I work full-time and also study at university (6 months left until I graduate). I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. Feel free to chill in your room or join me in watching a TV show, I don't mind! If any of us want to have friends over for a drink etc. every now and then, the only rule is you must save your housemate(s) a drink! I'm a pretty clean/tidy individual, and I won't chuck a tantrum if you forget to do the dishes one night. I don't smoke or have a pet either. If we can keep everything reasonably clean and pay the rent on time, we will get along fine! I am potentially moving into a new apartment in my current complex, and would like to find another housemate to take the second bedroom. I hope to have it sorted by early/mid June. Rent would be around $200 per week. I'm also open to finding a new place as a teamup.
We're a couple that has been together for 4 years, we've recently relocated from Melbourne to be closer to relatives & for work. We are looking for accomodation close to Fortitude Valley, also a space preferably with our own bathroom. We are very neat & tidy people who enjoy a bit of quiet time after work & we can respect other peoples privacy. We also love socialising with friends and family often, going out to try new cafes & keeping active (adventure walks, gym etc.) on the weekends. Our length of stay is flexible approximately 6 months, but maybe longer with the right housemate/s. If you think we could be suited as your housemates, feel free to message us :) Look forward to hearing from you, Shanelle & James
Hi there! My name is Rachel, I'm a 41 year old personal aged disability carer. I work Monday to Friday starting from 6.30-8.30am and finishing from 2.30-5. I'm outgoing and friendly but lead a quiet lifestyle so no crazy late nights or parties for me. Not much of a drinker however I do smoke occasionally (outside only) I have 2 adult children, 1 of whom lives close by so she might pop by from time to time. I'm really easy going and won't take anything too personally. I'm clean and organised so open to cleaning schedules or rosters but nothing crazily strict or overly consequential. I don't use the appliances like crazy, being conscious of utility bills. I'd love to have a chat in the lounge and be friendly with whoever I live with but I respect personal space and will most of the time keep to myself in my own space. I have one 8 year domestic long hair cat named Shiloh. Spends a lot of the day outside however has her days in and always sleeps inside with me at night. She keeps to herself but always loves pats and attention. Tolerates other cats and small dogs :)
I'm 19 and in my second year of studying a Business degree at QUT. I work two jobs - one in the City and the other in Chermside. I enjoy running, exploring around Brisbane/the Coast, going out a bit and being social, but also relaxing and having my own space when I have work to focus on. I’m very easy-going, friendly and considerate of other people's space and privacy. I'm tidy and clean up after myself, and would expect the same from the people I live with. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Hi i'm Zoe! When I need to move: 6/06/17 at the latest and really want to stay in Lutwyche/ Windsor. What I am looking for: Queen size room with ensuite or own bathroom and built ins. About me: I'm 25 years old and work full time. I'm right into my fitness and outdoor activities, that's not to say I don't mind a cheeky cider on the weekends. I'm pretty chilled and laid back, I like to live with friends and be able to hang out and throw chat if we are both home. I usually spend my days off trying to get a dive in on the coasts so i'm not home to often but when I am I am clean and tidy and respectful of your down time/ area. I don't smoke, but also don't care if you do!
I'm relatively new to Brisbane.I'm 32, originally from the Philippines. I came to WA last year but have to move to Brisbane for work. I work full time from M-F 8-5 in Albion (IT). I'm easy to get along with, respectful and independent. Happy to cook, share and clean up. I'm up for a chat, happy to socialize but also need alone time to recharge. Looking preferably near train station and would prefer dogs over cats.
Hi, I am not moving to Brisbane until JULY. I will be working as a physiotherapist in hospitals around Brisbane finishing my uni prac's, as well as a gymnastics coach. I am a friendly, upbeat person, always up for a chat, a Neflix/Friends/Grey's Anatomy sesh, a casual glass or two of wine and maybe a fun night out, but I also like my personal space. I like going to the gym, cooking, shopping, exploring, or going to the beach. I am always respectful, mindful of my fellow housemates, clean and tidy. Nonsmoker, no children, no pets (but I love dogs) I have a great previous rental history and would ideally like to live somewhere close to the CBD/Nth of the CBD and the main hospitals with a nice homely feel and my own bathroom would be great! I would prefer a housemate/s to be of similar age, female or co-ed, and as an added bonus also works in the health sector. I will be moving to another new city so and not know anyone so being able to build a friendship and a home not just somewhere to sleep would be an added bonus!
I'm a clean, quiet and respectful housemate. I keep to myself a lot but always up for a chat/drink on weekends. I study Social Work at QUT and also work part time in a cafe! On weekends I like to hang out with friends, take road trips to the beach, go on hikes and explore new food/coffee places :) other than that you'll find me chilling at home studying or watching YouTube (procrastination is one of my many skills...) I'm looking for a clean place with friendly like- minded housemates. I would like my own bathroom and preferably air conditioning.
Hey all - Fitness business owner looking for a place to live! I recently took a role that requires me in Bris for the next 6mths so I'm packing up my stuff and moving (temporarily) from Sydney. Into training, reading, watching doco's, the odd red wine and adventuring. I'm up early and off to work by 5 or 6, then back by 7pm. Here to work hard and hustle so I may not spend a lot of time at home. Prefer a furnished place as all of my furniture is in Syd but if needed for the right place will sort it out.
Hey, Im Lachlan, im a 22year old easy going, active guy. I play sport 3-5 times a week so im always active and out of the house. I am neat and tidy, love to cook and always up for anything if you want me to join. I have a 1 year old dog and a 18month old cat. Both very easy going, the dog is a Kelpie and the cat is a Ragdoll. Good fencing is a must, and the Cat does not have to be strictly inside.

‼️LOOKING FOR SOMETHING AVAILABLE FOR JUNE!‼️ Hey my names Emma, I'm 20 and have lived by myself sinceI was 17 but as I'm home so little, I don't see the need for a place of my own and decided to move out into a share house or get a flat mate when my lease ends in June. I am clean and quiet, I work 5 days a week so I am out of the house from 8-5 everyday, and then at gym until 8 most nights. I go out maybe every few weekends but I am respectful and quiet I don't ask for much but I do like my space, I also love a good chat, but I cherish my alone time as you can tell I don't get much. I don't have many people over and if I would, it would be friend on the weekend and maybe a weeknight here and there, or a couple friends every now and then. But just because I like my alone time doesn't mean I'm not open to making a new friend and, I love to have a good laugh and hang out sometimes! I do have a cat named Cleo, she is really sweet but does what she likes mostly and that is being outside during the day, and coming in to eat and sleep at night lol. She's fully toilet trained, flea treated often and very beautifully natured. Don't be afraid to send me through a message if this interests you :)
Hi! I'm a 44 year old Psychologist looking to move close to Kedron State High by the end of June 2017, when my current lease ends. I am looking to share a place so I can continue to work part time while I recover from breast cancer (I have the all clear). I live a healthy and relaxed lifestyle, and am really easy going. I'm happy to cook and clean and help out around the house as much as needed. My 11 year old son is going to Kedron State High next year and I want to move into the catchment area long-term. I have my son with me every second week. He is super quiet and well mannered. We love going out on weekends and during the week he isn't home much, as he has football training twice a week which means he gets home around 8pm and goes to bed. We also regularly spend weekends away visiting family in Toowoomba. I have a well trained 1 year old mini-maltese x silky who can sleep outdoors at night. He isn't a "yapper" and I'm training him to be a therapy dog. If a pet is a dealbreaker, I can send my dog to stay with my mum in Toowoomba. Ideally I'm looking for two bedrooms, but we would move into a large bedroom with space for two beds or a room with a study adjoining or nearby. We have lived in share accommodation before and enjoy meeting new people. Any questions, just ask!

Very spacious room available in early June/late may. As I've only just moved there are still a few boxes lying around in the photos. Your room has a 3 door sliding wardrobe, queen bed and access to your own bathroom (just outside your door). Your room and the living area are all air conditioned. The apartment has a balcony, with nice views of the city and a breeze. Internet will be included and other bills split between 2. There is easy parking on the street and it is super close to the Northern Busway and Lutwyche Road and walking distance to the RBWH. There is also a park on the street with a bikeway, picnic tables/bbq and breakfast creek running through it. There is great free street parking and bike racks available at the complex also. Modern appliances throughout the house and kitchen, dishwasher and your general kitchen stuff (mixer, baking ware, entertaining dishes etc) are all included. The living room is pretty spacious and I I have a desk so if you have a laptop, we can share a study space. I'm also a huge cookbook fanatic so if you're into reading about food, the selection is great, I also have a fair amount of novels and magazines so you should never get bored.
I'm friendly, positive, outgoing and looking to start a share home - maybe a 3-4 bedroom house? My current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend and I'm hoping to find a slightly larger home that allows for housemate dinners, Friday night wines and a warm, friendly vibe. I like a fairly quiet home during the week (no wild parties but always down for dinner parties/Netflix!) but love getting out and about on the weekend. I love the beach and bush walks, gigs and eating out. I've been house sharing for many years so I'm housetrained and considerate! I have a washing machine, couch and a few other pieces and I'm happy to buy more. I also have a gorgeous, tiny, Cavoodle pup - I know some people don't want to live with pets and I understand that, BUT I'm a responsible pet owner and would ensure boundaries are respected. She's also 100% adorable so if you're a dog person, you'll love her. I work for a non for profit and most days I'm down in Logan or in our office in South Brisbane, but sometimes I work from home, so it would be great if there was a small space for my desk - not major but would be a bonus. Would love to hear from anyone if you think we'd make good home mates! Please give me a text/call if you want to meet. Cheers!
