I’m not too far from UQ so would suit students. The unit is a 7 min walk to Yeronga and Yeerongpilly train station. Shops are a 5 min walk and a great walking track along the river. It’s a 19 min train ride to Central Station and 10 mins to Southbank. Very close to the Pat Rafter Tennis Centre. The unit is modern and Spacious. Lounge room is air conditioned. The room has a built in wardrobe and you have your own bathroom. I have cats and they are outdoor cats but stay in at night. I'm currently living in Mackay working for Queensland Health in an IT Project Role. However, my contract will finish at the end of the year so will be coming back to Brisbane returning to my permanent role in the Queensland Government with Queensland Treasury. I have been renting a room for the last 18 months in Mackay and looking to do this again upon my return to Brisbane. I'm a clean, considerate, and respectful person and expect this from others in the shared house, apartment, unit etc. When I lived in Brisbane I rented out my rooms in the house I owned, which is why I'm very respectful to you and your property. This is supported by every AirBnB I have stay, the host/s have always given me a great recommendation and review about how clean, tidy, considerate and respectful etc. I like the keep active and eat relatively healthy by riding my bike to work, having green smoothies in the morning and going to latin dance (Zouk) events in Brisbane, Australia and overseas. Our little unit is amazing! 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The bedroom is a very decent sized room with a large window looking out onto the balcony. You would have your own bathroom. The unit is fully furnished however the room is only furnished with a queen bed. We live across the road from the train station and its 2 stops to UQ and 3 to south bank! We are down the road from Coles so it's a very convenient location. Its a 15min drive to the city. There is a massive park 2 min walk down the street which has a DOG PARK (yes it's amazing) . We also have a really great cafe down the street to. We have private undercover parking which is secure and a small storage cage if you need.
