The room has a tv in for you to watch from the comfort of bed. It also has a wall fan and a remote control to control the light. This property is great for so many reasons. We have solar panels so the bills are cheap, so its great running the air conditioner in the Brisbane heat! A balcony, internet included in the rent, dishwasher, BBQ on the balcony, gas cook top, washer and dryer. And a Nespresso machine, too. We are also a 5 minute walk from Windsor train station and 5 minutes from Wilston central. Also amazing options for uber eats!
This apartment has been nothing if not the most practical place I have lived. It has all the amenities you could need including a cute little courtyard and a washing line. It is a minutes walk from the major bus services and is 1 stop from RBWH and 3 from QUT. It's a 2 minute walk to major train services and 3 stops from Central Station. There are some amazing Cafes and Restaurants around and all the Uber eats options you could want. The room has its own ensuite, mirrored wardrobe and space for a queen bed! there is space in the lounge room for a desk too! There is parking if you are happy to share. Bills are $30 a week including Gas, Electricity and internet! We do a rent and amenities dump into an account weekly so we usually get about $300 back every 6 months so its a great way to save some extra $$ and never have that horrible bill shock we all hate.
Hey! We are Kirsten and Stu, and we are looking for a couple of lovely people to live with. We are both music teachers working full-time, with Kirsten away most weekends playing gigs at weddings and casinos. Stu is a huuuuge nerd, and has a collection of boardgames and 40K models like you wouldn't believe. We are super friendly and fun, and love to travel. Kirsten makes her own sourdough and kombucha, so there will always be a plentiful supply! We understand that everyone needs space and privacy, but would also love housemates who we can have boardgame nights with and chats with. :) We have three adorable pets. Claude & Eden are our Ragdoll cats, and Lily is our mini Dachshund/Jack Russell. The kind of place we're looking for would ideally be: - Brisbane Southside or central - not super fussed - 3-5 bedrooms - Fully fenced backyard - Aircon and dishwasher - Enough space for us to store our furniture and musical instruments - we come with a bed, dresser, side tables, couch, dining room table, bookshelf, fridge, washing machine, TV, double bass, keyboard, cello and guitars. Send us a message! Let's have a coffee and see if we're a good fit. :)

Hello! We are in the process of moving interstate, as such we require someone to take over our lease for this modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Windsor. The lease is for approximately another 6 months ending 19/09/2019 with the option to extend. The rent is $460 per week and bond is 4 weeks upfront. As you can see from the photos you'll be super close to the city with the bus stop only being a 2 minute walk, it's also very convenient to get to the Northside, Westfield Chermside is only a 15 minute drive. Multiple Coles/Woolies in the area and Maccas is just across the road!!! Both bedrooms are large and have plenty of storage/closet space, direct sunlight and air-conditioning. The master has an ensuite and the second bathroom is opposite to the other bedroom, both of which are very quiet. You will have access to a spacious open plan kitchen with excellent views, a large living area to entertain guests and also a balcony that is perfect for kicking back, relaxing and watching the sunset. This place would be ideal for couples who are after a bit of extra space or alternatively friends who would like to share together. The building managers are also very friendly and helpful. Pets are accepted upon successful application. If you have any questions or would like to set up an inspection please don't hesitate to message or text at any time.
I’m 22, queer and vegan. I love art, animals, food, philosophy, nature and video games. I'm looking for a room in a place that is preferably vegetarian/vegan based, LGBT+ friendly and close to the city! I am friendly, tidy, and quiet, always on time with rent/bills. I will be studying full time so the closer to South Bank, the better! Thank you!
Hey guys 🙌 My name is Janona (Brown girl on the left of pic) and i'm 25 years of age, Samoan from NZ lived here for 7 years. Happy to uber from any of the surrounding locations i've slected but will most likely walk to work if I hopefully find somewhere close. I am looking for a place with really chill flatmates that are easy going and respect each others space but also don't mind hanging out now and then. I'm really big on tidying up after myself so would love the same for everyone else. Other than that i'm very flexible and easy going, don't mind having a chat or whatever.

Hi! I'm José from Spain, I'm 27 years old and just arrived to Brisbane. I'm graduated in Law and Business and I'm studying Journalism and Human Sciences now. I'll be at the QUT this first semester, and I'm interested in travel, know the country and above all conect with new people. I can speak Spanish and Italian (apart of English). I love sports, dance and socialising (but i'm not the crazy party kind of guy). I would like to find Australian flatmates to improve my English and be part of their way of live.

Being able to get a restful night's sleep is a must. I'm naturally sociable and enjoy and laugh and a chat, when the opportunity arises. I will be traveling overseas in May, for an artist residency. Hey there! I'm looking to move myself from the Gold Coast to Brisbane in the new year for uni! I’ve been living with flatmates for almost 2 years now and I’m super respectful of personal space, but am also always down for a chat or a drink here and there. My current lease is finished so moving ASAP would be ideal! Can contribute furniture and appliances to the house as well. I would love to live with some people I can be friends with around my age, and I’m looking to move as soon as possible once I find the right place and people. I spend a lot of my time at uni (law x criminology) , work or the gym, but I also love going to gigs and festivals in my spare time although I’m in no way a big party person, just occasionally. I do have a cat, her cats name is Asha, and she’s super quiet and mainly keeps to herself, but she’s still friendly once she warms up and house trained.
