Rare opportunity - huge appartment with lots of natural light, in a convenient location near Wollstonecraft station. Two bedrooms with 2 people living in the house (including you). The room is furnished (with brand new bedframe), but if you have your own furniture, we can figure something out. Lock up garage available for additional cost. No couples, please.
Private room available in a huge sunny apartment near the Wollstonecraft station. Your room has two large windows with leafy views. Entire apartment is furnished, but if you have any furniture, let’s chat and we can figure something out. There will be only two people living in this unit - you and myself. Only 15min walk to Crows Nest and a minute away from the station - it takes around 15-20mins to the city by train and around 8mins to Chatswood. Bills are excluded (I have a staff discount for electricity and gas) Lock up garage available for additional $40
Literally 3 minutes from Wollstonecraft station, two rooms in my 3 bed 2 bathroom apartment are available from the 23rd of March. You’d be sharing with me and one other person (ad for the other room is online here too). The train station is literally three houses away and takes 15 mins to get to the city or 10 minutes to Chatswood, and we have some great walking tracks nearby, favourites being the little rainforest track near the back of the block and Berry Island. Crows Nest is a 15 minute walk and has heaps of good brunch spots and restaurants. The unfurnished room is cozy but big enough for a queen bed, with a nice big window and leafy outlook facing east-ish. The large unfurnished room has huge built in wardrobes and an ensuite with shower and toilet, with big north-facing windows, easily big enough for a queen or king bed and ideal for a couple or one person. The apartment is light and gets a great cross-breeze in summer, with basically brand new bathrooms and a pretty good sized kitchen with built-in laundry, and is carpeted throughout in a non-smoking building. The lounge/dining room with balcony has views towards the Blue Mountains and great sunsets, sometimes with lorikeet and kookaburra visitors in the morning. There's also a Nespresso machine with free coffee for all, a lockup garage available, and we will hopefully get air-conditioning installed soon. I’ve lived in the apartment for 2 years, and my dear outgoing housemates who are moving to Canberra and the Inner West are taking the loungeroom furniture, so if you have a fridge/dining table/tv/ indoor plants or other homely things that would be super.
I'm very easygoing and easy to get along with. I'm social and down for a debrief over drinks but also like my own space. I'm respectful and clean, confining my mess to my own room. I enjoy having people over for dinner but am not looking for a party house as I work full time and some weekends. My dog is small, non shedding and sleeps most of the day, but he enjoys company and doesn't deal well with being locked outside if someone is home so dog lover roommates are a must.
Chris: I'm a 20 y/o student from Byron Bay studying at Billy Blue college of Design in Ultimo. My interests include football (keen Everton fan), graphic design/drawing and going to the beach. Catherine: I'm a 22 y/o student studying Comm/Law at Macquarie Uni. I grew up on the North Shore (Gordon), but would love to move closer to the city. My interests include spending too much money on food/uber, dogs and netflix. We are both easygoing, clean and not a hassle to live with. We love going out for drinks, but also staying in and playing board-games (preferably also with drinks). Chris also loves to cook, which invariably leaves Catherine to do the washing up. We'd love a place with similar aged like-minded people. Although we would respect other flatmates' privacy when needed, some banter would be ideal! Didnt know how to upload a photo of both of us hahah
Hi, I’m working full time Monday to friday and usually fairly long hours. Looking to share an apartment with someone who is clean, respectful and easy to get along with. Ideally looking for a long term lease.
Hi there! I'm Kylie, I'm currently working in animal welfare. I'm friendly, easygoing, tidy and respectful. I'm looking for a friendly sharehouse with like minded people. I enjoy travelling, cooking, baking and binge watching good TV series. Love dogs!
I'm easy going, neat and tidy and don't mind helping out around the house with chores and repairs. I'm a full time student studying engineering whilst working 4 days a week so I barely spend anytime at home. I like to hang out and have a chat but respect personal space and privacy. I'm an active person who likes to be on the go and outdoors whenever possible. I find I can get along with a wide range of people and am quick to adapt to a new environment.
I'm a hard working conference coordinator who migrated from Adelaide 2 years ago. I enjoy company, having a laugh and a sneaky beverage, love watching movies (or binge watching TV shows) and exploring Sydney on weekend adventures - beach, markets, art expos, cafe/bar hangs. I like to make the most of opportunities thrown my way but balance it out with down time when needed. I keep a neat and clean home and can cook some tasty meals. Looking for 2+ easy going, young professionals to live with in either North Sydney or surrounding suburbs.
I work full time as a realestate agent. I work close to 60 hours a week. I have a beautiful girlfriend who will drop by once in a while to visit. I am friendly and social. Love to have a chat but will respect your privacy. I like to have a peaceful place to live and not a party shack. Looking to share a house and make friends
Hi I am a looking for a private room in a flatshare environment. Mid 40's working Professional, mature and have respect for home. Easy going and friendly, looking to share with similar housemates. I enjoy most ball sports, Soccer, AFL, League, watching not playing these days, lol. Too many footy war - injuries. I am a contract Project Manager that is currently working in the CBD for a large corporate client and looking for a place within a 5km radius of the CBD so that I don't have to commute to far or too long. I am typically out of the house around 7:30am and return around 6:30- 7pm most weeknights. Weekends, I am pretty much away every weekend up the coast in QLD, sun and surf. I am from QLD and travel regularly most weekends up and down the coast Fly-in, Fly-out, typically fly-out on a Friday night and fly-in back either Sunday night or Monday morning, depending on work schedule. I'm pretty quiet, very easy to get along with and don't mind a social chat after work. I can cook, have been doing it for years actually, and keep my place and surrounds clean. Don't mind going out for dinner or getting some takeaway, with a glass of wine and good banter about nothing in particular, good social chat after work. I am currently sharing a house in the south western suburbs and want to move closer to the CBD to reduce my commute time. I will require some form of parking, either off street or on street (not metered). Ideally off street if possible. I am looking for a private room, ideally with a Queen or Double bed, in the following areas which include: Inner Sydney areas : Balmain, Rozelle, Lilyfield, Annandale, Petersham, Stanmore, Newtown, Glebe, Ultimo, Pyrmont, Surry Hills. Easy walking distance to CBD or short trip on public transport. North Sydney areas: Milsons Point, North Sydney, Kirribilli, Cremorne, Crows Nest, St Leonards, Cammeray, Wollstonecraft and Mosman as a my preferred locations. I don't have any furniture, so I prefer a furnished place to share. Just me, my clothes, a couple of bags, my car and my charming humour, lol. Happy to chat and share a wine after work. Drop me a line if you have a room for a fair price. I do have a budget which I am trying to stick to. Talk soon. Regards Eddie
Hi! I'm a student who works full time hours! I'm not around a lot but when I am I love a good chat and a drink! I've been living out of home for the last three years in Sydney. I'm a very tidy, respectful person!
I am friendly, easy going, respectful, tidy, honest and live a healthy active lifestyle. I love being outdoors and love the ocean. I’m originally from Ireland and living in Australia 13 years (now also an Aussie).
My name is Antoni. I am 34 year old male, living in Sydney now for 3 years (originally from Adelaide) but have spent the last 4 months in Singapore for work, so moved out of my last apartment and moved all my belongings into storage before relocating for work temporarily. I work full time in Lane Cove West with a little bit of interstate/overseas travel from time to time. I am looking to find somewhere to call home with someone who is relaxed & easy going. I would prefer somewhere furnished as I've been living in furnished apartments since moving here and with own bathroom. I am prompt with rent and all bills and am more than happy to share the workload with others to ensure a positive vibe and a clean household. I enjoy the good company of housemates over a wine/scotch and cheese platter, but at the same time enjoy space to myself. If you feel you have a place for me in your home then feel free to drop me a message. Thank you.
Hi there ! My name is Lucas Rodrigues and I recently moved to Sydney to study a bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University. I'm sociable and always up for a drink and a chat but I'm not really into partying so I'm looking for a place where I can come home and relax! I like to exercise, meditate and enjoy outdoor activities but not as much as I enjoy binge watching my favourite series on netflix! I'm respectful, trustworthy and honestly I'm tired of moving houses so I'd love to find a place to live long term that I can call home. If you have any questions just text me :)
Hi, I am looking for a share house/unit (max 2 other occupants) with working professionals. I work full time at MQU during week days and on the weekends I like to socialise and be active. Don't watch a lot of TV but I do make an exception for a good movie. Love the outdoors/camping, rock climbing and a long run during the calm hours of the early morning. Occasionally, I also do some maintenance work on my motorcycle as I enjoy hands-on technical work. I am clean, tidy, social and very considerate. I'm not a party person but I don't mind if people bring friends over for dinner/drinks. Looking forward to finding a nice home with great people. Cheers, Paul
I'm a quality coach at a bank in North Sydney. Looking for a place locally as I don't want to commute anymore! Haha. Im a super bubbly girl and I'm looking for some roommates who love to have a chat, but like their time alone. I love to eat well & be active. I'm out and about most weekends and love to try out new places to eat!
I work normal hours, love to exercise morning or night. Play sports and love getting outdoors. Looking for some down to earth people to live and make friends with who don’t mind a beer or two on the occasion!
I'm about to start a full-time post-grad course at UTS in the city, so I'll be pretty focused on study. Having said that I am happy to socialise when not up to my eyeballs in books - here's hoping :). The important things: I like good coffee (and have a coffee grinder and espresso machine to prove it), like a glass of wine, love good food, try to go jogging when I can (not often enough!). I've lived all over the world, consider myself tidy (not manic). I'm a mature-minded, professional guy but happily I still wake up every morning with the attitude that I'm twenty-something. Self reliant, agreeable and easy going.
Hey! I’m an Architect / Project Manager who gets along with pretty much everyone! :) SUPER CLEAN AND TIDY ----- I’ve rented out my own house to international students, so I really value clean living and punctual rental payments. Enjoy banter, trustworthy, sociable, career driven, no B.S. Looking to rent with similar personalities + people – message me IF you fit the profile! Seeking own room. Fantastic references. Keen for a solid TEAMUP! Happy to do heavy lifting around the house! Hit me up!!
