Spacious and private ensuite in a 2nd floor apartment with balconies on both sides so lots of light and cross ventilation. Room has built-in wardrobe and a large shower/bath/toilet ensuite. The two bedrooms have no adjoining calls. It's a two-minute walk to East Village Shopping centre & a 10-minute walk to Green Square Train station. Buses to the city and Bondi Junction run every 20 mins just in front of our building. The apartment complex has a beautiful community garden with a big veggie patch. There are four parks within walking distance.
Hi, I'm currently working fulltime and am looking for a long term room. I will be returning to Uni next year to study part time and in my free time like to stay fit, catch up with friends am looking to do some travelling soon. I'm respectful and sociable but also respect peoples personal space. Clean and tidy and always pay rent on time. I also have a housetrained and desexed 7 year old Bulldog :)
We are a couple who both work in Sydney, Jordan is a chef and Shanice works in admin. We are both very friendly and sociable and mainly do our own thing, but it would be nice to share with somebody who is open to socialise sometimes. We are ideally looking to live somewhere where our flatmates are clean and tidy, and not party animals, as we are both fairly quiet in the mornings and evenings and appreciate the same. If you are looking for some new flat mates that sound like us, then please send us a message and we will let you know if we are interested. Thanks!
Great opportunity to move into a furnished apartment, you only need to furnish your room. The apartment is lovely and spacious - split over two levels with living and dining on one level and bedrooms and bathrooms on the other. Both sides of the apartment overlook leafy well maintained courtyards, and we have two outdoor patios also. There's also some inbuilt storage. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from East Village where you can find all types of conveniences like restaurants, supermarket, gym, doctor, dentist and so on. We are also well connected, being a 12 minute walk from Green Square station & only a minute or two from the M20 and other bus services.
My name's Paulo, I'm a really nice Brazilian guy that works full time in a skip bin company in French Forest. I'm very clean an tide, social and outgoing, easy going, live to talk and have a dinner together. I can do a really good Brazilian style barbecue ;) and really appreciate a beer or wine. I'm honest and respectful too. I love traveling, good food, sports, culture and music. Looking for my own room (long term). Looking for a nice place to call home with nice and friendly people. Cheers.
Hey, I'm Mushi. I'll be moving to Sydney from Melbourne Mid-July for work, and am looking for a place to live. :) I am an easy and outgoing person, who is tidy and clean (love a good stress clean to relax). I love my food and coffee (and tea), and am always down for a chat. I am looking for a place to relax and hangout at nights and more of a family/friendly type environment. Thank you,
25 yo male working in Sydney CBD looking for a place to call home. I'm quiet, keep to myself. I like keeping up to date on tech and attempting to cook. I speak fluent Chinese too. Looking for anyone who keeps the party outside and clean. If conditions allow it, am looking to bring a car to Sydney as well. Currently not in Sydney, would like to book 2-3 days of multiple inspections if pairing up
Hi, I'm looking for professional setup, not to noisy, own space, must have dryer to dry cloths, I do my own thing mostly, don’t really cook. I’m easy going, - no late night noise or party places , or flat mates who are in relationships with partners always over occupying the flat space all the time lol - Car Space required
Hi, I am looking for a new flat mate. I work full time and am studying for a degree in social work. I’m pretty laid back and chilled out, looking for a peaceful place I can call home! Looking for someone who’s happy to hang out and have a drink but also happy to do their own thing! Looking in the eastern suburbs, get in touch if you’d like to chat more! Thanks Melissa
30 year old post-grad student doing a Masters of Law at the University of New South Wales, as well as working at a not-for-profit and tutoring (yes, very busy!). Just returned from living overseas and looking for a new home with my gorgeous and friendly puppy Walter (see the photo attached and try not to fall in love). Have lived in various housing situations with other people for the last 11 years so understand what it takes to be a good roommate! I will be working and studying a lot so am not looking for a party house, but also enjoy being sociable when I can. Available date to move in is a bit flexible, but sometime in the next 3-4 weeks (before 11th July). Would prefer long term (at least 6 months), as I'll be here until the end of the year finishing my Masters degree, and possibly longer. Ask anything else you want to know. Thanks!
