About house? You will have a lovely house with wardrobe, desk, queen size bed, beautiful bedside table. About translation? It is very convenient for people who work in the city. If you have a car you can drive to Yeronga station and park. And then you can take a train to the city about 18mins. About entertainment? There are the biggest golf course and tennis court. If you like playing some sports you can't miss them!

Great location in the inner south side of Brisbane. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. A close walk to Woolworths and the Moorooka shopping precinct. A short walk to bus stops. 5 min drive to a train station. 15-20mins drive to get into West End/City/Valley areas. The room and house are fully furnished (sorry, there's not much space for storage if you have a lot of things). Room is quite spacious with large built ins, ceiling fan, a large window, a desk, a queen bed with plush mattress (just like sleeping on a cloud!) and a bedside table. Main bathroom is large (we would be sharing this). But don't worry... I have quick showers and there is a 2nd toilet downstairs. :) Open plan lounge/dining room with air-conditioner and a large LCD TV. If you want to live out of the city but close enough to still enjoy the convenience it has to offer, we've found Moorooka delivers. It's a 15-20 minute drive from the CBD and roughly half an hour on a direct bus with a stop literally two streets walk away. If you're a UQ student that hates dealing with parking, the public transport from this location is also friendly, just transfer at the PA and jump on any bus heading toward the campus or walk the Green Bridge - it takes about 30 minutes. We're also incredibly close to a Woolworths (and a dominos for the lazy days) making grocery shopping a breeze. Perks of the complex: Our neighbors are lovely and you very rarely hear anything from them. The building has a security door and the body corporate is great. Saffy enjoys constant love and attention, and is known for his routine 'hello' kisses on the nose to all. He is extremily clean and behaves more like a dog than a cat!
