Very reliable and conversational/sociable but also like my alone time every now and then. I’m really into my music and sing around the house a fair bit. I work 40+ hours a week including weekends, so I won’t be home through the bulk of the day. Would really love to live with people that I could get on with rather than people I just pass in the kitchen with an awkward “morning” and a half smile.
Master room with bathroom. Very close to the Green Square Station (only 3 mins walk to the train station or bus station), one stop to the central station, city circle trains every 5 mins. Bus can reach SYU, UNSW, UTS. High level apartment with wonderful city view. Settled at June, brand new furniture provided. Air-conditioning, household appliances all ready. woolworth, library and cafe just on the street.
I'm Fabian, I'm looking for a private room close to the city, located near the train station, supermarkets (Aldi, Coles or woolworths) and restaurants. Preferably in new or not so old apartment with private bathroom. I am a responsible, sociable, clean and calm person, English student looking to improve my listening and speaking. I am looking for a quiet place without parties to move for a minimum of 6 months or more. The room must be available to move next weekend.
I work full time in the software space. I’m easy going and down to earth. I’m clean and tidy and respect people’s privacy. I currently commute from the coast to the city and it’s now time to make the move to Sydney. I’d you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask
My spacious apartment is in the heart of Zetland. A minutes walk to East Village with buses and Green Square station close by. It’s a bright open plan living, dining & kitchen. The bedroom has its own built in robe and bathroom, they are on opposite sides of the apartment which is great for privacy. The apartment is furnished, you just need your own bed.
Hi I'm Monique. I'm a 28 year old Australian Female working full time in Marketing and Communications as well as study part time. I am from Newcastle, NSW and have just landed a job in Zetland, Sydney. I'm a clean and tidy, social but a respectful housemate. I would love if I could become friends with whoever I share a place with as I will be new to Sydney. I am a pretty busy person with work and study so am pretty quiet in the week but do love to socialise on weekends. I also like to look after myself and live an active lifestyle by going to the gym or going for a walk. I’m in Sydney from Saturday 18th to Sunday 19th August to check out some places. Would love to hear from you if you think we would be a good fit! :)
Hi there! I'm an American citizen moving from London after studying my BA in fashion design there for 3 years. I'm coming out to Australia to work as a lingerie/swimwear buying assistant in Sydney. I'll be working full-time during the week but am super excited to get to know Sydney and other parts of Australia as I've never been out there before. My position starts the 20th of August until the 20th of February and I will have no problem paying my rent/utilities on time. I'm tidy, positive, chilled out and easy to get along with. I'm not a smoker, a very relaxed social drinker and love illustrating, volleyball and cooking in my free time. While I appreciate time alone I love traveling and meeting others from different backgrounds/cultures. I'm not a party animal but very friendly and would love to get to know a new group of people in Aus! :)
Hey! I'm a 25 yo bloke working full-time as a carpenter as well as studying my Cert IV in building, and I do a fair bit of volunteer time in the entertainment industry. I've been out of home for a while, done the share house thing for a bit so I know the drill, happy to take the lead with housework etc etc. I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I like having my own space to crash, but I'm totally up for social times as well. Board game nights or movie marathons could be a thing! I'm looking for a home, not just a room. When I'm home I tend to be more an artsy person, I listen to good tunes, I design sets for theater, or watch movies (yes Disney and Marvel, I'm looking at you). So I'm keen to live with similar minded people! I have a cat, he's an adorable 6yo ginger short hair, very affectionate! As far as I know good with other animals, he definitely makes friends wherever he goes (just like me)! I'm looking for some humans to share a house. Non-smokers preferred, mainly for the kitty's sake. Other pets cool, if you're keen shoot me a message and we can go from there! Also looking at joining someone else's share house if possible. Keen for people about my age, guys girls couples, wherever you're at in life is totally cool! Looking to move towards the end of Sept, and looking for until January for now as I'm studying for the year, but not sure whats happening next year just yet. Any other questions let me know!

Hi guys, I am Martin, from Argentina, I am here with a student visa and working in Sydney. I got friends and relatives over here, so I guess I would be most of the time hanging out at their place rather at where I would be staying in the near future. I will be staying here for at least 6 months. I studied agricultural sciences back at home and I love traveling and getting to know people from other cultures. I consider myself a easy going kind of guy, which would join for a couple beers and a nice talk. Cheers!
I like to keep to myself. Love to watch movies and TV show during free time. Don't mind chatting with other flatmates. Relaxed guy, quiet guy who is not into party or drugs. looking to create best flat share experience. Happy to help around to keep house clean and divide house chores. Looking for accommodation near Alexandria Suburb don't mind any location within 10km.
Hey, I'm a data analytics consultant from Brisbane who is ready to take on the big city - Sydney :) I'm originally from Taiwan and have been calling Australia home for the last 11 years. My ideal place would have a gym and a lap pool, more bonus points if you have a friendly cat. I consider myself super tidy and pretty chill. Always love a good cup of coffee and a glass of wine! P.S. I will only be available to do inspections after moving to Sydney around mid September.
Hi there, I am Imke and I am looking for a private room in a nice flat with cool mates to live with:) During my studies in Germany I enjoyed sharing a flat with others. I prefer a good mixture of hanging out with my flatmates or just having a chat, but also being for myself. I arrived two months ago in Sydney on a working holiday visa. At the moment I am working as a language teacher. In my free time, I like catching up with friends, going to the gym and of course exploring this beautiful country:)
I'm a professional and work full time. I'm extremely clean, tidy and respectful. I'm in my 30's and consider myself to be quite normal. My working week is quite routine and I do work each and every Saturday. Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit, having nights out / nights in, beach, sports and socializing. I'm happy to share a home with one other, have good conversation with a laugh, but think it's equally important to respect each other's space and privacy.
I am looking for a place where I can call it home. I like to socialise since I dont have family in the Aussie land. Would be nice to get along with my flaties. No SHARE ROOM and flexible with bedroom furniture since I have my own.
We are advertising three available rooms in a newly renovated terrace with air-conditioning. Highlights of the house include plenty of living space such as a large living/dining area, a large sunroom and a huge outdoor patio with our own swimming pool - perfect for entertaining and BBQ's in the summer months! As well as modern finishings, the house is fully furnished, except for the bedrooms. However, there is plenty of space in the house, so if you wish to bring furniture we should be able to accommodate. Three of us are moving out of what we have called our home over the last year and leaving the remaining friend and housemate, Steve, to fend for himself. All four of us can safely say we love the house, however are coincidentally moving at similar times for various reasons. Due to this, we are looking for three new housemates who would also like to call this great house a home. We are looking for people who intend to stay for an indefinite period of time. We are in a great location, a 7 minute walk to Green Square station, a 5 minute walk to East Village Shopping Centre with a Coles, a Virgin Active gym and plenty of cafes, and a 3 minute walk to Woolworths. There are also plenty buses to the city and Coogee beach. Despite great links, we are lucky enough to live on a quiet street opposite a small local park. On street parking is available, however you will need to apply for a permit from the council. The available rooms are all a good size - two can easily fit a double bed with extras and one can easily fit a queen bed with extras. Two rooms are equipped with built in wardrobes and air conditioning. Please see the floor plan in the images to see the dimensions (the available rooms are bedrooms 2, 3 and 4). While this is not a party house, we love a good weekend drink and friends are always welcome to visit. We will also be making sure to put the outdoor area and pool to good use throughout the summer, but nothing overboard.
I am a happy and easy going guy Electrical Engineer from Greece with European . I have a full time job and busy daily plan. I am looking for a nice, clean and tidy private room then , for one Flatmate. Both , we can share and enjoy small daily things : )
Hey all.. I'm Mike. Pretty chilled out in terms of getting along with people but really focused on work and energetic about life (I think). Generally extremely social but also enjoy my time to myself. Love people and hanging out, keep things clean. Don't mind a beer or wine with friends. Would rate myself an 8/10 room-mate. I've just recently returned home from two years abroad living in Nepal and India. I Intend to move out once I've secured work. I work in the hospitality industry whilst also working on launching my own company. Therefore, I'm busy but will always be grateful to spend time with epic flatmates :)

It has a huge wardrobe with floor length mirrors. the windows stretch the length of the wall, with amazing light, and have great views as its so high up! The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is completely furnished with everything you would need. You would have a whole bathroom entirely to yourself which is located right outside your bedroom away from the other rooms. The house has three full bathrooms so each room has its own bathroom. The upper level has a huge balcony which stretches the length of the building. The house is very spacious with lots of storage space. The location is amazing! 2minute walk to East Village: Coles/ Restaurants/ fruit and veg shop/ juice bars/ bars and bottle shop/ chemist/ gyms/ newsagents/ salon/ nail bar/ etc. 10 mins walk to green square train station. 15 mins to the city via transport of under an hour walk! The rent is $370+ bills (high speed internet NBN) Bond is two weeks rent– but happy to negotiable for the right person There is an underground, secure carpark that is available to rent at an extra cost of $30 per week. There is also a storage space in the underground carpark that is available to rent however there is lots of storage space in the house. Please call me if you want anymore information 😊
