Aloha :) I am on the hunt for a lovely place where I soon can move into and call home for the next 6 Months or more. My boyfriend will move in with me, just will arrive shortly after because he's got to stay in Sydney for a bit longer. I am into health food and totally love cooking. But because it's boring to cook for just myself I like sharing the food with my flatmates or cook together when it fits. I am not a chef but often got told I should be one by what I cook so dont you worry, you are in good hands :D Also I love plants and herbs and might give your (our?) kitchen a stylish and also yummy upgrade with my herbs :D We both are into sports and outdoors and always keen to go and do something active and fun :) Just chilling sometimes is cool with us, too :D In the mornings I normally do a workout before breakfast. Not sure how it will be with my new job and the roster tho.. 🤔 Music is also one of my passions and I am keen to jam a bit now and then! Flynn plays Piano and in case there is one around you will hear amazing and lovely songs now and then. I am super tidy and clean. Don't mind when some dishes aren't done in the morning rush or something like that but you can be sure that I keep the flat tidy togetherwith you :) Important: I love animals but sadly am super allergic to any kind of animal (maybe birds might be an excuse) and can't live in a household with them:(

Hi, I work full time managing a blueberry farm near Emerald. I work long days in summer and will bring home Raspberries, Blueberries and Starwberries along with anything else thats available :) I work nearly every weekend and take 2 days off during the week when i can so the place is yours on the weekend. My gf studdies in the US atm so i basically fill my time with work, reading and watching movies. I'm looking to move in ASAP ( the sooner the better) because the berries are just starting and the free time i have is becoming less.
ATTN: LANDLORDS/ AGENTS PLEASE NOTE I AM LOOKING FOR EITHER A 2 BEDROOM UNIT/HOUSE TO RENT FOR MYSELF AND MY SON IN OR NEAR MONBULK OR TO TEAMUP IN A 3-4 BEDROOM HOUSE WITH ANOTHER PERSON WHO WILL GO ON THE LEASE WITH ME. I AM NOT LOOKING TO SUBLET. Hi I am a single mum, with an 8 year old son. We are looking to share a fabulous large house with an empathic, easy going, intelligent, tolerant, mature and stable person, or single parent and child. I’d prefer to stay reasonably close to Monbulk for my son. WE HAVE ALREADY VACATED AND HAVE TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION ONLY UNTIL MID NOVEMBER. After living alone for several years, I was very dubious about whether my son and I could adjust to sharing with others. However, after the past 7 weeks sharing a house, (with shared living room and bathroom), after the initial adjustment, it has been great. I have even started to enjoy doing housework a bit more. Being accountable for a shared space is a good motivator. And I think my son has benefited from the interaction with another adult. Sadly, this place is being demolished on 19th November, and my housemate is moving to the Peninsular to be close to his daughter. My son has special needs, (nothing too serious) and requires a stable, calming enviornment. I'm happy to share more about that privately with the right people. He is very outgoing, and friendly, loves interacting with adults and younger children. He loves Beyblades, gemstones, singing and dancing and being a ninja. He watches T.V. but is not allowed Xbox, video games, iPads etc. We'd love to live somewhere with enough space for a trampoline, either outside or a small indoor one. I’m looking for a large place with a good layout e.g. 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, and good storage space that is easy to keep tidy. Would also like some outdoor space. And a small outdoor storage shed, or space to erect a small shed. I respect other people's privacy, but I am sociable and a good conversationalist. I spend a lot of time reading, researching, listening to the radio and podcasts. I have a background in Sociology and gender studies, personal care and student rights work. I am interested in many things especially culture, society, philosophy, psychology and even pointless trivia. I am fair-minded and considerate of others. I am interested in other people, without being intrusive. I accept people from all walks of life, all ages. With the exception of racist, misogynist, homophobic or people with very right-wing views. I'm currently on a pension with carer's allowance, and studying part-time, and doing some casual work. I am financially stable and always pay rent and bills in advance. I like things to be be agreed in advance, fair and reasonable. I have an impeccable rental history, long tenancies, and always pay my rent in advance. I have no debts, and am not fond of overt consumerism. I vape nicotine, and currently am smoking tobacco occasionally. I recently had a lapse back onto the tobacco. But am working my way back to just vaping again. I'm fine with cigarette smokers , but only outside, and away from my son, and someone who disposes of butts properly, keeps cigarettes, ashtrays etc out of reach please. I don't drink or take drugs. I’d prefer to share with same, but I'm tolerant of occasional drinkers, but no drugs please. I'm not a green thumb or very handy person. So would like a low maintenance property and/ or gardener included. Even better, I’d be open to share costs to hire a gardener and/or cleaner on a monthly basis. Also happy to negotiate fair rent in return for home help. Looking for someone who works part-time or full-time. Or another single parent with a child. Honesty and clear communication is a must. Also someone who understands children and what behaviour, content etc is appropriate/not appropriate for an 8 yo child is important. My son would love a pet. I'm not ready to get one yet. But he would love to interact with and help care for your pets, if you have any. Hope to hear from you soon!
We have a rental in Woori Yallock and our lease ends in feb, we are wanting to move further down the line and be closer to our work so that is why we are moving. We currently have a house mate but very unsure if we wish for him to come with us. We’re happy to pay $225 max so looking for $450 for a full house to team up with another couple. We’re very easy to get along with and very clean as my partner has OCD and I just love living in a clean house. We cook them clean straight away and most nights will offer some food if we got spare pasta or something. We usually keep to our selfs and don’t party and if we do it’s never really at our house. We like respect from people and we will definitely give it back. We love piece and quiet as we work long how’s and 6 days a week
I am easy to live with. I am quiet, I clean up after myself and enjoy both my own space and a bit of company at times. Not really much of a party animal. My hobbies include computer games, movies, reading and gardening.
I'm a 26 year old Male looking for somewhere to call home for the next 6 months. I'm a seasonal firefighter who has just returned home for Canada to begin work on Mt Dandenong in late November. I'm a clean, easy going guy who enjoys a bit of banter and keeping fit. I'm looking for some easy going housemates that love life as much as me. Insta: mitchjbrown
I'm a traffic controller who works 40+ hours a week, I have a dog his name is benson hes a boxer :) I'm quiet and respectful but like to be social also! I have my personal car & a work car!
I could not pin down exactly why I'm good to live with yet I will say that every person I've ever lived with have all become friends and remained so long after the sharing of a home. - Brenden
I am a friendly, respectful and considerate person, who has had many share house experiences, I take pride in my environment, happy and willing to contribute to the upkeep of the household. I'm very easy going & I welcome upfront communication to avoid unnecessary disharmony. I have a 3 year old, male, desexed & well natured indoor cat who will be coming along with me. I appreciate personal space and enjoy my own time and respect that of others - as well as I am open to getting to know new people, having a chat and sharing interests. I am part time working in customer service. In my own time, I enjoy music, singing and dancing, anything in the great outdoors, spontaneous and new adventures & love a good movie, comedy, action, an eclectic range of different interests. I don't smoke inside, bad enough habit as it is. I am environmentally & energy conscious so as much as humanly possible, I don't abuse life's privileges.
3 Bedroom Mud Brick house situated on the creek. Quiet location, approximately 2km from town. Split system air-conditioner. Prefer working person/s. Very spacious open plan living. Smoking outside only. Long-term available. Rent per week is per room.
Hello! I’m Tay, I’m 23 and looking for a place to rent with my kitten friend Max. We’re both friendly and tidy. I work long hours Monday - Saturday.
I'm a 23 year old full time administration worker for a scaffolding company in Clayton. I live a generally quiet lifestyle between work, gym and netball as I'm trying to save for bigger and better things one day. I love to cook and have an unhealthy relationship with Netflix (who doesn't)! I'm generally a hermit, I don't go out much as I don't like the hangover, however, I do occasionally go out and have a boogie with my pals.
