Hi, I'm Dan. I'm a 37 year old single gay guy. I recently moved back to Brisbane after living in Sydney for a while. I'm a bubbly, optomistic guy. I'm not a party animal, but love a glass of red. I'm very clean too. I actually love cleaning. Why i don't know. lol. I lived in Canada and NYC for almost 10 years so i have a kind of aussie / canadian accent apparently. Would love an ensuite, but totally open to the right place with the right flatmate. First world problems right... :) I would love to live with someone who is more extroverted than introverted, someone after a friend more than just sharing a living space together. I'm happy and chatty most of the time, and like similiar. I like optomists, rather than pesimists. Idea of the perfect flatmate: Happy, says " How you doing? ", loves to catch up and chat the end of the day, watch a movie together, not into drugs at all ( I never seen illicit drugs do anything good for anyone ) and loves a glass of red. Non judgemental and gay friendly. Someone who supports the gay community, even better! If you love Rupaul's Drag Race, i will love you. :) - I don't hook up much, maybe once in 3 months - but you would be cool that i'm getting laid and visa versa. lol. Some gay guys can be really snooty and uptight which i dislike. Try living with gay guys in Sydney - you leave one fork in the sink and they need to take a Valium to calm down. Worst flatmate for me: Complete gamers, introverted and shy, rude and just says " Hi " once a day and nothing else, does everything to excess - if your a gay guy that must drink 2 bottles of wine and get smashed every time you have a drink and stumble in at 7am, good for you, but at 37, i'm a little passed that. No judgement - I was like that in my 20's, but not now.
Hi, I'm Ashley! I work full time at an office, and my partner Chris is a medical student. We are professional, and get to sleep fairly early during the week, but love to have a beer or two on the weekends and have a good chat. We are clean, respectful and quiet. Well okay, we are American, so I guess I'm only loud when I talk. We are from New Jersey and have been living in Brisbane for the past two years. I play guitar and sing, though I'm usually too tired after work and the gym to practice, so it's usually just weekend jams. Chris and I are pretty laid back- we enjoy ending the day with some TV, and we like to explore fun areas around Brisbane on the weekends, when Chris isn't in crazy exam mode. We sometimes have friends over, though is it usually on the weekend, if ever, because of our weekday schedule. We are happy with your guests over (I always love making a new friend!), as long as they are respectful and clean. We are moving back to the states in November, so we are looking for a place to call home for our last four months in Brisbane :)

I work full-time as a teacher, very clean & tidy. Young at heart 45 y/old who loves to get out into nature on the weekends, but need to get back into this. Very respectful & quiet, but happy to have a chat as well. About to start studying (as well as work F/T), so I will be needing a place that's not a party house. Looking for a room in a share house with only 1 other person or a granny flat type set up.
I’m a really easy going, clean room mate that has had a lot of experience in living with lots of people. I have a cute little dog whose toilet trained and is hypoallergenic meaning she doesn’t shed! I’m easygoing, can cook a few meals and enjoy meeting new people. I’m currently studying in the city and work 25hours a week. I’m very active, taking my dog for walks and like doing fun activities on my free days.
Hi there! I’m Alanna and I’m 26 yo working full-time, young professional. I’m fun and social but also appreciate my downtime occasionally. I love a glass of wine on the couch watching Bachie. Looking to live with like minded people of similar age and situation, on the inner North side of Brissy. Let me know if you feel like we’d get along, really hoping to live with a person/people who feel more like friends than housemates!
I’m moving in early September from Melbourne to get a change of scenery. Starting to look around now. I’m mature, polite and tidy. Very easy to get along with. Going to be working full time, whilst completing online studies. I’m very sporty, love watching AFL and enjoying playing a lot of sports too like footy, netball, basketball and tennis. Love having time to myself but I enjoy having a chat too.
Hi there, I’m very friendly but very respectful at the same time. I work as a phlebotomist part time to full time hours and going to uni this semester. I do love some wine every now and then. On my days off I usually prefer to go somewhere outdoors if the weather is right. I’m quiet easy to get along with and don’t like drAmas. I am very neat and tidy with my space so hoping to find flat mates that are the same.😊
Hi everrrrrrybody! My names Abby, I'm 27, I just moved back here after six years in Melbourne. I'm looking for some good humans to live with, must be clean, respectful yet still up for some banter! I work full time as a Graphic Designer so i'm pretty damn chill during the week and then up for anything on the weekends. I will say my club days are behind me, however if you have a good pub, I'm all ears. I'm a big foodie, music fanatic, dog lover (are you open to me getting a puppy?) dig my yoga and just really into all the good things in life! I'm super clean, chill and sarcastic - so if you reckon we might be pals, hit me up! *No apartments plz *allergic to cats :(
For ~2 months (August 1st - September 27th), I am putting a great room up for short-term rent. It offers a comfortable queen size bed, clean and modern ensuite bathroom and lots of cupboard space. All for you! Like every other apartment, you will have full availability to all accessories such as TV, Foxtel, Wifi, Fridge and cooking business. No payment expected for these extras :) In other great news, it's about 10 minutes to the city, 5 minutes to the stores and 8 minutes to the Valley. Additionally, the balcony with city views doesn’t mind a few drinks too. 90 second walk to bus stop from apartment door, which makes the trip to the city super easy and quick, barely get a song in before you're at your destination. With great temporary offers comes great responsibility. Please respect my roommate’s belongings and mine. In addition, don’t waste water or electricity, nor should you annoy the neighbours..... too much! Overall, great place and awesome environment! Very secure! P.s. Would prefer someone sane who doesn't eat left over oats, or hides the tv remote. p.s.s. Bond will be spoken about in person, however won't be too crazy unless you are.
The complex has an incredible shared rooftop area with city views, a woodfired pizza oven, communal herb garden, outdoor tv and bbq area. The apartment has fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and is fully furnished. Super close to the city and not far from the airport. Local farmers markets around the corner of a Sunday morning.
seeing what’s out there as i’d love to move out of the tiny apartment i’m in and into a place around albion or bowen hills. i need to be walking distance to train station!! i just have my room full of stuff no other furniture, single 27 year old who does shiftwork at the airport :) no pets and super reliable
Relaxed and pretty organised. I work full time and I prefer to do social things outside the house and keep it pretty quiet at home. No drugs and I dont smoke. I enjoy a few drinks every now and then and watch football and I have a healthy relationship with food and eating lots of it. I have a cute little cat called Archie who is my world (pretty sure he hates me) he is outside / inside and is very chill but doesnt like lots of pats. I'm pretty honest and have rented and lived with lots of different people. So I am always up for a chat but respect a closed door.
Hey guys! My name is Samuel! I'm a professional in my early 20s and I'm currently looking for my next place to call home. I'm willing to join a lease or even start a new one, I work in a real estate agency also so that is an added benefit! I work full time and usually also on Saturdays so I'm regularly out early and back late. I also consider myself a socialite, which means you can usually catch me with friends on my days off or out and about. So in saying that, if i'm the flatmates you've been looking for by all means please send me a message! However if you're like me and are also looking for another groovy like minded person then please feel free to send me a message! I look forward to hearing from you all soon :)

Hey hey! I'm 24 years old and working full time as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist in Toowong. I'm a pretty social, fun and adventurous person and love having a cheeky wine or two on the weekends. I'm a respectful and clean housemate and I'm always up for a chat! I'm more interested in a smaller house / apartment rather than a share house, and more than happy to team up with someone and hunt for a new place together! I'm just about to go to Europe for a holiday so unfortunately won't be available until late July / early August. Swing me a message if you're interested or have any other questions :)
Hey, I'm a 21 year old Law and Business Uni Student working as a part-time Legal Secretary. I consider myself a friendly and social person, but I am also laid back and will respect your personal space. I'm very clean, responsible, and organised, so you won't have to worry about my mess lying around, I can be a bit of a neat-freak sometimes. I usually have work and uni throughout the weekdays which keeps me busy, and on weekends I usually stay over at my boyfriends place or am out with friends. Love a good wine and cheese night, or catching up over drinks/movies on the weekend with housemates, better to be friends than strangers. Looking to move in with some lovely ladies around mid year (approx. June/July) into inner-city fringe suburbs, as I would like to live closer to Work and Uni which are both in the CBD. Feel free to send me a message and I'd be happy to have a chat and meet up if our requirements match :)
