I'm flexible with furnishings. I'm not a clubber or party person. I don't smoke or have kids. I'm clean, quiet and dependable. In my very limited free time, I go to the gym, or travel or try new restaurants in the area. I've lived in share accommodation for many years, and I've been a landlord for many years also. Ideally, looking for at least 6-months, but if it's a good fit, I'd be very happy to stay a lot longer. A car parking space would be a good bonus but I can work around it. I work from home one or two days a week, usually glued to Zoom calls, so things are pretty quiet during the day. During the week, I like to hit the gym in the early evening, unwind with a couch catch-up and a good chat, then call it by around 10pm. I’m tidy, organised, and pretty conscientious. I like to keep the space feeling calm and clean. I do a big meal prep on weekends, so I’m never hogging the kitchen. Come the weekend, I’m all about mountain biking, hiking, and spontaneous 4WD adventures. You’ve got permanent shotgun if you’re keen to tag along. I also love checking out live shows at the Powerhouse, grabbing a nice bottle of red, or heading out with friends. The invite’s always open if you’re up for it.
