Hi everyone! 😊 I’m renting this great apartment in the heart of Wynnum just back from the water (can just see the water from the balcony and bedrooms), and one street back from Wynnum’s central hub (cafes, gyms, Coles, Woolies, F45, chemist, health food shop, fruit market, train station... it goes on and on!) all very close walking distance (2-5min stroll). Ahhhmazing yoga studio is literally 1min walk- I’m loving that at the moment. You can also walk along the water to Manly markets every weekend, would love a market buddy 👌🏻 I do have a little kitty named Clogs. She’s super cute, loves a cuddle and does zoomies at all hours 😂 she will greet you with ‘meows’ when you arrive home... and probably won’t stop till you give her a few pats. It’s a near new apartment with pretty much everything you could ask for! Dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, air-con in main living area, gas stove etc. There is even a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the bay (as pictured) if you are looking to entertain, sometimes I just go up there to enjoy the view. I have fully furnished the kitchen and living areas- you just need to furnish your own bedroom/ bathroom. The balcony is a decent size. I am waiting delivery of an outdoor table which will be great. I also have plans to set up a little herb garden out there. I also have Netflix on offer if you’re that way inclined. I don’t have Internet as such- I usually stream off my phone which works well for me. You can do the same or you are welcome to set up and pay for your own wifi. The room is large with massive built in wardrobes. No air-con but there is a ceiling fan. Air-con in living area will pretty much cool down the whole apartment if needed. You will also have your own bathroom. The apartment does have one undercover secure parking spot which I am willing to discuss. There is also lots of street parking. The building is super quiet, I can’t say I’ve heard or barley seen any of my neighbours. I’d love to live with someone friendly, willing to chat and make a new friend, but also respectful of personal space, is neat and tidy, and doesn’t mind Clogs sitting on their lap whilst they watch TV 😂 Hope to hear from you soon!

I have been living happily with some friends out on a bit of land in Bunya (north Brisbane) but the landlord wishes to sell to help his financial situation more (so sad)! I have my beautiful German sheperd Denzel, he is 3 and very well trained. He does not bark (if he did then you would know something is up as hes been trained), hes toilet trained, doesnt chew anything, he has plenty of toys. I am with him most of the time and take him with me most places I go so would prefer someone who will love Denzel like I do and not just want him outside and ignored. I am studying vet nursing. Im quiet and respectful, tidy, clean and love to cook (mainly meal prep so nothing exciting) but when I do decide to bake it is amazing! I am at the gym nearly every day and at the beach most weekends with Denzel or taking him to his training. I dont party anymore haha but wont say no to a wine and some good banter. We are both looking for comfortable accommodation that is affordable while i do my studies. We aren't rowdy people, we mostly like to just chill out. We are also both clean and tidy.
Our place is next to Moreton Bay and we enjoy the on-shore winds during summer. If these don’t cool you down enough, your area is air - conditioned and we have a beautiful pool and spa. Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a two story house consisting of three and a bit rooms. The lounge/kitchen area contains a new stove/oven with suitable bench and cupboard space. Currently this room contains a decent sized fridge and a nice lounge. Other furniture is available. A lockable sliding door permits access to the outdoors area, which comes with an external glass table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the view. The bedroom is large enough to have a queen size bed with side tables either side. It also has a large built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. The bathroom has recently been redone and is clean, airy and full of light. There is only one laundry and so is used by both us and yourself. There is a clothes line out the back near the garage, should you wish to dry your clothes there. We do not own a clothes dryer due to ecological arguments. The garage is big and there is room in there for the odd bits and pieces to be stored. We are at water level, (but no chance of flooding) which provides ease of access to the esplanade for your walking, bike riding etc. That’s about it. If you can think of any other questions to ask us, I hope you do it when you come to have a look.
Hello future friends and flatmates! I am Kacey, 26, full-time Claims Admin Officer and I have a 3 year old greyhound cross - Bailey. She is an absolute sweetheart and adores people. She gets on well with other dogs, it just takes her a minute to get to know them and understand their body language. She generally sleeps inside of a night time with me but stays outside while I'm at work. Both she and I are very kind and respectful, I enjoy a good hang out and chats but also understand that everyone needs their own space :) I love a good laugh, have a wicked sense of humour, and can be pretty goofy at times. I am quite a clean person and a non-smoker. I am looking for pretty much anything up to $200 a week. I am looking to rent around the Wynnum area or surrounding suburbs but am flexible on the area. I work in the city and would ideally prefer someone close to the train station.
The house is close to Wynnum train station and a short walk or drive to Wynnum Central shops, and the foreshore. The upstairs area, where you would be living is fully self contained, with it’s own kitchen, bathroom and furnished living room. Access is only via external staircases, so it is totally private from downstairs. Shared laundry is downstairs, but separate to living quarters. The bedrooms available are each furnished with a king or queen bed and large built in wardrobe. You will still be able to fit some smaller bedroom furniture, e.g. a desk or chest or drawer. Happy to take two tenants who know each other, or rent the rooms out separately. The leafy yard space is shared with an avid gardener. We also have a small dog called Luna, who likes to laze about but won’t come into your space (unless you want her to!) No smokers please.
