Hello, I’m Patricia and I’m looking for a clean, friendly and safe place to stay, I don’t need any parking but would like to find a place with secured storage space/bicycle room/ garage/. I’ve been living in Sydney for 4 years and I’m really enjoying the weather ! I like riding my bicycle, spending time outdoors , cooking and baking healthy food and keeping fit in moderation, would be lovely to find a place with kind people to live with.
I'm a friendly Newcastle grown girl starting work at the Royal North Shore Hospital around the end of January - start of February full time and I'm looking for a place that's close to the hospital whether it be by walking or train. I'm a shift worker and will be doing 12 hour shifts so I'm looking for a quiet and comfy flat to call home. I'm a house proud person so you won't find me leaving any mess around the place. I enjoy going out and socialising on my days off and as well as going to the gym.
I am clean, tidy, non-smoker, quiet and respectful. I'm also fun to have around, love a good conversation, games and I know how to cook (I make awesome swedish kanelbullar). Also I'm a professional singer, so when I sing in the shower it's actually nice to listen to! :) I am a civil engineer and master's student from Brazil, who will be moving to Sydney for work in February, and I'm looking for a long-term accommodation.
Hello future flatmates! My name is Daniel and I'm looking for a room to move in this summer for long term stay. I'm from Southern California and have been living in Sydney for about 1.5 years now. The reason being is I'm currently in the Doctor of Physiotherapy program at MAC uni. If I'm not at uni or work, I'm usually at the gym or playing sports (basketball or soccer) as I consider myself very active. I would also say that I'm outgoing as I love to dance and meet new people (currently taking salsa classes haha) Even though I enjoy a good time, uni is my priority and like my privacy and respect everyone's else as well! Looking forward to meeting you!
Room available in sunny apartment in Wollstonecraft. They apartment is a 10 min walk to both Waverton train station and Crows Nest (good bars, massive woolworths, awesome restaurants). The neighborhood is really peaceful with large leafy streets and plenty of native wildlife. Only 17 minute trip on the train to the city so you get to experience the best of both worlds. Room is furnished but can be unfurnished if required. Bill's are approx $50 a month and internet is $30 a month. The apartment has a nice modern kitchen, decent sized lounge room/dinning area and amazing views - afternoon sunsets are a treat from the lounge room and fireworks displays are occasionally view-able from the balcony of a weekend. Garage space also available if needed.
Recent medical graduate from Sweden working in research. Clean and tidy person. Like to hit up the gym, do some reading, or just chilling, in my free time. Ideally looking for a flat/houseshare for 6-12 months on some peaceful street with sociable, neat flatmates.
Hey there! I'm Rianna and I am looking to move from Wollongong to Sydney. I have just started a full time job in Macquarie park as a medical scientist so I am looking for a place nearby. In my free time I like hiking, going to gigs, playing ultimate frisbee and daydreaming about owning a dog. I am a clean person and enjoy a good conversation and a bit of banter. I am looking to move into a social flat with friendly, openminded people also in their 20s. I am keen to socialise with my room mates and am also respectful of other peoples privacy. Enjoy your day!
We live in Wollstonecraft. It's lush n' leafy and a 5 minute walk to the train station (possibly a 3 minute run if you really, really need that train). Trains come every 3 -4 minutes at peak hour and it is 15 minutes to Town Hall (woo) and we have a bus stop outside where the local bus goes up to Crows Nest Village and over to Lane Cove. We don’t really use the bus because its a casual 10 minute walk up to to Crows Nest for classy bevs and dins and shops, but it’s there if you need it. One of our favourite parts of living here is all the beautiful bush/harbour walks in the area. The area is very well equipped with heaps of gyms and yoga/pilates studios. The apartment has a big kitchen (with two freezers), separate toilet (crucial in a share house), private laundry, big bathroom with tub and shower and a spacious living/dining area in which we are attempting to cultivate houseplants with varying levels of success. The living areas are fully furnished with high quality furniture which we look after well and would expect you to do the same. We have a spacious tropical, private garden and we have compost and a worm farm to keep our waste down. We also grow herbs etc (again varying levels of success with the herbs). We like to keep it clean, shiny and the communal areas tidy, cleaning products and tp etc are provided free of charge but cleanliness is high on our agenda. Your room is 4m x 2.6 m to do with what you will. Your room is at the rear of the apartment and separated from the other two bedrooms by a short corridor. The room does not have a built in wardrobe but my housemate is selling her freestanding large wardrobe if you are interested and there may be other furniture available. In addition there is a storage cupboard off the living area which we share. At the moment we are looking for someone for around 3 months because of our lease but that can be up for discussion towards the end of the three months :)
Hi there, **The room is available from 14th of December until 2nd of January 2019. You'll be sharing the house with my flatmate (male) who lives upstairs until the 21st of December, then you'll have the whole place for yourself. I will be climbing Kilimanjaro during your stay. If you need any help or contact me during your stay, I will be available on my phone (Skype, Airbnb, iMessage, etc) except from the 23rd to 27th of December. Then you'll be able to contact my neighbor next door whom can assist you with anything else. The townhouse is very spacious with beautiful views and lots of nature only 10 minutes from Sydney CBD! Located only one minute walking from Wollstonecraft station in a very well serviced train line. The area is very green, full of nature and bush walking tracks. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning! The medium size room available is located upstairs with its own bathroom and there is a lot of storage space. I am looking for someone who is respectful, mature and friendly. Thanks Bruna.
Easy going professional working in the CBD and looking for quality flatmates! From the south west and hoping for an easier commute to work. Keen for quality bants and brunch buddies if possible! Do need off street parking however!
Hello! I’m a pretty chill person to live with. Respectful of common areas and keeping the place tidy. I keep any mess in my bedroom so you won’t be bothered by it. I like to cook when I can, especially baking. I’m usually quiet, often binging Asian tv series on Netflix, working on my novel or reading. I work full time too so I’m out all day and quite often work late. Also about to start a masters degree so will be busy studying some of the time too. Love to chat with my housemates, have dinner together if you’re keen and hang out.
The room for rent is an extra large room with a separate entrance. There is a studying room attached to it. So basically you got both the bed room and study room, with an extra space for working at home. We also have a very nice garden and BBQ area.
looking for a place to call home and close to public transport. I work full time and enjoy going to the gym. I am a bit shy but once you get to know me then it's like we are best friends :) only looking to share with one other person as i like my space.
This lovely flat is located along Morton Road in Wollstonecraft. It is a 7 minute walk to Wollstonecraft train station as well as in close proximity to number of bus stops. Crows nest Woolworths and shopping precinct is also just a 10 minute stroll away. You will be living with two amazing and relaxed young working professionals. The unit itself is spacious and modern. There is a large double garage with a space for your vehicle.
I'm a 3rd year postgraduate medical student at Sydney University, placed at Royal North Hospital. I work for the university as a lecturer and demonstrator and have been for a number of years. I'm very easy going, though studious and have a lovely girlfriend who is also a medical student. I'm looking for a place to stay for about a year, close to the hospital and living with a few other young professionals.
Hi Everyone, I'm a chill dude who moved here from Montreal Canada last year in February. I'm looking forward meeting you and finding a good place to live in. Cheers,
Maticiously clean three bedroom townhouse in quiet leafy street. Tastefully furnished. The townhouse features a front balcony with garden and a rear courtyard. A perfect environment to relax and/or study. Waverton train station is a 5 minute stroll from the front door. Amenities are all nearby. There’s plenty of street parking, should you have your own vehicle.
Moving to Sydney to study Clinical Neuropsychology full-time at Macquarie University. Hoping to find somewhere quiet to live in a convenient location. I currently work as a researcher for an insurance company, but will be looking for casual/part-time work when in Sydney when I move. I'm an easy person to live with, neat and tidy and generally keep to myself. My current housemates refer to me as the Dad of the house. Main interests are surfing, reading and spending time with my friends. Please note that I come with a dog - she's an 8 year old Pug X Jack Russell. The dog is well behaved, tends to sleep most of the day and unless you're anti-dog you'll probably fall in love with her.
