Light-filled place with good vibes. I'm vegetarian but don't mind what you eat. If you have a friendly, well-trained dog it might be possible for it to call this place home. No smokers sorry. I have an ensuite upstairs, so you'll only be sharing the bathroom with the downstairs bedrooms. Bills are an extra $30 a week, which covers electricity, gas, water, NBN, toilet paper, tissues, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets, paper towel, dish detergent and a fortnightly cleaner for common areas. Bedroom 1 (floral quilt cover in photo, don't have a current photo) - furnished with Queen bed, bedside tables and a chest of drawers - built-in wardrobe with hanging space, shelves and drawers - room for a desk - $190 per week Bedroom 2 (grey quilt cover in photo) - furnished with Queen bed, bedside tables, arm chair and chest of drawers - built-in wardrobe with hanging space and a storage shelf - $170 per week
I am a 20 year old woman who is studying full-time doing my Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management and as well as working two jobs in Hospitality. I am currently searching for a room in a share house near or in Warragul! My interests/hobbies include bushwalking and camping, going to the gym, reading and writing, gardening here and there, and going out with mates to check out live gigs. I like to think of myself as tidy, organised, responsible and mature, as well as a quiet and respectable person to live with.
Hi, I'm Claire! I'm looking to find a new place to co-lease with someone in Warragul. I work full time, I'm easy going, tidy and respectful of others space. I'm looking to start a quiet share house with someone long term (12+ months). I have an inside dog who is a bit anxious around new people and other dogs so hoping to find a dog lover that doesn't own a dog! (cats are fine). I am interested in environmental sustainability, good food, I have a horse, and enjoy a good Netflix binge session. I am currently living in Traralgon, but am originally from Melbourne so generally spend 1 - 2 weekends a month visiting friends/family. If you are easy going, reliable, love dogs and are looking for a new place - send me a message!
I am an easy going, kind and fun individual who loves life, enjoys being social but equally also love alone time. I work part-time as a remedial massage therapist and also study. I have lived in share accomodation previously and am very respectful of others. Ideally looking for a room to rent with nice individuals.

The kitchen, lounge and laundry are shared but come complete with a communal washing machine, fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. The bedroom is furnished with a generous wardrobe and a bed (if required). You have your very own shower, toilet and small yet functional basin and shaving mirror. All you need to bring is your own bed linen and towel! House rules apply at this property so you will be expected to take your turn with cleaning and bins, etc. For more information or to book an inspection please contact Deb. Only serious flatmates please, no tyre kickers!
Hi There! We have a nice little house close to the inner Warragul township. The room currently has furniture but we are happy to take it out if it’s not needed. The house is fully furnished, and as it’s on the smallish side we can’t really fit anything else in the common spaces. The lounge flatscreen is new and hooked up to Netflix but if you wanted to hook anything else up feel free. The garage is currently used as a storage space but it also doubles as a laundry. We have a big, loveable pup that pretty much has the run of the place, just close your bedroom door as she gets curious. She’s still learning her manners so we would need someone who is ok with that. The rent is currently set with a single person in mind. Couples are welcome however the rate would go up in that case to allow for the increase in utility bills.
About the house: Warm and homely, with 3 generous bedrooms with built in robes, a separate lounge room, open plan dining and light filled kitchen with breakfast bar, central bathroom and versatile European laundry. Outside the surrounding established gardens are planted for year round enjoyment. There is ample off-street parking in a quiet, safe and well-established neighbourhood. Split system air-con and ceiling fans to keep cool in summer and a gas log fireplace to stay warm come winter. Located close to the Warragul train station with V-lines directly to Tralagon and Southern Cross Station (Melbourne), bus routes, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, gyms, parks and the town CBD. There are two rooms available to choose between and can be furnished if required. All bills included in weekly rent. Couples welcome and rent will adjusted accordingly!
