The apartment is easy to keep clean and looks great. Plus its a floor up and very secure (high and secure enough that there's never any bugs of any kind too). Available Sept/Oct-ish. I'm often working long hours, but when I'm not I usually keep to myself, usually reading books or playing videogames. Won't say no to hanging out, though. I can tidy up after myself and do my part in keeping communal areas clean, plus I like to cook. I'm sure I must be at least tolerable to live with because as of writing this, I have never been kicked out of a flat. Anywhere within walking distance of a train station is ideal.
