Hailey and Yash

Hi!
We (Yash and Hailey) are a de facto couple, Yash is the primary earner between us. Yash works in Mental Health as a
Counsellor and has recently accepted a job offer in south Brisbane.

We have lived together for almost 3 years now, 2 of those being up in North Lakes (where we are currently), and before that we made a big move together from Gladstone (4680) Central Queensland – where I grew up and where we met.

I (Hailey) receive Disability Support Pension from Centrelink and am building an online secondhand clothing business. I also do adhoc contractual work where needed for extra income.

We are very thorough with our finances. We budget with an excel sheet updated every 2months. We have never missed a rental payment and don’t plan on changing that!:)

We are moslty home bodies, we don’t go out much, we’d much rather stay in and watch a movie. A day in our life generally looks like: early morning gym, coffee, work, dinner and a movie, cat time, and bed. We are massive coffee fiends and looking forward to all the coffee options that will be around us!

Lastly, we have two beautiful kitties, Poppy (4 year old female, Domestic Short Hair Calico), and Sparrow (3 year old domestic Long Hair/Maine Coon). I am not sure if you are a cat person but
these babies have personally converted 2 “cat haters” to cat lovers – Yash being one of them.
I could ramble on about them all day so I will keep it to the basics – they’re both vaccinated, microchipped, de-sexed, indoor only, and VERY well litter trained.
We have not had any issues maintaining earlier rentals, we keep a pretty clean place, especially having the cats – keeps us accountable (vacuuming and dusting almost everyday). We will look after your property as if it were our own – with great care and respect.

We need parking as well:)

Our current lease ends on the 11th of May and Yash starts the new role on the 5th May, so we are ready to go as soon as you are.
