So this place is really quiet but close to the main road. Its a short walk to trains and buses so it's really easy to get to the local Coles or UQ. There is on-street parking around the back of the house on the back streets. The back gate is actually on a driveway so no cars can be parked alone the road. There is air-con throughout the house but not in the room available. The main bathroom is also shared with another roommate but he's tidy and keeps it clean. The kitchen is a shared area and is stocked with all the essentials. There's a BBQ outside on the patio and a fair amount of outdoor space out the front and back, which is good for having friends over or hosting. The living area is also spacious and is great for relaxing. The room itself is 3.3m x 2.8m; the main wall has a large window so natural light is always available. The wardrobe is moderate in size with a lot of above head storage.

You also have to like cats because I have a little fur baby that is a stage 5 clinger.
This 3 bedroom townhouse is is walking distance to the train station (7min walk) and bus stops, and is close to fairfield shopping centre for coles etc. The room on offer is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. There is some room for additional items if you have some, however we have everything already if you don't. This bedroom has a ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and security screens on the windows. The occupant of this room will share the main bathroom with the current female housemate. There is also a 3rd toilet downstairs. There is a small yard attached to the townhouse which is mostly used for gardening at the moment. This household has 2 indoor cats (older cats, desexed and house trained), so you must be pet friendly and not allergic. Unfortunately we cannot allow additional pets.

I work full time in hospitality so I’m in and out of the house a lot at random times of the day and night. Mostly I just work, come home and watch Netflix or go to the gym, I pretty much stick to myself. I enjoy cooking most nights, other times a cup of noodles will do. My partner stays with me some nights but we pretty much just stay in the room watching TV so we won’t get in the way. I enjoy a drink or two on the occasion that I get a weekend off, but that’s pretty rare. I’m clean and tidy, non smoker, no pets (although I’m not opposed to the idea). I’m pretty relaxed about everything except I can’t stand a dirty kitchen! Just looking to move out from my current place to be closer to my new work. All in all I’m pretty chill, just looking for other people to live with that are similar to me - enjoy socialising but also can give the space when needed.

Perfect Yeronga location, super close to the train station and just around the corner from a 7 eleven and plenty of food options like Dominos and Subway. Lots of street parking. Quiet neighbourhood but still super central, Uber’s to the city are $20 on a weekend night. Also plenty of uber eats options. You’ll get your own room, it’s the master (quite large) with built in wardrobe, personal balcony and ensuite bathroom with large shower. We have a decent sized kitchen, with dishwasher! There is a park right across from our townhouse and a couple of streets away from the river so you’d never be without a decent view and some greenery.
A partly furnished bedroom is available (bookcase, desk and single bed provided) with build in wardrobe and storage along with a ceiling fan.
