Hello awesome human beings! : ) I am looking for one of you to share an accommodation with. I lead an active, busy lifestyle. Home is to relax and re-charge in peace. Sharing is caring, not only to save money on rent. Mutual respect is a must. If you agree, please read on: I am looking for: - A clean and quiet apartment / flat share reasonably close to North Sydney or at least close to a train station that takes me there. - An unfurnished double room with large wardrobe that fits a queen size bed and a desk. Need extra storage space for my suitcases (I travel regularly). - Aircon, not for decoration... or an apartment that has a nice cross-breeze through it. - Own bathroom or ensuite preferred, willing to pay more for this in the desired area. - Share with 30+ females or males who has positive outlook on life, full time employment or/and studies. People who look after and respect themselves and others around them. - Rent negotiable. Budget is between $280 - $320 + bills, depends on the state of the apartment, the number of flatmates, location, extras like aircon, dryer or dishwasher, and own bathroom/ensuite of course. It all comes down to the comfort level of the place. About me: I work in North Sydney full time. I am a consumer relations specialist, dealing with people from all walks of life. I like to re-charge and relax at home so I usually am quiet, like to read and mind my own business - but I don't shy away from having a social movie night and some great food and wine either. People usually find me entertaining, I got told that I am funny. :D I am into fitness, my health is priority so I try to follow a 'normal' eating, exercising and sleeping routine. I will respect your privacy and resting/sleeping needs, all I am asking for is the same in return. I will keep the place tidy, you will not have to worry about finding dishes or clutter after me. I am also an unlimited source of great coffee and I will bring my coffee machine with me! ;-) Looking forward to hear from you : )
Hi! I'm Sara - originally from London but moved to Sydney around five months ago. I have a finance job in the CBD so am looking for a place that has a fairly quick and easy commute :) In my free time I like to travel, go bushwalking/hiking, swim, paddleboard, read and go to the beach. I also appreciate winding down after work with a nice dinner and Netflix. I'm a tidy and friendly person who's happy to chat over dinner or a glass of wine, while also being respectful of everyone's space.
Located at the back of a secured block, quite and leafy, with basement carpark. 8min walk to the Waverton Station, 13min walk to the Crow's Nest Hub, 15min walk to the Wollstonecraft Station, bus stop and Brennan park just around the corner. Also 15min walk to the harbour. The apartment itself is bright and very spacious (all furniture in next week) because it's on the ground floor it comes with massive patio area at the back connected with the communal backyard. All bedrooms are northeast oriented with cool breeze coming through all year round. The smaller room (2.4x4) is unfurnished at the moment, whereas the master bedroom (3x4) will be fully furnished, with private patio area. You'll be sharing with me only, and I'm happy to live in either of the rooms:)
Having just started a full-time position in the city, I'm looking for a private room in a share house situated close to public transport for commuting. I have lived in share houses and on-campus accommodation all through university and post-grad in Australia as well as Canada, so my etiquette towards flat/housemates is nothing but exemplary. I can provide multiple rental and personality references from past housemates if needed.

I'm an easy going person. But I’m very organized, clean and reliable as well. Just started with my school and now I’m looking for a longterm accomandation. My school is close to wynayard station and my work in North Sydney, so I would prefer areas aroud those two places - if possible. :)
We are 5 minutes walk from the station and 12 minutes walk to more than one direct bus that takes you into the city and up north. About 10 minutes walk to lots of restaurants/shops and pubs and to the Woolies at Falcon St. The apartment is in a serene environment where birds chirp in the morning to a pleasant melody. A fantastic place to come home to, to relax after a hectic day, in the courtyard. It is a bright, clean and tidy place where morning sun shines throughout the day into the living room.
The room can suit couples or a single person. Rent is $400 for 2 people or $350 for a single person. It also has a separate balcony. Apartment is fully furnished with washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwashing machine, etc. There is also shared laundry and dryer in the building. It is quite spacious so that 2-3 people can live really comfortable here. It has 2 cosy balconies with superb view to the city - ideal for outside dining and chilling. Location is convenient with various transport connections. It is situated 10 minutes from Wollstonecraft train station and 3 minutes from Pacific Highway if you prefer to travel by bus. Travel time to city is just 15 minutes, regardless whether day or night - bus transport is 24/7. Pacific Highway is full of everything you might need - shops, supermarkets, bars, pubs and cafeterias. In case you prefer peace and nature, then there are several parks and even bushwalks which connect with each other and lead you to the bay and Berry Island Reserve.
I work at a law firm in the city (standard hours Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm). Looking for a place that's an easy commute to the city. I'm very easy going, drama free and clean. I enjoy being active and usually head to the gym in the evenings after work. I love the outdoors so you'll find me out and about most of the time on weekends. Hoping to find some cool people to live with who don't mind being social on occasions over a glass of wine and a movie at home, or hit a local pub every now and then. We can take turns being the designated driver :)
