Hey there! Looking for a longterm place from July 17th onwards. I'm a 23 year old Australian Cinematographer working in Annandale. very recently moved to Sydney. I'm lucky enough to have an incredible job that allows me to see some pretty amazing places. Outdoors guy, love shooting photography (if this is something you've wanted to learn, I'd love to show you the ropes!), international travel, snowboarding, NFL, cooking and gym/powerlifting training. Having Travelled extensively, I know how to live with others and always very respectful of others space. Very responsible, laid back, fun, clean, tidy. Working 9-5 in Sydney. Will be overseas or travelling for periods for work (including working overseas from mid August for a month) so you might not see me all the time. Looking for a place with on or off street parking available :) Thanks, Talk soon!
G'Day, I'm Rich. I'm an easy going fella, clean, respectful, active and not one to spend every evening slumped in front of the TV. I work in the city in professional IT services and I'm on the look out for a new place to call home. I am social by nature and I like to meet new people. Cooking, dragging myself to the gym, being out doors, live music, IPA and my football team are some of my life's pleasures. Would consider living anywhere in the city fringes
I'm a 25yo working gal. I work as a substitute teacher as well as part time teaching. I have a 4yo staffy x who is super friendly and loving. I like to socialise over a drink or a meal. But also enjoy my own space.
I am a super bubbly and friendly person who works two full time jobs in Chatswood and Crows Nest (hoping to find a place close to both). I love to cook and bake so my roommate/mates will always have treats around. I am looking to live with people around my general age who are friendly and social too. I'm Australian but have been living in Canada and just recently moved back to Sydney so I don't know many people so having nice room mates would be great. Looking for a long term lease. Ready to move in ASAP
Still available! A spacious fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment (bedroom not furnished) located on the 1st floor of a beautiful 3 level apartment with a large open lounge and dining area and a good sized kitchen and a big balcony with a leafy street view. Note: Even though the weekly rent is $230 rent is paid monthly which works out to be $230 (weekly rent) x 4.348 (average number of weeks per month) = $1000.40 per month. The Bond however is $900 The apartment is located within a convenient 8 mins walk to Wollstonecraft station and 15 mins walk to North Sydney central, 10 mins walk to Crowsnest shops and 10 mins bus/train ride into the city. If you have a car there are lots of free on street parking available just outside the building. You would be sharing this great apartment with 2 other people who are both in their 30s. We are looking for a fun and friendly flatmate who is clean and considerate, and preferably in their mid 20s or 30s to take this room - No couples sorry :-( Note: one house mate is also moving out on the 30th of July so it is going to be a fairly new bunch. The room itself is a small room that can fit a double bed but with a medium sized built-in Wardrobe/mirror. You will be sharing the main bathroom (with a bath and shower) with one other house mate. If you are interested please contact us as soon as possible to have a chat and or organise viewing. Please tell us a little bit about yourself so we can make sure you are the right fit. For example how old you are, what you do for living, where you are from etc. Please note the rent does not include utility bills such as electricity, gas or internet. These bills are split evenly between the 3 flatmates when they come in - which is usually every three months and amounts roughly to $60 per month. Thanks
Young professional, always pays rent/bills on time, introvert on occasions and likes to chill with a beer or three every now and then. I love football, cars, motor racing and cars. I'm currently living in Brisbane, however I will be in Sydney for 6 weeks from 5th July for work. There is potential for the company offering me the role on a full time basis, so I will need to find a place to live in (can't justify $250/night in a serviced apartment if made permanent lol). As I am a working professional, I'm looking for long term (12+ months) accommodation as opposed to moving every 3 or 6 months. Ideally looking for garage/carport space for overnight parking for my car, or secure off street parking as a minimum. Availability to move in would be around 1/9 (going back to Brisbane around 18/8). Sorry for the ambiguity, hit me up if you have any questions.
The house is located in a nice area only 4 min away from the waverton train station. Uber ride to the city will only cost you $10. The room and the house are fully furnished, see photos. The house includes: full equipped kitchen, washing machine + dryer, massive balcony that surrounds the apartment.
Hi, I'm Shaun and just moved to Sydney from the US for work a little under a year ago. During the day, I furiously key away and build excel models as a valuation consultant. By night, I am generally laid back with a good book and hopefully riding my bike once I buy one. I have done a fair share of moving in my life, having grown up in Taiwan before moving to the US for college and work, and of course, now to Australia. I typically am reserved, organized and enjoy a quiet evening. I am looking for a mid-July move in date and am available for viewings. Look forward to meeting you!

Moving with work to Sydney in a few weeks. From Western Australia, have been working in Darwin for the last year and a half. Pretty easy going, social person but also likes my own space, hoping to meet new people new to the city, work full time and enjoy a beer on the weekend.
I am moving over with my younger brother (turns 19 when we move) for a new job starting in September. He also works full-time so we would like to find a place together for ourselves or with other tenants that is available from the 4/9/2017. We have booked our one-way flights and hotel for a few nights so we're really hoping we can find somewhere in time. I work full-time as a nurse so I do a lot of shift work and will hardly be at the house. We both currently live in Perth but recently visited Sydney and enjoyed it so much that we've decided to move there. We would like our own rooms preferably furnished but we can buy our own things needed. We are also interested in renting apartment furnished or not with a minimum if 2 beds if anyone has one available. A minimum stay of 6months would be ideal as we dont want to relocate suddenly after starting new jobs. We both respect and understand personal space but always up for some banter if needed. We like to keep things clean and I cook (he bakes) so you can enjoy a few nights off in the week. We're both into fitness and enjoy going to the gym but takenit easy some days to catch up with friends. We're both easy to live with and I can provide references if requested. I have been renting for 5 years with other tenants but my brother lives at home and pays rent. We like to keep things simple and straight up, so please message me if you have any questions :)
I’m 23 years old Australian, and I work as a horticulturalist at the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney and I'm soon to be rotated to Centennial Park and would like to live within an easy driving distance. I really enjoy lots of outdoorsy stuff and love to spend my weekends actually doing something such as bush walking, canyoning, abseiling, going to the beach etc., I also have a second job also in horticulture that I work on some of my days off. Some weekday afternoons I enjoy going for a jog or going to gym classes but mostly I just enjoy relaxing in the afternoon. I'm a very easy going person but I did like to keep where I live generally clean. I would like a social sharehouse even organise a regular pub dinner night would be great but I still fully understand that people want and need their own space especially in their own house. Thanks for taking the time to read this hope to meet you soon. Fraser Thompson

My young family (3 kids - 1 at pre-school, 1 at primary school, 1 baby just starting to sleep through) and I live in a sizable 2-storey, 3 bedroom townhouse in Wollstonecraft, but basically across the road from Crows Nest and just up the hill from North Sydney. Transport is excellent to the CBD, Chatswood, the northern beaches and St Leonards station (5 mins away) provides access to anywhere else in Sydney.
