Hey everyone, this is a fantastic opportunity for Interns who are about to start their internship in Wollongong hospital. All other professions welcome. One minute walk to TWH. The room is spacious and very clean. Ceiling fan and bright light to help with studying. It is very quiet household. Spacious living area and a nice L shaped balcony. Hurry before it is taken.
Looking to move out as my current lease just ended. Somewhere pretty central would be great! I'm a uni student finishing up my second year, and also work part time. I love a clean house, and enjoy a bit of stability. I'm relaxed and enjoy socialising, although I really enjoy down time too. :) Would prefer to move sometime in late November to mid December, although a place comes up, i'm happy to move earlier (Also available for team-ups, to look for a two bedroom place with someone else)
Modern apartment, Just minutes from the CBD, 200 metre walk to the beach, next door to the golf club, spa and barbecue on the balcony overlooking the city. Super fast NBN connected. The room is fully furnished, so we're looking for someone that suits that. There is no dedicated parking but lots surrounding the building.
I am a French PhD student on cryptology who 's been there for almost 1 year and a half already. I will stay 2 years more or less in Wollongong but I might not be staying in the same place for that long. I don't mind to start late Feb or even March, I have some free emergency solutions available for not sleeping outside. Looking for a clean place (no cockroaches please !), close to CBD, uni, or Fairy Meadow. I adapt to whatever kind of housemates (of course there's extreme cases but we will see when we meet), if you want to socialize that's fine but I'm not often at home... Probably will come at night to sleep, or might not even come back sometimes. I consider my PhD studies as a full-time job (I'm being paid for this, contract stuff and all). I'm usually quiet unless I am confortable with the people around (and not tired or dead drunk). I'm clean and even tidier than a lot of girls... No nuclear war over the bathroom with me :) (I will probably take most showers outside). I usually get along better with 30+ years old people but I have no problem living with much younger people if they are relatively clean and tidy (asking for something that does not leave an apocalypse at regular intervals). My chinese sucks, my german even more, but at least I am fluent with English and French so communication shouldn't be a problem ! If you need other not too young (24+) international students of both gender to fill your house/flat I have some friends who might be interested to move in with me if you have extra places to fill ! Oh and by the way, I'm the guy on top in the picture :D Can't do house inspections at the moment, I'm in Japan and will be back end of December.

I'm studying Masters in Engineering atm ( I won't follow the cliche samples so I won't say I'm cool!). I am also PG Students' Rep. at Faculty of EIS and WUPA Council Member. I'm looking for a room in a Two or Three bedroom apartment or house to form a new network of friends. Also, I prefer Northgong region or somewhere close to CBD. I'm a social, reliable and honest person who likes to enjoy his free time with friends or doing outdoor activities. But, I also enjoy watching a good movie or drinking a beer sometimes. Every Saturday my friends and I usually play some sports such as Dodgeball, Soccer, Handball at Stuart park ( Ballerz Club, it's a uni club). I also would like to mention that I have a very good rental background both with the Uni Accommodation Services and real estate. P.S - I should add that I'm so clean and tidy and also can cook well in my free time.

My home is secure with shutters and there is off street parking out the front. Major bus stop less than 300 metres away (flat walk), as is crown central, woollies and the town cinemas. I'm clean & enjoy cooking, socialising, & shopping. I don't have any pets or children, I'm very bubbly and happy. I also don't have a drivers license so somewhere near a bus/train station would be preferred.

Any age is fine, but only ladies need apply. Sorry but no international students or overseas workers/backpackers. Looking for a longtime housie to add to our share family.
Hey guys, I work as a fulltime nurse, doing shiftwork. I like to socialise after work and on weekends and would love a chilled roomie(s) who also enjoy something similar. I am very clean, and I love going to the beach + being active. Hit me up if youre looking for someone to live with from january onwards! Happy to live with different sexes/ages aswell!
Hi, I am a 28yo non-smoker, looking for somewhere to live in the Wollongong/North Wollongong area. I'm friendly, easy going, and try to keep things tidy (but am not a neat freak). I work shift work as a nurse and study full time, so I am quite busy most of the time. On my days off I enjoy reading, spending time at the beach, and going out for good food and drinks with friends. My ideal household would probably be living with someone who also works full time, is friendly and laid back, mature, and reasonably tidy/considerate in common areas of the house. I like to cook so I would be happy to share a meal sometimes, especially if we throw on a movie and open a bottle of wine :) I'm not keen on living somewhere with frequent house parties or noisy late nights. Mostly just after somewhere comfortable I can unwind after a long week.
Hey everyone I work full time as a software developer in Wollongong. I am super active and love being outdoors, whether it be on a run, bike ride, hike or swimming. I also love playing squash, so at the very least, lets organise a game. Apart from the exercise I love food, and enjoy sinking beers in the sun. I am looking to move in with other full time professionals who have a similar schedules. I am very clean and easy to get along with. Please shoot me a message if you have a room available. Cheers
Hi, I am looking for a relaxed place for me and my pup. I share her so she is not there all the time and she is an incredibly beautiful girl who can be an outdoor dog. I work full-time in the city. I like to be active, am very easy going and am very clean and tidy. I currently have nearly everything to fill a house if you want to look for something with me or I don't need to bring any of it with me if I move into your home. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi there, I'm a pretty easy-going and down-to-earth kind of person. I love cooking, playing music, reading and travelling. I like meeting new people (especially from different cultures) and having a nice glass of wine! I study French and literature at Wollongong University and enjoy a conversation about nearly anything! I prefer to keep the house clean and am respectful of others.
This shared apartment is in the best location in wollongong. It is right near the beach, wollongong mall, uni and public transport. The room on offer is generously sized and the apartment is spacious with a nice balcony to chillax. Since this room is a bargain we are expecting to find someone mature, clean, tidy, friendly, and easy going like we are.
I'm currently studying full time. I am also employed as a IT contractor for two agencies. I'm independent and I don't need to rely on anyone for transport as I have my own car. I don't have a lot of furniture as I've moved around a bit, but committing to stay in the Illawarra for at least 3 years. I'm the sort of person that likes to keep to my self. I do enjoy a chat or hanging out every now and then.
