House is fully furnished so you will only need to bring bedroom furniture. Rent is $200 per week unlimited wifi is $20 a month, power is usually around $20 a month. we buy our own food but supply coffee, tea, toilet paper etc which will be an extra $10 a month. We are looking for someone that wants a quiet, clean home to live in. Someone that can clean up after themselves and can keep noise to a minimum after 11pm week nights. its a small italian home, so everything is built for short people. w./ three rooms, one is a spare room, there is netflix that is avaliable & some what good internet. its spacious & given the choice, your room could be also! the neighbours in the area are very friendly, however, if owning a car it will be a bloodbath. just a heads up! 15 minute walk to/ from the train station & close to public transportation, just around the corner from a mcdonalds is a huge plus also. ;p 5 minute drive to a shopping centre, it is a hipster area to live w./ lots of cafes, scenery that is beautiful & an amazing theater! your roommates -- my partner & i are usually chill people, we have people over a few times a month. we are friendly, polite & clean up after ourselves.
