It's a very decent size, rent is $200 per week for one room, plus utilities (electricity and unlimited broadband internet is available) I'm presently looking to relocate to the Sunshine Coast, so am seeking a tenant (or tenants) to replace me on my existing lease. The room I'm looking to rent out has air-conditioning and an ensuite, and can easily fit a queen size bed and desk/shelving. The duplex itself has been beautifully renovated, complete with a lovely green lawn, white wooden fencing and our own little deck to relax on and enjoy BBQs!
