Hello I am Pari, 28. I have traveled for work all over this great country and fallen in love with you Sydney :) I wouldn't say rosy stuff about myself to tell you why I am great to live with, I would tell you what I dont do: I dont glance every few minutes into my electronic gadget if I am communicating with you, I give my full attention when having a conversation. I dont expect the same its a personal preference, I dont smoke, I dont drink, I am not a party person. I have been told I am easy to talk to, caring and some one who can be counted on anytime. I am not a clean freak but need my surroundings fairly tidy. I work full time, love and respect mutual space, I am quite and enjoy my own company too. Ready to have a chat and see how it goes. I am looking to be around 5 mins to train station
*I'm immaculately clean :) *Kind and thoughtful *Active/fit *Give the best foot massage (^_~) *Love a movie night *Respectful *Like to cook for us *I love nature and animals ^.^ ... Seeking a mature, friendly female housemate only please.
I'm Cassie I'm working in regulatory affairs in Epping. I'm Adam working in Kmart in Chatswood and drumming in a band (I have an electronic kit that makes a mild amount of noise but am open to negotiating practise times). Looking for a houseshare without many rules or restrictions with relaxed cool people
Hey Everyone! My name is Yann, I'm a 31 y.o. male, working in IT. My spouse Audrey, 29, is a quality engineer. We are looking for a nice place to move end of June. We are respectful, well-mannered, non smoking persons. We like to live in harmony with people, respecting others is essential. We are very open minded and enjoy sharing a drink :) But as we'll work, we need to find a place where we can rest and be peaceful when needed. Searching for roommate(s) that is/are also working and share the same open minded attitude! Looking for a fully furnished private room for 2 with own bathroom. Ideally, a view on the water from the apartment! Up to 700$ budget all bills included. Don't hesitate to contact us if you you have something that matches our criteria!
Easy going, laid back, social guy. I work in hospitality, flexible lifestyle with little fuss. Looking to make somewhere my own for a while. Love sports, animals, live life according to Seinfeld.
G'dday mate :D I'm a teacher just moved from England to Sydney, looking a nice room in a friendly and clean shared place. I'm sociable and looking forward to exploring my new city. I like to cook a bit and happy to share meals if people want that, or just leave people jealous if they don't ;) Would be good to get to know some new folk :) In terms of what I like to do for fun, I like to swim, walk, try to dance salsa, and am up for anything that will get me on the path to physical fitness. Love cooking, good movies, and the occasional good wine or belgian beer. I've never surfed or dived, both of which I'd like to try sometime, as well as climbing.
I am looking for a clean and safe accommodation around Pymble or the North Shore suburbs. The place needs to have close access to a train station so I can get to work as easily as possible. I am looking for a private room only. Prefer having my own bathroom. I am easy going, neat and a joy to have around! :)
Hi friends!! We're two easy-going individuals, kind of dorky but good dorky you know? I'm currently a full time accountant (wow exciting right? HAHA) and Kyle will be moving over from the US (just finished Uni doing an Environmental Studies major). We love a bit of a fun but our fun isn't really 'throw a huge house party and vomit into vases' kind of fun, more like 'board games and alcohol with friends' kind of fun. A hot pot or yakiniku kind of party yeah? I do work full time so I won't be home ever during the weekdays, and most nights/weekends I have bits and bobs going on - I love to dance (hip hop is my thing but I can't wait to take up any latin dance styles!!); my crew training take up a good 6-8hrs of my free time, and when I'm not dancing I love yoga and food (cooking and eating!! YAY!). Kyle will be here on working holiday so probably just a part time job and just exploring Sydney. We're both relatively social but do really enjoy our down time reading/stretching/eating cake on a Friday night by ourselves. We do love to travel so we're probably not going to be around the full year - there will be weeks we're out and about, but I'm sure we can sort something out!! Let me know if we seem like your kind of people - we're looking to find a place by July !! (Will trade a good deal for dance lessons/food HAHA). Look forward to meeting you !! Cheers, Joy
< About my place > 2 bedroom unit, 1st floor, quite calm and safe suburb. Right in front of Brennan park. 14 mins to city, 11 mins to Chatswood by train. 7 minutes walk to Waverton station, 15 mins to Wollstonecraft Station, less then 15 minutes walk to Crows Nest or ACU. < About the Room> furnished with double size bed, study table, chair, book case and wardrobes. this room has beautiful green view. unlimited Internet access bills included (if its over $200 for 3 mothes , we will share a rest of bills but it usually less than $200) Looking for someone working or studying full time who is able to live with me for long term. Clean, honesty and quite (doesn't party too much).
The room will be available from mid June and comes fully furnished with a bed and clothing storage. The room is on the smaller side but is enough for a double bed and has additional storage located just outside the room. This apartment is in a great location close to Crows Nest and walking distance to both Wollstonecraft and St Leonards Station. The apartment is large and has a connecting terrace area that is largely excluded from other tenants in the building. The apartment contains an internal laundry. A parking spot is available however the complex has quite a few visitor spots as well. The room is for one person only - not a couple. We do have netflix at the moment this is going to be disconnected. So the only additional extras would be electricity which would work out at about $10 extra a week, the exact amount is variable depending on each quarterly bill. This is a non smoking apartment.
I work full-time as a nurse so I do a lot of shift work and will hardly be at the house. I currently live in Perth but recently visited Sydney and enjoyed myself so much that I've decided to move there. I am moving over for a new job in the middle of July so hoping I can find a place tha is available from the 1st of July. A minimum stay of 6months would be ideal as I dont want to relocate suddenly after starting my new job. I would really like a furnished room but I can buy my own furniture if necessary. It would be nice to live with someone close to my age and doesnt mind showing me around Sydney. I respect personal space but always up for some banter if needed. I keep things clean and like to cook so you can enjoy a few nights off in the week. I'm usually at the gym before or after work or catching up with friends. I'm easy to live with and have been renting for 5 years with other tenants. I know it can be difficult sharing so I like to keep things straight up :)
Hi I'm Gabby. I'm a pretty down to earth 27 year old. I am a non-smoker, who works full time. I am not a big partier but I do enjoy being social. I also do appreciate down time and like to have my own space. I am clean, pay bills on time and am looking for a place for minimum 6 months.
Hey! My name is Belinda and I'm a primary school teacher. I'm just about to move back to Sydney after living and working in Vietnam. I work full time and am usually out a few nights a week. I enjoy getting to know my flatmate's and maybe sharing a meal or two every so often.

This is a beautiful garden level unit, with leafy surroundings in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The unit is less than 1 minute walk to Wollstonecraft train station and only 10 minutes to Sydney CBD. There is ample off street unlimited parking in this quiet neighbourhood. The house is newly leased and will be furnished nicely to suit my style with a bright and open feel.
Hi guys, I'm a recent graduate and a full time employee in Sydney. I have been living in Sydney for two years and I am planning to move into one of the suburbs near my office which is in Macquire Park. I'm an easy going and fun loving bloke who wouldn't mind catching up on a drink or cook a meal for my dear house mates over the weekends. I am looking for a share house with matured, full time working and understanding housemates who have the same mind set. Embrace me in the right way to find my lovely housemates! Cheers.
Hey there. I work full time for a car manufacturer in Artarmon, I take pride in my work, am clean and tidy at home, and not looking for a party house. I'm a social guy though and enjoy the company of others, but chilled alone time is always great too. I'm the adventurous kind and to keep my work weeks from getting too monotonous I try to get out for a walk / bike ride / roadtrip when possible. Always an optimist, and if you've got a sense of humour we'll get on great. I have an 11 year old dog called Otto who is very friendly - he loves people and other animals too. He is a Lagotto (Google it!), who doesn't shed any hair, and spends his days mostly lazying around until it's time for a daily walk. I'm moving from a terrace in Kirribilli so he is used to being inside during the day while I'm out / at work. Looking to move now-ish but I'm not cemented on a date at present so taking my time to choose a nice place with people I click with.
My friend and I are moving to Sydney in the second week of June. We will be pursuing our masters at Macquarie. We're looking for a decent house with friendly flatmates. Very easy going ,Tidy and open minded people. Open to teaming up also!!
