We are a young couple who have just purchased this house (our very first), and we are looking for some great people to live with in this massive 4 bedroom home. We have two rooms available (we share the main bedroom and we are not renting out the 4th bedroom as we don't want to overcrowd the house). Room 1 - Massive 3.8m x 3.3m room with built-ins for $180 per week including all bills. Room 2 - Decent sized 3.0m x 2.8m room with built-ins for $140 per week including all bills. This property comes with a lot of perks for living, working or studying. LIVING There is 135m2 of living space to be shared - so even with the eventual total of 4 people in this home, there will always be somewhere to have as your own space. In addition to your room, there is a large dining area, an office area, a whisky nook, a large living area and multiple outdoor seating areas. We have a 65 inch wall-mounted television that is free for everybody to use, air conditioning in the living/dining and plenty of plants in the house. The bedrooms are freshly painted with freshly polished floors, new curtains, lots of wardrobe room and a gorgeous view of the leafy backyard. They both have ceiling fans + lights that are remote controlled (so no need to get up to turn your fan or light on and off). WORKING The house is in easily one of the best positions in Wynnum. It is less than a kilometre from the water and is elevated, so you get stunning views at night. But for a professional, it is conveniently located close to both public transport and major roadways. The Wynnum North train station is a 5 minute walk, the Airport is a 10 minute drive and the City is just 25 minutes away via Wynnum Road, and even quicker if you take the Port of Brisbane Motorway. STUDYING With the living and office area, plus the space in your own room - it will be easy to study from the house each day. The house has great natural light during the day, and is quite a nice temperature (not too hot and not too cold, no matter the temperature outside). Griffith University is an easy drive away, while UQ and QUT are both easily accessed via Wynnum Road or public transport. The rent here is very well priced as we are looking for the right people, not to simply fill the rooms. All bills are included, which are ELECTRICITY, INTERNET and FOXTEL. Looking at moving out of home. I will be bringing a large lovable doggo with me, who is playful and loves people. I take full responsibility for her and her business so would just need someone who likes animals and is down to give a few pats every now and then. I am currently a full-time uni student but do work part-time. I know how to pull my weight with cleaning but also require the same respect for shared workloads when it comes to the housework. Ill keep to myself but i'm always down for a drink and a laugh.

We currently rent a home together in Birkdale (and have done for the past 8 months), but the landlord is selling so we're on the lookout for a new place! There are nice places in the Redlands area (and towards Carindale) that becomes more affordable with 3 or 4 people instead of 2. We both teach guitar and piano privately and work other part-time jobs. So we're home a decent amount of the time during weekdays.
