Trying to get my priorities right, one of which includes moving closer to the northside so I can enjoy a few more extra minutes of sleep - because everyone knows that a nurse enjoys that head to pillow-shut-eye time. I'll happily raise my hand and admit that I am a happy little extrovert, because I love meeting new people and have been sharing and caring since I was ten. Just to elaborate on that a bit, I was at boarding school, then did a bit of backpacking, decided I wanted to use my head again which involved living on campus at college whilst at uni and well now I am here in a share house looking to share again. Don't fret though I know the classic signs and symptoms of someone that needs their own space and will happily oblige. I try and make the most of my days off and am always up for an adventure, whether that is a market trip, off for some vitamin D and sea, trying to complete a 1000 piece puzzle or discovering funky new nooks and crannies to eat, drink or watch movies at. If you have any questions just type away. (ps there are 2 of us so looking for two rooms, pls)
You'll have your own room that has a bed, fixed wardrobe with mirror and balcony. The bathroom has a fixed bathtub and a washing machine/dryer in one, so I only use the bathroom for laundry. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. I have my own ensuite, so you don't have to worry about bathroom and sink being shared. Kitchen, dining room and living room are shared. On-street parking is preferred, but I can try to shift my stuff around in the garage if you wanna use the garage. It's a 3 minute walk away from the nearest train station or bus station.
Hello! My name is Alex. I am a young professional from Edinburgh, Scotland. I am an outgoing person who enjoys sport, travelling and cooking. I am looking for a long-term flatshare or houseshare arrangement within travelling distance of the CBD and my office in Milton.
I'm 20 years old and looking for a fun and down to earth housemate who is clean. After living in share houses since 18 years old, and trying to live with cousins, friends and the rest, I've found it increasingly hard to find someone that picks up after themselves. All I ask is that you enjoy a ciggie or beer on the balcony with me, and that you clean up your dishes and space :-) I always have a record spinning at home, love film and a good drink. I often enjoy going out with mates, or chilling out alone in my room. I'm looking to move into a house that has enough space for us, and a small backyard to hang out in. If you feel like we could get along as housemates send me a message as I'm all out of luck :-) Sophia

Hi, I have one room available for rent from November 2016 in a brand new, modern, 2 bedroom-2 bathroom apartment in Wooloowin. The room has its own bathroom, walk-in robe, balcony access, and air conditioning. The apartment is located approx 8 mins drive from the CBD / Fortitude Valley, two streets from a major shopping centre (Lutwyche), all major gyms, a Liquourland, and a central public transport hub with frequent buses / trains. It has plenty of unmetered parking. The apartment is fully furnished with brand new modern, stylish interiors. You would only need to bring your own bedroom furniture. Rent is $200 p/week, not including bills and Internet. Internet is $7.50 p/week for unlimited ADSL2+. About me: I'm a friendly, 23-year-old professional. I work full-time and am in my final semester of studying part-time, which means I'm fairly busy and keep to myself on weeknights. I'm a social guy that enjoys having mates over and having fun, but would prefer a similarly professionally-minded person that prefers quiet nights in with a glass of wine to house parties. I'm a massive muso, and I love keeping fit / the outdoors, cooking, travelling, and movies. I'm looking for a considerate, clean person that treats other people's / spaces with respect, and looks after themselves. Ideally, I'd like to share cooking / household duties with someone. This apartment would suit a like-minded professional. - City views - Very close to public transport - Walking distance to major shopping centre - Netflix - Walk-in robe - Air conditioning - Balcony access
I'm looking for a suitable place to move ideally before the end of December, it can be early 2017 though. I'm 22 and work full time. I'm a social person but respect and like my own personal space. I'm clean and tidy and easy to get along with. I like to go out for drinks or dinner every now and again but otherwise love getting outdoors, especially to the beach.
I am pretty easy going. I enjoy quiet nights in and a couple of drinks on the weekend. I moved here 5 years ago from chch, nz. I'm currently living in Kallangur but want to move closer to the city, Nundah or around there would suit me well. I'm a travel consultant which is pretty cool and I'm working full time on a 7 day rotating roster.
This unit is awesome. 1 street back from Wooloowin train station - takes you to the City in 8 minutes, Valley in 6. Clean and modern inside. Netflix and unlimited Internet for an additional $30 per month. I am a motorcycle rider and this room would be ideal for another rider, as I use the lock up garage exclusively for my motorcycle/ tools/ bike gear, and you could too! It's a quiet street and a lovely apartment. I keep it clean and tidy and would expect my housemate to do the same, although I'm pretty laid back. The whole apartment is completely furnished - you will only need to furnish your room. There is limited storage so if you have double ups of furniture that I already have, you will have to store it elsewhere. I'm quite a social person and ultimately my housemate would be someone who I could be mates with and crack a beer after a long week. I like all people enjoy my own space, but the unit isn't huge - so I want to be able to consider my housemate a mate mate too! If you're all about keeping to yourself all the time, this probably isn't the joint for you. I should mention I'm 23, but I work in a professional environment and I'm very much not interested in parties/ predrinks every weekend. A couple of beers with mates is about as crazy as I get. Please don't apply if you're young/ immature. I also have a cat named Buddy! :) FYI - the room is unfurnished, but if you do need it, I have a queen bed and bedside table plus there is a built in wardrobe
Hello My name is Melissa, I work full time and spend the days i don't work outside either hiking or at the beach. Im looking for a place to live when my lease ends in February but in the end looking for a new friendship as well, not to be cheesy. Im clean and kinda a clean freak. Any more question free feel to message me :) Kind regards Melissa
*Please read full description before messaging me - thank you :)* I am a sociable professional and animal lover, and come as part of a pair - my Mini Foxy cross, Bear and I. Bear is house trained and low maintenance and loves to hang out with whoever is home - not a fan of other dogs though, cats may be ok. I am mature and have lived in many sharehouses over the years, but it is time to downsize and I don't particularly want to live alone just yet, so sharing with ONLY one other person would be ideal. A 6 month lease is only a minimum. I enjoy having someone around to chat/debrief with at the end of the day over a drink and can be pretty open and chatty. However, I do appreciate my own space and that of my fellow housemate/s. Clean and tidy in common areas and very respectful with noise levels as I expect the same in return. Have plenty of furniture to bring to the house of need be.
I am quiet, respectable and easy-going, also love to chat and am easy to get along with Interested in music (Working in events and as a DJ), outgoing and adventurous Recently finished High School (Boarding from Northern Territory) and looking for a place to stay in Brisbane

27 year-old journalism student at UQ searching for housemates around my age to live with who are fun, independent and socially like-minded. Although working, I'm always up for being social on weekends. I like to run, head on roadtrips out bush, great at cooking, currently do surf lifesaving on the Gold Coast, takes dance classes and despite being well-travelled to places like the US - have amazing stories to tell. Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm early 30's with wide ranging interests in world affairs, sport, food, cars, travel, ++.
Easy going full time working professional (IT / Projects) looking to house share within Brisbane region. Clean and Tidy and social personality but also always respect my flatmates space. Good with pets (especially dogs! lol) and easy working in with flatmates when it comes bill sharing, etc. I commute to CBD daily for work so would be great to find a place close to train lines. Originally from NZ and been in Brisbane for almost 3 yrs now, during the week i'm pretty boring (lol) normally just busy working, gym, and a little study or TV comprises my daily routine, but on weekends love to get out to the Sunshine Coast or GC when is sunny, or hit the local and watch rugby / sports. As mentioned I'm super laid back and respectful as a flatmate, and looking to fit in with a cool bunch who would hopefully end up awesome mates as well as flatties! Feel free to ask me any questions.
I'm a clean, quiet flatmate who is looking for a similarly clean and quiet place to live, and people who'd like to be friends! I'm something of a nomad, and have interesting stories to tell. Generally, I will get along with anyone, and I am very conscientious of others.
