The apartment faces away from the the main street and overlooks a quiet, suburban area with little foot and car traffic. We are able to keep the balcony door open at all hours without noise pollution (the balcony is also quite big). Air conditioning is available. The shared living space is very large. There is a car space available, and as your housemate does not own a car it would be available for your personal use. You also have your own bathroom (not an en suite, but located next to your bedroom in a private alcove). The building does not have facilities (e.g, no pool or gym). Comes furnished with a queen bed and desk... can be removed if you have your own.
Heyo! 😄 I'm a 22 year old moving from Melbourne to Sydney to begin full-time work at a large tech company. I am looking for long-term (6-12 months minimum) shared accommodation that is close to the CBD and has public transport options. I consider myself to be tidy and respect the privacy of others. Non-smoking flatmates preferred. Reach out to me if you would like to know more! ✌️
Hi! Looking for nice friendly flatmates to move into this newly built, amazing, spacious apartment at Green Square. The neighbourhood is really nice, with cafes and restaurants nearby, a Woolies grocery across the street, plus a lovely new very modern library and park. There’s an aquatic park being built just a block away from us too. We're very close to the city, with Green Square train station just at our doorstep. There are a couple of bedrooms for rent in the future, furnished with lots of closet space, and a big balcony with great views. There are 2.5 bathrooms, and you’ll be sharing one with another female in the unit. Living room, dining, and kitchen are fully furnished, stocked, and are for use by everyone. We also have fast wifi in the unit for all your streaming needs. There's also a nice outdoor pool, sauna, gym, function rooms, music room, theatre and outdoor barbecue spaces. We have an extra parking lot and storage space you can use as well. The two rooms are currently occupied but will become vacant some time this summer, as our flatmates fly off elsewhere. Message me if you have any questions, or if you want to view the place. Thanks!
I'm a clean and responsible person looking to move reasonably soon, and have a flexible move date. Not wanting a party house, however happy to chill and have a friendly drink with each other, or friends. I work full time, usually afternoon and night time. (alternating shift during 1230pm - 10pm) Preference is to team up as I have some of my own essentials (fridge/washing machine) and preferably not have to dispose of them, however for the right place, I'll happily join in on an existing lease. Car park not required, however the bedroom does need to be unfurnished as I have my own bedroom furniture.
The apartment is brand new, positioned in the heart of Green Square town centre, under five minutes' walk to green square train station. One stop away from Sydney CBD, two stops to the airport, direct bus to the UNSW and 7kms to Bindi beach. It features transport, retail, state-of-the-art library at your doorsteps, allowing you to work, shop and hangout with great convenience. The room to let is a double bedroom with the following features: - brand new comfortable queen double bed - north-facing with stunning city view - covered balcony to yourself - fully furnished with brand new furniture - built-in wardrobe and mirror - shared bathroom (but I am very clean and tidy) - generous kitchen with gas cooktops and European appliances - communal rooftop garden with seating, tables for alfresco dining
I'm 22, from Finland. I work part-time and study full time in Surry Hills. Looking for ONLY a private room :) Very keen for team-ups as well!
Looking for a place in the CBD or eastern beaches. Working fulltime in construction. Easy going, do my own thing, house trained from an early age. Respect people's things and space, but like to be social and interact with the flatmates go out etc (dance off's) From new Zealand and love a decent yarn.
Fun loving Sales and Marketing Gay Guy in IT. Pretty accommodating when in a sharing environment, within reason. Like a nice balance of home shared interaction and personal time. During the week I'm usually fairly chilled after work with the weekends being a good mix of socialising and/or relaxing. Not an every weekend partier but don't mind to turn it up every so often. Currently in Melbourne but moving back to Sydney after Xmas 19.
