My girlfriend and I have just moved into this gem! So looking for one other to join us in calling this a home :) The flat is fully furnished as seen in the photo's and looks absolutely amazing with the art deco styling by the landlord. On top of this the whole apartment is freshly painted and has newly renovated finishes in both the kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom with the queen bed you can see in the photo will be yours and has a built in wardrobe with ample space. Also included is a large mirror, desk and two chairs as well as two bed side tables with a table light and cool glow up globe. The bathroom you can see is newly renovated and also includes a washing machine and drier. The shower head is a large rain shower style with a detachable hand held extension which I can attest to being very relaxing. It also has heaps of storage in the cabinets behind the mirrors. The living room is decked out with a variety of vintage art deco furniture and even has an old radiogram that works and plays vinyls! As well as a four seat dinning table, the living room/ kitchen is kept warm by a two panel gas heater which works like brand new. The kitchen, again is completely renovated and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and everything else needed to whip up absolutely anything. On top of this it also has a coffee machine that you can give a crack at using and a massive fridge that can comfortably fit everyones food. We've added a little bit like plants etc. but it basically looks how it does in the photo's. So you're basically walking to a pre-made home that is the closest thing to heaven. We have both being loving it and we know you will too. The location is prime. Just a 2 minute walk to Chapel Street and you've got some of the best restaurants, bars, clubs and retail Melbourne has to offer. All this but tucked away in the quiet Windsor streets, you seriously couldn't get any better. The apartment is a 3 to 4 minute walk to Windsor Station (Sandringham Line) which will get you to Flinders Station in 11 minutes. The flat itself is recently renovated, in a small block of four and has a lovely balcony, loads of natural light and all mod cons - secure intercom entry, dishwasher, gas stove, air-conditioner/heater and a laundry with a washer (no dryer but there are two communal washing lines outside.) There is permit parking available on the street. On sunny days you may enjoy sitting on the balcony with a book. Alternatively, the living area is welcoming and clean with cosy furnishings for you to curl up and feel at home in. There is no television but feel free to bring your own. All other furniture is provided - do not hesitate to ask if you have any queries or questions. Your room comes furnished with a queen bed, small bedside table and lamps. There is a double wardrobe with shelving and hanging space available (hangers supplied.) I have provided both heater and fan and can provide bedding and towels for your use. Hello, I’m looking for a room in Prahran, South Yarra or Windsor. Ideally the closer to The Alfred hospital would be best as I’m studying there. Also wouldn't mind living in Southbank, South Melbourne or the CBD either. Or alternatively looking for someone else to team up and share a 2 bedroom house or apartment with. I’m a student who also runs a semi lucrative side business. Money isn’t an issue so I have no trouble with paying rent and bills on time. Can provide a reference for this too. I’m a busy person and easy to get along with. I work a lot and at times will be in and out of house a fair bit.. Also there will be some nights you'll get to yourself if you're someone who likes their space. I know I do. However, I'm also quite social and chatty too with lots of interesting stories to tell. I have a cat. He’s black and white and very domesticated and sweet. Ideally, I’d like to have him with me. However, my mum also loves him too and he’s quite old. So can leave him at home with my mum rather than taking him with me if necessary. I also love many other animals, so if you have dogs, I’m happy to help out with dog walking or minding your pets. Very into health and fitness - eat healthy, lift weights, pole dance, taekwondo... Passionate about mental health and helping others. I consider myself quite a fun and out-going person who gets along with anyone, which is one of the main reasons I'm looking at considering moving out - to make some new friends and move to an area which is more trendy for young people. I currently live on the Mornington Peninsula and although I love the beach. going for my runs etc etc, there's not much happening down here socially! I'm clean, serious (when need be) and I'd say an easy person to live with. I enjoy cooking healthy meals but I'm not going to decline burger night. i go to the gym regularly and enjoy hitting up bars/clubs/gigs when I'm not working full-time in Cheltenham.
