Hi! I'm looking for accommodation in the north shore area. I will be beginning work as a junior doctor at Royal North Short Hospital in late Jan. Would be able to move in around mid December at the earliest. I've been living/studying in Newcastle for the last five years, currently finishing off my last semester in Tamworth. Keen to find a house with people around my age that are accepting of me and my kitty Valentine. I'm easy-going, fun, clean and tidy. Valentine is the same ha. Would like to find a household that socialises together. I'll be fairly busy during the week but down for a few drinks on weekends. I enjoy cooking, motorbiking, Netflix, surfing and exercise. I also come with a PS4, 65in curved TV, nutribullet and stainless steel manual coffee machine; so I'll be a priceless addition to your household. Message me for more details :)

My name is Ashwini. Moved to Sydney 1 year back, in July 2017 for masters degree in hospitality from Mumbai, India.Friendly, clean and punctual ✌️👍
Hi I’m Hayley :) I’m currently in the hills area but I work in the CBD so I'd like to live somewhere a bit closer to shorten the commute. I’m easy to live with and am looking for some similar housemates. I’m very clean, easy going, and pretty low key. Friendly housemates are preferred. I do need somewhere to park but I'm not fussed if it's secure or street parking. Feel free to contact me if you have a room coming up which might suit.
I am an engineering graduate and recently completed my internship. Moving to Sydney from Canberra. I am an easy going, friendly person who is looking for a peaceful, tidy place with decent housemates.
I'm rarely at home! I'm a busy bee who is always out and about (I work full time and study part time). However, I'm usually keen for a drink! I've been living alone for the last 6 months so I have plenty of household supplies. I'm currently living in outer Western Sydney and am super keen to move back in to Sydney proper!
Hello, I'm a 27 year old student who will be studying at RNSH for the next few years. I will have pretty normal working hours next year but will also be studying outside those hours but I can do that in my room. I like to unwind by watching sports, a new movie, playing board games or just reading. Also I'm always down to try a new restaurant or new cuisine.
I'm a 25 year old medical assistant/beauty therapist working with plastic surgeons in Mosman during the week and off weekends. I'm pretty chilled and quiet but i love to meet new people and socialize. i loveeee cooking and always trying new recipes. I have a pet cat called Salem hes 5yrs old and just likes to nap in the sun all day and keep to himself. I would ultimately prefer to live with females but open to a mix. Flexible with my moving date (:
I work full time in the Corporate industry located in North Sydney. Need a fresh start and live close to work. I am very outgoing, fun and bubbly. Clean and tidiness is my priority, do not like living in a mess. I prefer to live with full time working females who like to cook, clean and are bubbly like me :)
Hiya, I'm Kate! I work full time in the city and looking for a new place to call home. I am a considerate house mate who is happy to chip in a do my fair share and always put the dishes away! When I'm not working I will be out with friends, (sometimes recovering in bed) watching a movie and love a good hike or anything outdoors. I regularly go to the gym and play netball on Tuesdays. I am hoping for some social house mates who wouldn't mind sharing an occasional drink or going to trivia or just chilling at home. I have a queen size bed which I am pretty attached to so hoping for a room big enough to cater for this. I am pretty easy going overall and looking for the same.
I'm a full time young professional looking to find a new place on the North Shore, on the train line. I'm quite social, and love having chats over wine or watching Netflix, but am also happy doing my own thing. I am very neat and tidy and like to keep living areas clean. I enjoy reading, video games, ballet and going out to brunch with friends. I also really enjoy cooking and having friends over for dinner, but am not into big house parties. I'm currently living in Wollstonecraft in a flatshare, and my moving date can be flexible. If you'd be interested in looking for a place together, let me know and we can catch up :)
I'm Ashish, 23 from India, studying Master of Information Technology and working part-time as an ITC Support Engineer. I'm clean, easy going, laid back and easy to live with. I like to stay fit and healthy. Ideally would be good to live with people who like to have a bit of a laugh and not take themselves too seriously.
I am a 25 year old Canadian female here for my masters degree in occupational therapy and part time work as well! I am friendly, clean and respectful. I enjoy being active, having beach days, drinks with friends, painting and I absolutely love animals ! Please message me if you would like to chat more :)
I am a fashion stylist, so I always have the latest magazines and am neat and tidy. Like a laugh, but also like to just chill in my room. Like good food and wine and travel a bit with work.
Barely a five minute walk to the centre of Crows Nest. Close to the shops, public transport, cafés and handy to the Crowie Pub. Your bedroom has modern furniture with a comfy double bed, wardrobe and drawers. A long hallway separates the room from the living area and only one other room shares your bathroom. There are two full-size fridges in the kitchen between the three rooms of tenants. I'm thirty. I work full-time and and usually do my own thing during the week, but I'm happy to socialise on the weekends. My other flatmate is a female around the same age and very friendly and tidy. Like me, you'll have a full-time job. I like to have a good time, but don't apply if you are looking for Party Central. This is a great flat and handy to everything, so I want to keep the landlord sweet. You'll have fast, free and unlimited internet. I pay the first $400 of the quarterly electricity bill but if the bill is higher (it was once, but $400 usually covers it) we'll share anything over that amount equally. There's an internal laundry with large modern washer and dryer and it's free for you to use. Pretty much everything you might need is available for the price of your rent. All-day parking is in the street outside and around the corner and several Go-Get cars close by. You can keep a bike in the garage. The shops in Crows Nest are in walking distance, and a bus outside the door takes you to the centre of Lane Cove's shops if you want a change. Wollstonecraft Railway Station is barely 5 minutes away with a 12 minute ride to the city. The flat is handy if you work in North Sydney, Neutral Bay, St Leonards or travel to the city (as I do) each day. A previous flatmate worked at Royal North Shore Hospital but The Mater is also very close. This spot is central for work and play. We have our own gym in the garage if you wish to use it, which includes a 4-station cable-weight gym and various other equipment that is all yours whenever you like. There is shelving in there for your luggage too, if you want to store it out of the way. This room is free now The Rent is payable fortnightly in advance with the first payment on the day you move in. The Bond (amounting to 2 weeks rent) is $580. You get your Bond back (less any agreed damages) when you move out. If you are looking for a room to rent in a friendly flat and this sounds like you, get in touch. PM me with a little about yourself if you are interested. Eddy
We live in a spacious 4 bedroom townhouse in Crows Nest. We also have a massive balcony with great views of St Leonards. Our house is a 10 minute walk from St Leonards and Wollstonecraft Station, a 20 minute bus ride to/from the city, and a 3 minute walk to the beloved Crows Nest Hotel. We also have a bearded dragon!
I’m 29, currently living in Western Sydney and looking to move closer to work. I’m a lawyer by background and currently work in government for a charity based in Chippendale. I’m generally pretty busy after work and on weekends, but am super social, and would love to share a chat, drink and a meal, whilst also knowing when to give a bit of privacy.
I'm an easy going 29 year old starting my second masters degree. I'm also a graduate architect and design tutor, but mostly run a small online business part time. I'll be on studying campus & work placements next year 9-5 for 3+ days a week. Happy to chill out on evenings and weekends but I like to get out to markets & the beach on weekends. I have a long term girlfriend who lives on the other side of Sydney. My main interests are surfing and retro gaming but i'm sort of a jack of all trades. I'm pretty easy going. I'm super respectful of communal and other people's space. I keep pretty regular hours and I'm happy to socialise and hang out but i can also keep quietly to myself. I have all my own bedroom furniture sorted, and living room & kitchen items I could bring are a stainless fridge, washing machine, large flat screen tv and some classic video game consoles. I'm pretty flexible can bring all or none of it with me.
Located half way between Wollstonecraft and Waverton train stations. Only 5 minutes away, and only a couple stops on the train to the CBD. Cafes are nearby as well as an IGA and Crows Nest Woolies is within walking distance. The estate has 3 swimming pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor lap pool) as well as tennis courts and a gym with sauna. The unit is air conditioned, with a big balcony. Great views to Berry Island looking west so we get awesome sunsets. The room has built in wardrobe and comes with a private bathroom and private undercover security car space.
I am moving out of the top room in our amazing, spacious 3 bedroom townhouse! My secondment at work hasn’t come to an end and I am moving back to Newcastle. The townhouse is in a great location walking distance from St Leonards station, fitness first gym, and all the shops and bars the main street of Crows Nest has to offer. The room has it's own balcony and a great tree-filled outlook over the laneway. The room comes with an undercover secure car park with easy access into the building. The living room is more than enough room for 3 people and lets the sunlight in. Looking for someone short term at this stage until Feb 2019, with likely extension. Happy to leave the bed and mattress to stay with the room.
Looking for a nice place to stay, close to my work in St Leonards while I save to buy my first home. I enjoy going to the gym and being outdoors. I have a boyfriend, but the accomodation is for me only (he will visit once a week or so). I love a good Netflix series and a glass of wine. Very clean and tidy. Easy to get along with. Anything else, just ask :)
Beautiful apartment in Wollstonecraft with city views from the balcony. The place is super convenient, only a 2min walk to the train and a 10min leafy walk up to Crows Nest. The place is fully furnished (except your room) and has its own washing machine so there’s no need to use a communal laundry! I’ve lived here for 3 years and love it, I think you will too.
