Boring Disclaimer: 150 per week is my absolute maximum, and it must include bills and internet. I am on Youth Allowance. If you can see this listing, I still need a home :) Basic Requirements: I am looking for a place with easy access to public transport, particularly between QUT Kelvin Grove and the Gabba/Annerley. No pets that shed, it seems to make my allergies worse. No smokers, no 420. Room needs to be mostly unfurnished, and be able to comfortably fit a double bed, desk, and room for clothes storage containers. Better things: I am studying a Master's Degree in Public Health. In my spare time, I go to a weekly D&D session, and also like to hang out with friends and play board games (cooler than Monopoly) . I also love watching stuff on Netflix, or streaming things like Archer, Rick and Morty, American Gods, Brooklyn 99 etc. I can knit and crochet, and sometimes I like to invite friends over to watch things while crafting. Looking for a house where I can hang out with my housemates and have fun, but also have my own space when I need to study. I keep late hours, but try to make sure that I keep the noise down.
I am a very easy going guy, hate everyone equally so I don't offend anyone in particular...;-) I'm 40, work at QUT doing my Mres in applied science, I'm well trained, clean and tidy, and I'm a chef so I can cook pretty Ok. happy to do so most nights depending on due dates of course. Always pay my bills before the due date, makes life easier that way I have two big dogs, but they are house trained, obedient and gorgeous, and can help keep you fit. This does mean I need a good sized & fenced yard. I need someone to either join me in the place I'm currently in or I can join a place to help pay the bills. A longer stay is what I want, I will be an eternal renter, can't help that these days, so if you need someone to help pay the mortgage. I have a full house set up in Wacol, you check my other ad we moved here in January, and its been a great neighbourhood, 15-20 mins from the city by car, 25mins by train to central, a brisk 5 min walk down hill Surrounded by Kangaroos, saw 8 driving down our St tonight (31st-may), seen mobs of 40+ around the corner. Even closer than the train is the Gailes golf course (very nice) and Wolsten Park golf course next to that, the Goodna RSL is 5mins via back roads. its a very safe and friendly neighbourhood, we've only been here 5 months, but it feels safe and homely So, I have a Master bedroom with walk-in robe and a brand new AC, so check out my other as for more details. thanks and I hope to hear from you shortly.
*Very neat and tidy *Into healthy food and exercise *Non-smoker, very-occasional drinker *I don't pirate crap, have a netflix account *Generous, sharing culture (food, friends etc.) *Would prefer to be friends instead of just flatmates *Quiet, will very rarely have visitors (immediate family and closest friends) *Full time study, part time work *Would prefer to share with creative/academic types who can hold a conversation and share their ideas -As opposed to closed-minded, self-absorbed individuals who prefer gossip I have all the furniture and appliances we need but would like to rid myself of as much of it as possible before moving: leather couches, fridge, new washing machine, futon, antique desk and bookcases, microwave, high-speed wifi, cable router (with pay-by-month plan), huge tv, coffee table, the list goes on...
Work 6 days a week usually, generally out of the house during the weekend as well. Respect down time but also don't mind being social. Very clean and tidy.

Hello! My name is savannah. I'm 23 and have been renting for the last 5 years. I currently live in bulimba but looking to downsize when my lease is up on August 30 so I can save some money and head overseas eventually. (Looking for a 6 month lease). I work full time as a graphic designer and also work some bars on the weekend so I'm rarely home and like to just relax when I am. I paint and watch tv shows in my spare time and don't know many people in Brisbane so don't often have house guests. I do have a cat who is really friendly and just loves people. She's never attacked or scratched anyone and is always down for a snuggle. Most people fall in love with her so I'm hoping she wont be a problem! Happy to meet over coffee to see if we get along :)

I'm relatively new to Brisbane. I'm 32, originally from the Philippines and moved to Brisbane for work. I work full time from M-F 8-5 in Albion (IT). I'm easy to get along with, respectful and independent. Happy to cook, share and clean up. I'm up for a chat, happy to socialize but also need alone time to recharge. Looking preferably near train station and would prefer dogs over cats.
I'm a friendly, down to earth girl who likes a good balance of social and quiet time. I'm looking to move out for the first time, so ideally, I would like to find an available room in a home that is already set up. I like many genres of music and often go to gigs, I love being outdoors and active, and I'm a real foodie. I'm a uni graduate who works every day of the week and sometimes weekends - my work is in disability support and hospitality. I don't generally work longer than six hours each day. I'm a clean person and will always do my share of household duties 👍🏼. Looking forward to hearing from you!
It is a brand new apartment which I moved into 3 months ago and have furnished. The room available for rent has an ensuite bathroom complete with a bathtub. The bedroom has a double bed mattress and a side table. You will have to purchase a bed frame to go with the mattress if you wish. If you have a car there is a parking space available inside the building. It is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop and a 6 minute walk to the Windsor train station, making it an extremely convenient location. Central station, in the city is only two train stops away. For grocery shopping Lutwych (1 stop away on the bus) has a Coles. Brisbane's largest vegan restaurant/ grocer and the chemist warehouse is right next door as well! Please contact me if you have any questions (email / via this website as you will not be able to contact me on my phone from June 22nd to July 19th). Please note that the contract would be from late July until the end of February next year. NOTE: The actual address is Le Geyt Street, Windsor, Brisbane, QLD. I was unable to upload the exact location that is why it is listed as a different road. Additional bills prices: Internet: 40 AUD per month for unlimited internet Electricity: LESS than 60 AUD approximately every THREE months Water: Not expected to be much

Hi! I am an online university student and I work on shift work in hospitality on the North side of Brisbane so really need to be living in a place on the North side. I have a dog, she is a staffy-cross and is just lovely and very well behaved. As for me, I am clean, respectful of other peoples space and am no trouble at all. Love a good chat and a drink but also like my alone time.
Hi! I'm Jess, interior designer, final year student and mummy to my super delicious 2 yr old Edward (aka Teddy). We're looking to move to inner city suburbs to be closer to work and uni. I work and study a lot from home (days and loooooong nights), though I mostly keep to myself, other than to make multiple cups of coffee. And I'm at the gym of a morning most weekdays. I'm the dinner party over raging party type, though I do like to go out for a dance and a few cocktails with the girls once in a while. Edward is a super sweet and placid little man (no, I'm not just saying that because I'm his mum - I really did win the mum lottery haha). He goes to daycare throughout the week, early morning to 5ish, and is sound asleep by 6:30, so you'll see very little of him throughout the week (as do I, waaahh). We like cooking together, chilling out to Netflix, exploring new cafes/restaurants, and going on exciting weekend adventures... oh, and bubbles, we love bubbles haha. I am respectful of others space and belongings, and very neat and tidy, though not an obsessive clean freak. It's more a matter of keeping things packed away out of reach from little hands. I tend to leave the big jobs like vacuuming/mopping and bathrooms to Sunday morning. I'm ideally looking to share with another professional mum, but open to other options. As for the house/apartment, I'm searching for something with 3 bedrooms, relatively modern (and safe) amenities and appliances, and preferably with a bath and split system aircon. I own a full home of furniture, including fridge, kitchenware, linen/towels etc. Feel free to call or message if you think we'd be a good fit, or if you have any questions. I'd love to hear from you.
Hi, I'm Masha, Recently moved to Brisbane, working full time in construction management and doing my masters online which keeps me pretty busy but I really enjoy it, I like to keep the house tidy and always up for a chat and a casual drink, but also like to have some time to myself occasionally. Would love to find an apartment/house together with easy going people or move into an existing share house. Any questions please ask:)
