Are you looking for a respectful and easy going professional in his late 20s to share your place? Contact me! French Engineer and keen surfer, I'm a Permanent Resident in Australia. I have a stable job (2 years contract on a governmental project) and would like to find a place for several months (and more if everything goes well). About myself: easy to live with, clean and organized, social drinker, nonsmoker, my hobbies are sports (surfing, running, ...), seeing friends and enjoying life in Sydney. My job requires long hours and I have a side business, so do not expect to see me every night :) About the room I look for: - Private bedroom ideally not furnished (I have a queen bed) - Privacy is important, but I don't mind sharing a bathroom. - Car park is a big plus - otherwise, there need to be street parking available around. - Flat ideally close to public transport I hope to meet you soon!
Warm and friendly, immaculately clean and organised and helpful. Very busy so won't be in someone's space all the time as work Professionally as Senior Sales Executive and train every day e.g. run, swim, yoga, etc. Marathon runner who will have just finished NY Marathon in November. Also singer, ex-dancer and actress so I'm a bit creative. Play piano. Not back from NY and then Adelaide until January 1st.
The townhouse is very spacious with beautiful views and lots of nature only 10 minutes from Sydney CBD! Located only one minute walking from Wollstonecraft station in a very well serviced train line. The area is very green, full of nature and bush walking tracks. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning! The medium size room available has an amazing view with built in wardrobe. I am looking for a female who is respectful, mature, friendly and clean. You're welcome to use a private locked garage! Thanks Bruna.
Easy going, bubbly and always up for an adventure:) I work full time as a nurse and study part-time so I'm always busy, but love being social and having a laugh or sneaky wine. I am clean (at times OCD), organised and considerate. I enjoy anything in the sun, food, fitness, travel, reading, trashy tv and tbh sometimes just being a sloth in bed (we all have those days).
This unit is honestly like a house, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a short 10 min stroll to Wollstonecraft station, Crows Nest shops, etc! The courtyard is huge and it's perfect timing because there's ample room to enjoy some wines on the weekends with amazing views. The bedroom itself is the largest in the unit with an ensuite and built in wardrobes. It comes unfurnished and it's large enough for a Queen size bed, Ikea FREDDE desk, two bedside tables and a dresser. On top of rent you will need to pay for shared (unlimited) internet, electricity and gas as well as wonderful cleaners who come every 2 weeks to make the place sparkle and shine like brand new. They are trustworthy and have been cleaning this unit for almost 3 years now so you are in safe hands!

Hi There! I'm Kristen, 25 years old. I work full time in brand management within marketing in the FMCG industry. I am a respectful, tidy and courteous person that is easygoing and will make a conscious effort to pull my weight with household work. Outside of working in the office during the week, I love getting outdoors on the weekends. Range of interests include boating, gym (x 5 days a week), camping, piano, beach, go karting, trivia, nature walks and going to the markets. Looking for spontaneous flatmates to live and become friends with. I would like to develop a friendship outside of flatting together :)
Hi! It's Jun, a 27 year old female working in strategy consulting. Have been living in Wollstonecraft for the past 3 years but unfortunately have to move out as the place is getting sold. I am looking for a room around lower north shore, closer to train stations preferred. A little bit about myself. I've studied and worked in China, Japan, Australia and the UK. Depending on projects, I sometimes travel a lot. I enjoy tennis, travelling and hanging around with my friends during my leisure time. Love bush walking and being out and about. I am a tidy, clean and easy going person.
Top floor unit in a small complex. There is a huge and beautiful rooftop garden with both a covered and uncovered eating area. Inside, there are three bedrooms (one is a spare bedroom/study), a modern kitchen, heaps of storage, air-conditioning, washer/dryer, etc. Older building, but interior is in very good condition. Oh, and it's next door to Wollstonecraft station, 12 minutes from the city (Wynyard Station) by train, 10-15 minute walk from Crows Nest/St Leonards shopping area.
Considerate, peaceful and enjoy my quiet space and yoga. I'm a working professional and looking to share with someone pleasant and respectful.
Hello, I am a Canadian living in Oz for over 2 years, so you can assume correctly that I am super chilled out and overly appologitic. I work full time in North Sydney and feel the need to move a bit closer to work. I'm a spirutual child of the world and spend alot of time over seas exploring different cultures. Meaning, I live a minimalist lifestyle and dont like to accumulate alot. A furnished room would be great. I prefer to have a clean environment to chill out in and won't leave the dishes laying around. Ideally looking for a quite and clean place where I can have a glass of wine with good company.
This serene high-end apartment, based in the relaxed suburb of Wollstonecraft is a place you can easily call home. It's a 2 bedder, with 2 bathrooms so there is utmost privacy for each occupant. Very clean, very quiet with very good neighbours within the apartment block. This is a low rise apartment block and provides the aura of living in a villa. The apartment itself has a nice private homely feel to it, it is within easy walking distance to the train station and the bustling Crows Nest and a 15-20 minute stroll to the panoramic Milson's point and Lavender Bay. The room available is the master bedroom with an ensuite. It is large, with build in cabinets. The room is airy, bright and will suit a single or a couple. The room is $440 for a couple and $410 for a single.
Hey everyone :) I'm moving up from a small town to work full-time in the big city. I am clean and tidy, non-smoker and I love cooking and Netflix.
Hey there! I'm an IT consultant who hails from Singapore/Malaysia, works out of North Syd and has lived in Chatswood for the past 5 years. I'm into tennis, hiking, working out, playing the drums and travelling (as most kids our age do). I'm currently looking for a change of scenery and I'm looking for a quiet & accessible apartment with 1 or 2 other flatmates. I'm also open to the idea of teaming up and starting a share apartment of our own! Please drop me a line if you'd be up to further discuss what you're looking for in a new place and flatmate. Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers, Trav
Hi! We have a cosy room up for grabs in a leafy suburb of Wollstonecft just a few min away from a train station and 10 min away from Crows Nest village. The room is furnished with double bed, but can be unfinished if you prefer to bring your own furniture. Bills are included in rent. Feel free to reach out if interested.
I'm friendly, clean and respectful. I work full-time hours so won't be at home that much. I have quite a busy life. I would love to get along well with my flatmates.
Hey There, I am looking for a room to rent from Mid-October until the end of January 2018. Moving in date is flexible, I just need to give my current flatmate 2 weeks notice. It needs to be walking distance (preferably 15 minutes max) to the train station - North Sydney, Waverton, Wollstonecraft etc. It would be great if it was furnished too with a bed :) I am happy with a small room as long as there is a cupboard, and I have a car as well, if there is parking or on street parking this would be fab! I am quiet, tidy, respectful and friendly - and looking for somewhere that is comfortable and quiet so I can relax. I work long hours so I like to have a haven to come home to and chill out. I work in marketing for a not for profit and I am also a nutritionist, and I love to cook! Thank you Jacinta :)
I'm a nursing student at University of Notre dame who works part time at Officeworks. I am also a clean, quiet and respectful person who loves good chats, music and social outings with friends.
A 31 year old, not-so-Finnish-looking-Finn who has just moved to Sydney after living in London for the past 5 years. I work in a media agency in North Sydney and am looking for a place to call home. I love travelling and exploring new food joints, though do like to cook and bake at home as well ;)
Hi I'm Dan, a teacher originally from the UK. I'm searching for a furnished room in a friendly, clean shared flat/house. I'm sociable and it would be good to get to know new people :) I like to cook, go for walks, watch movies, swim, try to dance salsa, and am up for anything that will get me on the path to physical fitness. But also a bit of a foodie and like the occasional good wine or belgian beer. I've not surfed, dived, or climbed, all of which I'd like to try.
I like keeping fit and healthy and being outdoors. I am friendly, sociable, polite, respectful and responsible. I'm currently working part-time and studying a bachelor of health science, so between those two things I am very busy and try and stay focused on my studies. However, I still like to have fun.
