This cosy townhouse is situated in a quiet, leafy area. The location is very convenient - the train station is an easy 5 min walk away (but we can barely hear the trains which is great), Coles/Woolies and fast food restaurants are one train stop/short drive away (Domino's is super close which is also great!), South Bank/City is 10-15 min away by train and going to UQ with public transport will take about 15 minutes - so very easy to get to anywhere you want to be. The common areas are spacious and the dining and lounge room separate from each other, with aircon in the dining/kitchen area. There is also a cosy backyard and porch. Shared parking is available in the complex, otherwise there is plenty of on street parking just down the street. Your room will easily fit a double bed and a small desk, and comes with a built in cupboard. We have study space downstairs as well. You are welcome to bring any furniture that you might have - we are flexible. Gardening and all the bills are covered in rent. Anyone welcome, exchange, local, student or professional :D *The photo of the room shows a queen size bed for size reference, however the room comes unfurnished. *The photos were taken before we moved in, so the furnishings looks a bit different than in the photos.

Hello, We are a lovely couple One French boy and One taiwanese girl, looking for a stay for 2 years in Brisbane area. Already 20 months and 14 months in Australia as backpackers, The French boy will start his two years studies in Hospitality From September.
I'm 23 and work full time in hospitality marketing. I currently live in a large share house and am wanting to downsize and live with like-minded people. I'm super clean and tidy, lay pretty low during the week but always keen on good times on the weekend. Ideally want a pet-friendly place so I can have my (very handsome and friendly) Shar Pei, Winston, live with me. He's an outdoor only dog and is everyone's best friend.
As a person, I would think of myself as quiet and peaceful, very caring and respectful of others, polite, well-mannered and considerate. Full-time, long-term employment. Part-time university student (external - online)
Hi im Christie, recently graduated UQ and currently working full time in the supply chain/logistics industry. I currently live up in Morayfield but i work on the south side so im desperate to avoid my morning commute + toll fees. In my free time i love catching up with friends, reading, watching movies and playing video games. I love a clean tidy and calm house. Ideally looking for a team up with one other person for a 2 bed 2 bath house. Love pets but dont have any. LGBTI+ friendly. Looking for at least a 6 month lease but open to longer.
Im a 29&3/4 year old Civil Engineer that works a normal 9 to 5 job in the city. My current housemates are getting married or moving overseas at the same time the lease on our Sherwood apartment is coming to an end. Andrew.
Friendly, chilled out , easy to live with :)
I'm a young, quiet girl, working part time and studying online. I always clean up after myself and certainly like when other people clean up after themselves. I enjoy cooking (vegetarian) and baking, watching movies and painting. I rarely drink, only socially. I work with children, therefore by default must be somewhat responsible, at least enough to keep children alive. I definitely like my own space, but also like to socialise when comfortable. I really don't know what else makes me"great to live with", but feel free to ask questions.
Hi! I am a third-year psychology student at UQ also working part-time ~5 days a week at Baker's Delight (can provide you with heaps of free bread). I love cooking, makeup and going to the gym on my days off. Having a clean house and friendly housemates is really important to me. I am easy going, very friendly and respect personal space. I am quiet and will bring no hassles with me.
Hi, I am a clerk for the public service. I would like to stay for at least a year(I don't like moving). I am easygoing, open minded, flexible, accommodating and clean and tidy and very respectful of other people's space. I am also keen on doing my share of housework and maintenance. I like Playing pool at Qmasters and Moorooka Sports and Community Club Tuesdays and Sundays respectively. I also like watching the NRL and comedy and movies.
I have a little maltipoo well trained, he doesnt shed and very friendly. im easy going
Heyyy!! I'm from Pakistan. My master's classes start on 9th July at JCU. I am friendly, helpful, tidy and respect the fact that everyone requires their own personal space. Looking for an accommodation near CBD. Regards :)
I'm a 25 year old student moving from Toowoomba starting this coming semester looking for a place to live preferably near the train line. I'm currently looking for part time work. I'm laid back but responsible and clean up after myself. I keep to myself most of the time but I am pretty social too.
i am domesticated and educated professional. i have also been socialised. so you can anticipate that i will say hello, i will be respectful of you, i will cook and clean up after myself, i will contribute to the household, and i will maintain good personal hygiene. i enjoy the great outdoors, so a garden is a bonus, as is parks and waterways in the vicinity.
I am quiet and keep to myself, but happy to socialise with cool people. I have a library of Fantasy and Science Fiction novels which follow me around like a puppy. I'm interested in political philosophy, technology and community organising.
So I'm new to Brisbane and up for having some fun, I may be getting on but am not dead yet. I work during the week but prefer to be in a house where I'm not the only one having a few drinks at the weekend, plus excursions to the beach and anywhere else good for a laugh if we get along. I'm from the UK, spent time recently in Ibiza, India and a year in China before here, may live and die in Brisbane but may not, maybe fancy South America or mainland Europe at some point so will kinda try and work on my Spanish as and when. Other stuff I do: cycle around, am planning to try and learn to surf, chill watching movies and the IT Crowd at the moment (I'm a geek subjects teacher, not IT though so can't fix your laptop) and similar stuff etc etc etc
Hi! I'm Adele. I'm currently living on the Gold Coast but studying at UQ. Obviously that is quite the commute, so I would like to move up to Brisbane, but I want to have a look around the area first and see what I think. Therefore, I'm looking for somewhere short-term so I can get a feel for the area. I'm a very quiet person and I plan on spending most of my time studying, so I am not looking for a party-type sharehouse or anything of the like.
