Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He needs to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water. My interests/hobbies include going to the gym, skateboarding, going to music concerts, taking my dog on mini outdoor adventures, watching movies, film photography, board games, and arts and crafts. I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week.
Hello, We are a couple looking for a studio/flat to share for 3-6 months (even longer if it works out). I'm a full time PhD student at the University of Sydney (North Shore Hospital, St Leonards) and my wife would be beginning her master's degree in July (either in Melbourne or Sydney). We are a clean & friendly, outward couple. We enjoy a friendly chat in the evenings over an occasional glass of wine, whilst we respect others personal space. We are also open for the team ups and would prefer the larger room and are happy for our flatmate to have the garage. Looking for a single mature, clean, responsible person (male or female) to share the house with us. Our budget would be 330-350 per week including utility bills and internet. Please leave a message here if you are interested. Cheers, Bharat & Geethika
Hello I'm an easy going and tidy 26f professional who is looking for a furnished private room. There has to be an internal washing machine, dryer (or a corridor/backyard where I can hang clothes) and wifi. I work as a theatre nurse in a hospital so I will have shift work but no graveyard and rarely weekends. I enjoy having my own privacy, I can be fun but can also be very quiet as I do respect other people's space. I love listening to music and sometimes singing. The main thing that I am looking for is the location. It has to be very close to bus stops/train. If possible a walking distance only to work. I hope I find a convenient place and friendly housemates here preferably female, or mixed gender in the apartment. Feel free to message me! Thank you! :) -Kat

I am looking for a furnished room near City. I am an accountant, working all day and study CPA in the evening so I prefer to stay in a place that is quiet at the evening and at night. I use my room mostly for studying and sleeping and meet with my friends or do other activities outside my home but I am very happy to meet new friends. I don't have any furniture so I am looking for a furnished room with an air-condition. I prefer to stay initially short time (3 months) and then, if everything is fine, I can stay longer. In my free time I like hiking.
A few steps from Wollstonecraft station, Crows Nest cafes/restaurants and St. Leonards the property is located in a leafy and quiet street. This bright and spacious flat is in very convenient position for the ones that work in the CBD (15min), North Sydney (5min) and St Leonards. Hey there! If you are looking for a tidy, organized, mature, social, respectful and positive teamplayer you have found one. I'm a 31-year-old Finn and will be starting work in North Sydney in April. I'm thus looking for a room (private) as near to it as possible. I'm very passionate about dancing and like singing too, but don't do the latter in the shower ;). You can also count in communication, languages, (future) technology, science, sustainability and neurology as other interests of mine. I don't smoke or consider myself as too much of a cook either so am able to keep smoke out of the kitchen too :D. I'm not a partyer, the energy for that is wasted on exercise and working during the daytime, but I do enjoy a salsa night out every now and then. And when enticed, a beer/wine with flatmates is always welcome. I have a recommendation letter from my former landlord in Finland and you can also check references about me as a guest from AirBnB or scoop on my profile on Facebook. Better yet, give me a ring and do a second degree in person :)

I'm originally from Sydney, but I've just returned from spending a year abroad with my English boyfriend, Andey, in tow. Andey is a cocktail barman and has just started work in some awesome Sydney establishments, and I've recently changed career paths, now working in aged care and administration. We're super friendly, fun-loving people who are clean and respectful. We are both into travelling and meeting new people, and are so excited to set up our new life together in this gorgeous city.

I'm looking for an already existing accommodation or a teamup with an Indian girl. On weekdays, I'm totally occupied with my work but on the weekends I love to go out and explore places. I have been in Sydney from last 3 months and will be here till Dec.
Hey! My name is Santi. I was born and bred in Sydney. I would like live in a place that is like a home more than a boarding house. That being said, I will keep the place nice and clean (with the help of my housemate(s)) and want to actually get along with my housemates. That being said, I'm fairly easy going and tend to get along with everyone. I work in insolvency which keeps me fairly busy during the week so I can be a bit of a ghost but I am always up for a chat or dinners on the weekend.

I enjoy socializing, but also understand and appreciate that everyone needs their own personal time and space.
