I really want to be close to work in kings cross Msg me if you think i would be a good fit :)
I'm a professional, English female who is working full time in the city. I'm looking for a nice place to make my home for 2 weeks from the 13th August until the 28th August. Ideally a furnished private room with a double bed. Own bathroom preferred. I'm friendly and sociable but not a massive party-goer. I work hard in the day and enjoy cooking/yoga/watching movies in the evenings. I'm very house proud and like living in a nice homely home. I'm naturally very neat and tidy, caring and considerate to others. I think I have a good sense of humour and easy to get along with. If you want to know anything else please ask.
Hi I'm Roxanne! I work full time as a case worker at a women's and children's refuge. I'm easy going, social (but also like to have me time now and then and respect other's space too), respectful, considerate, friendly, honest, clean and responsible. I'm looking to live with someone who is easy going, friendly, respectful, clean, and just awesome to live with. I would prefer to live with one other person in a 2 bedroom place. I'm looking to move at the start of August and would like to live in an all female flat. Minimum stay is 6 months. If you would like to team up and find a place around these areas please let me know. Any other questions please feel free to ask me! Cheers :) Roxanne
Im Kristin originally from Sweden but is now calling Sydney home. Im looking for somewhere new to live as my contract has come to an end. I both study and work and keep myself busy. Im a clean and tidy person, laid back and easy to get along with.
I'm a clean, chill, easy-going person currently working and studying full time in urban planning. I'm generally a homebody that likes to chill out and watch Netflix/read/listen to music etc when at home. While I do like down time by myself, I also like to get to know my roommates. I feel that it's really important to get along. I would love to find somewhere I could stay long-term.
Hello future flatmate! I'm a young professional hunting for a furnished place around Zetland. I work close by as a merchandise planner at a department store. I like my alone time, but I also see this as a great way to meet new people. My ideal housemate would be another full time working girl in her 20's. I moved here at the start of the year to start my first grown up job out of Uni. Before that I was in Melb for 4 years. On the weekends I usually try and see live music or explore local markets. I'll usually have cider/wine/ a cocktail in my hand. I'm also a big reader (just finished game of thrones) and I've just stared to get back into yoga. I clean up after myself and pay bills on time. I'm also happy to have you talk to my old housemates and have they say how awesome I am. I think I'm quite mature for my age. I've lived out of home since I was 18, spent 9 months studying and traveling in France and have explored a pretty big chunk of Asia and Europe. Ideally I'm looking to move into a place by mid August, but I'm flexible.
Two shared pools, shared BBQ area, private 4-burner BBQ on the balcony, spa. No smoking allowed on the property. I'm listing the property as I'm looking for someone that can share the place until I move out (my plan is to move out before the end of 2017). Close to Green Square station, and East Village shopping centre, and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. I'm not on a contract (my rent is now on a month to month basis), and since the area is more and more popular, the rent went up three times in the past two years (if this happens again, I won't be changing the weekly price for you ofc). The apartment has NBN (100MB download - 40MB upload) with Telstra (1TB monthly), smart TV, Chromecast. Available to discuss details on further stays or different needs etc. PLEASE NOTE: The unit is a split level apartment, and the upper floor (en suite shared bathroom, laundry and bedroom with queen bed) doesn't have a door although it has enough privacy. This means couples should probably look somewhere else (I'm not against it, but the place ain't big enough for 3: 60+8sqm).
Hi everyone. I have recently moved to Sydney to pursue further study here for a few years. A little bit introduction of myself, I am Indonesian in late-twenties. My friends describe me as a clean and tidy person and I will say that I am. I like most of the things in clean and proper arrangement.
Hi everyone! **This property is for dog friendly flatmates only** I'm looking for a sociable, easy going, and most importantly, reliable flatmate to share my magnificent 2 bed and 2 bath with me. The apartment faces the 6th floor courtyard (so it's very quiet) and is literally 5 footsteps from East Village where you will find everything from coles and virgin gym to nail salons and massage therapists. It has a very community feel where you will get to know all your neighbours (who are mostly working adults) and their dogs (it's extremely dog friendly here) Multiple bus stops and Green Square station in walking distance. You will have your own private bed and bath and your bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a table. Utility bills will be split in half monthly. As for me, I'm a speech pathologist doing research at Sydney university. I like to cook, watch movies and hang out with my big dog, Venus who will be living with us. She is a gentle giant and is extremely docile- she lets you do pretty much anything to her (as shown in my pic). I like to eat out and hang with friends, but also like having some quiet relaxing time at home. I'm looking for a like minded person I can get along with and maybe share a wine with on a quiet weeknight. Most importantly, dog friendly! Ring me or send me a text and we can chat :)
This beautiful new place is on the 14th floor, very spacious (much bigger than other units in Zetland), with lots of light and good views. I am renting out the 2nd bedroom (B2 in the photo). At the moment it can be either furnished or unfurnished, up to your needs (previous tennants are flexible). The room is available from 6 August with a few days flexible before and after of course. Couples are also welcome, rent will be appr. 500$/week. You will have your own balcony and bathroom. We will share the kitchen, lounge and the big balcony. Downstairs is a gym and a pool which can only be accessed by residents. There might be a car park available but can’t promise at the moment. Parking is either on street (after hour) or a 10 min walk away all day. The flat is literally one traffic light away from East Village Shopping Centre with Coles Supermarket, Bottle Shop, Bank, Butcher, a few Cafes and restaurants. -5 min walk from a bus stop (route M20, 343, 348 and 301) -13 min walk from Green Square station (Airport Line) / close to the airport but can't hear planes
Hi everyone! I'm looking for a private room first from beginning of Aug to 8 September and again from beginning of October to end of November / 7 December. Preferred areas are Surry Hills and Redfern and also northern areas such as Milsons Point and Kirribilli, close to the train stations. I'm an easygoing and trustworthy girl from Finland taking a study leave from work (I'm a legal assistant at a corporate law firm) to study few masters courses (business) at Maquarie Uni in S2/2017. I will also try to finish my masters thesis while in Australia. I will be having quite much free time which I plan to spend by exploring all the awesome things Australia and the nearby countries have to offer :) I'm keen on meeting new people and am always up for adventure. On the other hand I also respect other people's privacy and space and feel cozy just being by myself.
Our split level two bedroom property is perfectly located close to the East Village retail centre, Green Square Train Station, buses to both the City and the Eastern Suburbs beaches and only 3.5 kilometres from the CBD. It is fully furnished throughout with a homely feel, has WIFI compabilities, Foxtel, a rooftop BBQ and communal garden. The available master bedroom, on the first level, has an abundance of storage, the master en-suite, and private balcony.

Hey there! I'm Annie from London, a working professional. I work in PR and new to Sydney, moved here in October after travelling around Asia, NZ and Australia. I'm easy going, sociable, friendly and respectful of others. I'm clean and tidy. I do my own things during the week and have my downtime but open to having a glass of wine from time to time after a hard day at work or brunch at the weekend. I've come to Sydney to make new friends and have a fun experience living in a different country. Looking for a home and flatmates who are considerate and respectful, and enjoys the balance of socialising and sharing a space, whilst respecting personal time/privacy. I'm not one to just run into my room and not see the housemates, I want to find a place where I can call home and hang out with my flatmates but have my own interests outside of the flat too.
This brand new apartment is just a couple of minutes walk from East Village shopping centre (Coles, Virgin Activeetc.) and only 10 minutes walk from Green Square train station. Have access to a small gym and a indoor pool in the building.
