I am a contentious person who cleans up after herself and is reluctantly considering moving closer to a new job in Teneriffe. As such, I'm looking at just Teneriffe/New Farm area around Commercial Rd for now. I enjoy the occasion drink or meal with Flatmates but also enjoy me time.
I’m a 28 year old software engineer originally from Italy. I’m living in Australia from 3 years now and I lived in share houses for the last 6 years. I’m a quiet person and I prefer a good movie to a night at the club. I enjoy cooking very much as well as reading.
We are a friendly, self contained, clean and tidy English couple looking for someone to live with over the next four months while we are working full time in Brisbane. We will be travelling from July so 4 months would be perfect. We spend the majority of our time exploring Brisbane and the surrounding coasts on evenings and weekends, otherwise cooking/contacting family and friends back in the UK. Please message if you think your add would be suitable for us :) Thanks
Moving from Cairns to Brisbane in early February and am ideally looking for a furnished room in an apartment sharing with only 1 other person or someone to team-up with and rent a fully furnished apartment!! I am fairly laid back, I enjoy keeping fit, heading out to find new cafes and things to do...love coffee and food (especially breakfast) I like my home to be peaceful and relaxed and a place I can switch off and have time out...so no party animals please!! I do enjoy having my own space however won't mind the occasional wine on the balcony and a chat or movie night!! I work as a pilates instructor which involves some early mornings, some late nights and weekends so I won't be around that much!! I have lived in many shared situations before and am very respectful of my housemates personal space, I am very clean and tidy and am especially conscious of this in common areas and expect my housemate to be the same!! Send me a message if you'd like to know more 😊😊
Hi all, we are looking for a fourth person to team up and for a three bedroom place around New Farm/ Teneriffe- but would be open for another inner city suburb for the right place. We feel that there few more options for a three bedroom place than just a two bedroom- I'm thinking town house, apartment with river views or a lovely old Queenslander.... We have all the furniture needed (including an extra bed and bed frame) to beautifully furnish a house! The people that you could be sharing with include me and my boyfriend, Tim and our friend James. We are all working professionals in the city- environmental scientist, strength and conditioning coach and Doctor. Move in date is fairly flexible, but would like to secure somewhere by early-mid March. Hope to hear from you soon! Cheers.
My name is Marlon. I am from belgium. I study and work in Brisbane. I love this city and its surroundings. I like to socialize it is why I would like to find a place with interesting people who appreciate to have a drink from time to time or go to the beach.
Career driven, social, like a chat but also like my own space. Have a partner... I spend some nights at her place a couple times a week and vice versa... not looking for a party house but do want to be with someone neat but chilled ... life's to short to be up tight and negative 😊 I do smoke but only ever outside... love pets but highly allergic to cats so I'm a dog person haha...
Hi there! Two young guys looking for a place in the inner city. We are a couple - Corey works 30 hours a week and Sam is currently in the process of looking for work. We are laid back and chilled out. Easy going. We're looking for like minded. LGBT friendly is a must. We are both clean guys - I'm not into messy houses or people that are unable to use a vacuum or clean in general. Would rather live in a smaller shared house - not a fan of too many people living in on house!

Hi! I'm Araminta (Minty) 23, easy going, love animals, music (so many gigs, so little time) and food! (Food-based adventures also good). I'm fairly laid back, respectful and love a casual drink/chat with just about anyone. I work 3 days a week doing PR/events in the CBD so access to a city bus is a priority. I also love walking, swimming and rock climbing so adventure buddies would be good! I do have metal plates in my legs which means I get around on crutches a bit, but am fully independent and don't need no man (or woman or child, really) to help me with most things. Just figure upfront is best 😊 I'd like to find a place ASAP so please message me if you think I'd suit yours 😊 Anyway, I hope to find some new housemates and look forward to meeting you!
I am a 33 year old business owner who is passionate for helping people. Have definitely found my purpose in life and looking forward to pioneering in Australia the health modality I studied in the USA. On weekends I enjoy playing cricket or going to the beach and spending time with my friends and family (in particular my niece and nephews). Looking to rent with someone in the inner north. Flexible with move in date. Look forward to hearing from you!
Fantastic location right next to Gasworks in Newstead. I absolutely love living here because it's so close to all the amenities. Woolworths is a 1 min walk away, Teneriffe ferry terminal and the river are a 4-5 minute walk. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants all a stone's throw away. Forget about taking taxis or ubers - everything is within walking distance. Even so, an Uber to the Valley is $6, and to the city is usually around $10. The apartment is very modern (the building was only completed in August 2016). The room is fully furnished with a Queen-sized bed and two desks, and has a nice ensuite private bathroom with a large shower and modern fixtures. The building also has a nicely landscaped podium area with a resort-style pool and BBQ facilities. The large master bedroom has 2 x wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and a chest of drawers. There is also plenty of cupboard space in the bathroom behind and beside the mirrors too. Bedding/sheets, pillows and towels will all be provided. You will have balcony access directly from the bedroom as well as from the lounge. There are incredible views of the city from the balcony, especially in the evening at sunset. Please note that this place would best suit an early riser, as the construction next door starts at 6.30am Mon-Sat. That being said, it's easy enough to sleep through if you use some earplugs or if you're a reasonably heavy sleeper, and there is no construction activity on Sundays or public holidays, and the activity usually winds down over school holidays.
Work full time Quiet but social and friendly Kind and considerate Clean, professional, healthy Spare time I take dance lessons, go for drives, swim, walk, go to the cinema and galleries.
My name is Luke, I'm a 27 year old public servant. I also have a second casual job which I work at once or twice per week, and I'm studying history part time. I keep to myself a bit, but would still like to live with another person or a group of flatmates. I love a clean and tidy home, so I'm pretty good with cleaning etc. Love reading, the theatre, walking, watching movies and documentaries, good food and great conversation.

Trying to sort my life out and move closer to my place of work and study = more sleep-in time and less transport $/road rage. I have been living in shared accommodation for the past 4 years, so I know how to co-exist in a respectful and stress-free manner. I am keen to make new friends, socialise and have fun with my new housemate's, but don't fret I also love my own company and will respect your space and quiet time as well! I am looking for short term accommodation as I am moving to the coast in June/July, so finishing up somebody's lease or filling a gap would be ideal! Ideally looking for a place in New farm, Tenerife, valley area with minimal bond and preferably without signing a lease! Contact me if this living sitch could float your boat!

My Name is Tia I'm a Canadian, but I've been here in Australia for 16 years now ( just so you're not surprised I have an accent) I am relatively new to Brisbane and I'm currently looking for a place closer to work. I am a 32F. Working FT as an Interior Architect/Drafter. I don't have kids, a partner, or pets, and I'm a non-smoker. A Furnished place would be Ideal, however not a deal breaker if its the right place, and people. I was a snowboard instructor until, I made the move to Brisbane, so if you're keen to hit the slopes, I'll give you free lessons. I'm a quiet, clean and tidy person, and I don't like drama. Ideally I'm looking for 1-3 bedroom (1-2 Roommates) around my age bracket, I'm not fussed with being in a place with the opposite sex, and I'm LGBT friendly. I'm looking for something long term (1-2 years) as I have scored a great job here in Brisbane, that has lots of potential for me to work on my architectural career. For fun, I like to do a wide variety of things, and I'm always open to new ideas. Wine, Books, Meeting new people, Road trips, I'd like to give surfing a go, or maybe kite surfing. Be prepared for some wild ideas. That's just a little bit about me. Please shoot me a text, or a message, if you'd like to know anything else.
Hey. I'm a chilled professional who enjoys social catch ups with friends and getting outdoors on weekends wherever possible. Looking to team up with a clean and respectful male or female in their mid 20's - 30's to take on a new lease for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment close to the city, preferably Newstead. If you're interested shoot me a message and we can grab a coffee/beer and chat further. Cheers, Josh

Hi, My name is Mai and I am currently in the process of re-repatriating back to Australia from an overseas work assignment. I'm looking for short term accommodation as I will be working towards another overseas assignment. I work full time in the city Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700. However my role requires frequent travel and I enjoy travelling personally so there may be times I will not be in the country from a few days to a few weeks at a time. I like to keep a busy life between work and getting out and about. I enjoy the odd wine with dinner or after work with friends, but by no means a 'party animal'. I do enjoy the odd chat / catch up with friends and like minded people but am also conscious of other peoples space and I am very comfortable with being in my own company. The space I am looking for would be preferably; - furnished - bills shared (if not already included in the rent) - internet access - parking space (off street is fine) I consider myself 'house proud'. I'd like to ensure the home is neat, clean and comfortable. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out! Looking forward to hearing from you! Mai

I work in the city as a full time professional and play sport so am out of the house quite a bit. Ideally I would like a place (granny flat, studio, 1 or 2 bedroom) or a self contained room in a house. But I'm happy to share so long as I have a bit of space and privacy.
