar social life to me doesn't mind socializing but likes their own personal space as much as i do mine. I'm looking for somewhere reasonably close to the city for 7:30 starts. Preferably somewhere with my own bathroom.I am a bit of a clean freak. But totally understand boundary. Message me If this sounds like you or someone you know .
I am a 21 y.o full time business management/ international tourism student at UQ, working part time at Hilton Brisbane as a restaurant host. I'm looking to move closer to uni & work. Hi! Originally from Melbourne I am looking to move to Brisbane permanently early Dec. I am a full time shift worker so am out most nights. During my time off I am usually at home but do enjoy eating out and discovering new places. Love cooking and am always happy to share a meal and glass of wine. I like to be social but also appreciate my own space and company. Am experienced in house sharing and enjoy the dynamics of living with people. My job is in Bowen Hills so the closer the better. Looking for an unfurnished room thankyou
Howdy! I'm currently studying full-time at QUT, and work part-time. I'd describe myself as active and bubbly, so I'm usually outdoors or meeting friends. I really cherish my down time at the end of the day in the comforts of home, and seeking housemates who similarly cherish conversation, laughter & peace in the home. I am highly respectful of boundaries, and feel that open communication helps resolve things efficiently. Looking forward to linking up with ya! :)
New to Brisbane for work, down to earth and easy to get along with. Tolerant, clean and respectful of privacy. I'm a single male and a (respectful) smoker.
I work full-time in fortitude valley and spend most weekends on the GC with my partner. I enjoy my personal space, gym and socialising over a glass or two of wine. I'm very neat and tidy and prefer a similar environment. Preferred gender: female
