Hey :) My name is Caity and I'm currently studying a Dual Bachelor's Degree of Human Resource Management and Psychology at QUT (Kelvin Grove and Gardens Point Campuses). I also work part-time at a Psychology and Psychiatry Clinic in the city (mainly paediatrics). I love to cook and bake and am pretty active; swim, play tennis, do Hot Yoga, learning to play golf. Non-smoker, heterosexual but obviously completely non-judgemental of any persons LGBTQI. I keep a pretty clean room and don't mind cleaning shared spaces at all, plus not opposed to people who smoke (outside). Used to live with 7 guys in the UK so don't mind live with guys or girls. Keen to make friends but also pretty introverted so don't mind keeping to myself - whatever works for you guys. I have a car so street parking would be preferable :)
ATTENTION: In Desperate Need of a Private Bedroom in a Sharehouse, With Mostly Females :-) Hello Everyone My name is Melanie, I am 21 turning 22 in April and I currently work part-time in a retail department store in Brisbane City. I have been working in the retail industry for over 5 years now and enjoy communicating with people and helping them to find what they are looking for. My cultural background is Sri-Lankan and Indian, and I was born in Brisbane. What makes me a great person to live? I respect peoples privacy and space, I am an independent individual that is responsible and will pay the bills and rent on time. I don't drink or smoke and I am not a party person, so you wouldn't need to worry about that :-) In addition, I enjoy a good chat and would love to get to know my housemates over dinner. What do I like to do for fun? On the weekend I love to catch up with friends over coffee or go to Southbank. I also enjoy spending time on my own watching Netflix and going for walks to clear my mind. P.S The maximum I can afford is $185 per week including all bills, please only message me if your post is under $185 or under and includes all bills:-) Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing from you soon
I'm an international student from Singapore, and I've been in Brisbane since July 2017. Enrolled in QUT, graduating at the end of this year (YAY!). I appreciate nights out, but I love my nights in more. I promise to be there with ice cream when you're down ;) Preferably an unfurnished room, or at least let me bring my bed with me please? :P

Hi, I'm Lenard, I'm a 25 year old gay man and second year student nurse, I also currently live in Brisbane where I was born and breed. In my spare time I like watching movies, reading, practising yoga and working. I'm a very happy go lucky kind of person and I'm looking for housemates that are respectful of privacy and the fact I'm a shift-worker as I work at the airport part-time too. Looking to live in a share house that is supportive of this fact. Cheers, Lenard :).
Hello :) I have a room available in a beautiful new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Windsor. I'm looking for one person (sorry no couples) to join me and rent the second room. The second room is large, with split system air conditioning and buildt in wardrobe. The main bathroom will be yours only. The unit is in a great location on a quiet street close to public transport. The room will be unfurnished but I have most of the basic furniture for the unit. I am looking for someone who will contribute some furniture/ household goods. Unfortunately my fridge doesn't fit in the kitchen so if you already have a smaller size fridge that would be a bonus! A little about me, I'm a 31 year old HR professional, working full time Monday to Friday. I'm pretty quiet during the week as I usually work long hours but always happy to have a chat and a glass of wine in the evenings. I like to be social on the weekends and catch up with friends, go see live music, theatre etc. I also enjoy traveling. I am clean, friendly and respectful of others privacy. I look forward to hearing from you. Corinna :)
I am a marketing professional looking to rent one bedroom. Will be mostly home at night during the week and away most of the time on weekends. I travel to overseas for work a few times per year, usually two week periods at a time. I am clean, quiet and love to cook. Im easy to get a long with and respect people's privacy. I don't have any pets. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, enjoy a nice latte at a coffee shop and chat
Hey! I'm Lauren. I'm a positive, friendly and tidy person who works full time as a teacher. I'm looking for some great people to live with, not just a room. Must love dogs-I have a 6 year old dog, Maisy. Would be great if you also had a dog so she could have a pal! Not after a party house but love having friends over, having dinners and socialising with a few drinks. I am a non-smoker and enjoy cleaning and gardening- will bring lush plants with me! I can keep to myself if needed and love nothing more than a good Netflix marathon. I won't judge the amount of carbs you eat as long as you promise the same...
We will have a room available as if as of 26 March as our current housemate is moving overseas. The room fits a queen bed and basic bedroom furniture fine, has a ceiling fan and we have a lil storage room that you can store some stuff in as well. The house is in a pretty sweet location close to the valley/city, with heaps of public transport options, a bunch of shops around the corner, and we are just down the street from Northey Street Markets and across the road from a huge park! We are after a fun and easy going, reliable person who's down for a some good banter but still knows the meaning of personal space, will pitch in around the house and ain't afraid to do the dishes. A bonus if you enjoy binge watching some David Attenborough or trashy reality TV on the couch. No pets allowed unfortunately!
21 year old male. I work full time in the cbd Looking for a place to live with a short commute to work, I’m open to finding people to team up with I am friendly and chill, will never say no to a drink after work. Pet friendly please as I have a small Cocker Spaniel.
Hello, my name is Arthur. I am an international student who will be commencing studies at Aviation Australia in July 2018. I am currently a full time employee and will be coming over to Brisbane to do a 2 year course as part of my training and employment requirement. I keep myself neat and tidy and am always respectful of others space. I am very approachable and in control of everything bills wise and like to be organised always. You will find me busy during weekdays with studies and all but should have a little free time during the weekends to chill. I prefer bills and internet to be included in the rent. En-suite is preferred. Looking for accommodation that will be available by June 2018. Message me if you need more information. (Note that my mobile number is not functioning at this time so if you need to contact me, get in touch through the message system. I will update here if my number is back online). Thank you.
Ive recently moved to Brisbane to complete my clinical counselling placement and finish my degree. Im vegan and health-conscious (non-smoker, non-drinker) but not a Nazi about anyone elses diet or lifestyle. I practice yoga and would say Im a positive person who always starts each day with a genuine outlook. I am a member of the LGBTI community and would ideally like to live with the same or people who are supportive and ok with who I am. I love a nice home - and while Im not a "neat freak" im still clean and enjoy beautiful surroundings. I am also respectful of other ppl's space and request the same. I am a reliable, tidy, outgoing and positive person. My "partying" days are extinct but still head out now and again when the mood randomly takes me. I pride myself on being honest and value my personal integrity, and would like to live with ppl who have the same core values. Im not in a major hurry to move - so I am happy to find the right place and ensure I will be living with sane, normal, healthy people. I will also message you if Im interested in the listing, so no need to send me any messages. If you are requiring a bond of 2 - 4 weeks? i would also ask that it be officially lodged with the RTA. Just for my peace of mind. And I also have my own internet connection so wouldn't need to contribute to anyone elses. Im also ideally looking for a room with an ensuite or my own bathroom but am aware thats not always possible ... my weekly budget is also bills inclusive and can be upsized if something is amazing. And Im not looking for a single room, furnished room, or to live with couples or straight males. sorry. Ps to all the spammers who are messaging me (and ignoring all of my search criteria) please dont. My profile lists my criteria and Im unsure why your ignoring it. Ive had to block so many ppl and its becoming a real drainer. Chat soon!

Hi, I'm a 24 year old professional with a fulltime job. Lease is ending and my current roommate is moving out with her boyfriend so looking for a nice place to call home. Would be moving mid April. Place needs to have a yard as I have a 4 month old puppy who is very friendly. Message me as Id like to have something sorted soon so i don't have to worry about it later.
It's a gorgeous 3 bedroom Queenslander home- from the awesome balcony with a lovely leafy private outlook, to the spacious air conditioned living areas, gas cooking, spa bath, new dishwasher, ceiling fan in your room and lockable under house storage, it's such a steal for $137 a week. We also have 2 fur babies Loki and Sonny (cats) so you must be a cat lover! There are no spare car parks and so someone who owns a scooter or public transports is definitely necessary unless you're happy to find street parking a couple streets away :) You won't be required to go on the lease, but we will arrange a personal house contract that we will want you to agree to and sign, which will also include a small portion of bond that we will be responsible for refunding you once you leave the house. The one condition we have for applicants is that the room will only be available until our 4th roommate returns from the UK in either November or December this year. We will of course give you as much notice to vacate as we can!

I'm a PA who works fulltime in East Brisbane, and I'm currently 25, turning 26 end of March. I'm easy going, bubbly personality, I love to be sociable, but also enjoy time to myself, and know how to respect others personal space. I'm clean and tidy, and would like to live with housemates who are the same. I am originally from the Sunshine Coast, so I try to get up there for the weekend around once a month, besides that I either chill at home, or catch up with mates. Also don't mind an occasional drink. I'm wanting to pay a maximum of $180 a week, bills/utilities included. I have a car, so ideally a garage/carport/driveway to park in would be amazing, but I don't mind if it's just street parking - as long as its easy enough to find parking spaces. I have all bedroom furniture, so would be looking for the bedroom to be unfurnished, but the rest of the house furnished. The locations I've listed are just a rough guide to the areas I'm looking at, but am happy to consider other places near by (preference is to stay North of the river), as long as they're lovely areas to live in. I'm flexible on moving date, but start of April would be the earliest. Look forward to hearing from you. Miriah :)
Very clean, I can be social and also very private - keeping to myself. I'm a very positive person and love living in a vibrant place. Last place I had fell through so had to re-do my listing x
