The house is 300 meters to the esplanade with terrific bay views and only a 5 min walk to Wynnum train station. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom and additional toilet down stairs. It's a large Queenslander with heaps of open spaces, generous front & back yard, roof top deck (awesome views), storage, lounge/dinning room and a good size kitchen. Room is unfurnished with high ceilings + fan. Air conditioning is available in one of the rooms. Feel free to come and check it out.
Have been in Brisbane over two years now. Work full time in real estate and other side projects so am always busy. I’m either in and out or in my room working on things. Am very sociable but can keep to myself at times. I train so am up early and work late sometimes. Very clean and tidy person. I am moving due to renting my own property out. Hey There, Im a clean and tidy respectful house mate. I work 2 jobs both casual/part time at the moment , however this situation will change over time to a more Full time permanent position. I am on a very independent spiritual journey which has opened my eyes up to what I am looking for and where I invest my time. I love the water and would love somewhere within walking distance to the water/beach. I do forget to do things here and there so wanting to find someone just as relaxed as me. I love a light bright home environment and would love the opportunity to find a pet that could add to my family unit. Im look at a dog at this stage. Hi I am looking for a temporary abode to see out a contract, I work full time Monday to Friday. Minimum stay of 4 weeks but may stay longer if it works out that way. Furnished please, I can supply a mattress at least and maybe if OK with you bring a TV and cabinet if room available but no problem if not. Hi, after a few years my flatmate has decided to move closer to the city so i'm now offering a room in a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, lounge and bathroom (a small bath!) located within 5 minutes walk from Wynnum Central Station and about 2 minutes from Wynnum Esplanade (great for fishing, or walking). Also just around the corner from the Waterloo Bay Hotel and 2 minutes walk to Coles/Woolworths. You can have either the larger bedroom with a decent size 4 door cupboard, queen sized bed, and bookcase for $152.50 a week (also gets seabreezes), or you can have the smaller bedroom with a queen sized bed for $132.50 a week. Flat is fully furnished apart from a TV and there is an existing unlimited ADSL2 connection which gets 2MB/s at the premises which could be shared (NBN available in May). Flat is in a brick apartment block, with a fairly good 1 door garage (might be tricky to squeeze another car in there but there is parking space round the back). There is a small balcony with seating and privacy screening, and also a resident house cat, unfortunately no dogs though I might be able to sneak another cat onto the lease as long as it is an indoor cat. There is an air con in the lounge which cools that section of the flat well.
