Upfront costs = $580 or $620, to cover two weeks rent (and you must stay two weeks ahead at all times), and security deposit equal to a further two weeks rent. While I retain sole control of the lease, all tenants are required to register with the real estate. Hello, how are you? Just a quick bit about me. I begin a new contract job in Salisbury as a mechanical design engineer, commencing Thursday 2 Jan 2017. I have a wife and two young boys who will remain in Hervey Bay until more permanent employment is obtained, most likely in 2018. Over this time I will be looking for my own accommodation in Brisbane for my family. I will need to come and go depending on work needs and I will also be based in Hervey Bay. I am easy going, a non-smoker, and trying to lose weight. I enjoy a social drink and very clean and tidy. Hey, my name is Luke and I'm looking for a spacious yard for me and my human Viola. It might come with a room for storing her stuff in and where she could sometimes lay horizontal on the soft spongey thing. When she is at work in the Kombucha factory I spend my time chasing bugs, flies and cockroaches or simply relaxing since she's going to take me for runs in the evening!
