Hi! I am 25 working full time in banking in the valley. I am really friendly and love to have a chat but can also be pretty independent and want my own space at home to relax. I like having a balance between social and down time and would like to live in that type of home so not looking for a party house as I get up early and go to bed at a decent time during the working week. I also have an indoor kitty, Zola that I would be bringing. He is independent and will spend most of his time in my room as he is not very social so wont really notice him. He has lived well with kittens/puppies, cats and dogs before. If around Newstead/Teneriffe I would be wanting a room that comes with a car park/garage or option to pay additional and rent one etc. Any other areas I would still like a car park with the room though, not as fussed. Would also like aircon in the room though, also not too fussed depending on the property and breeze etc. I would be wanting to move the weekend of Saturday 14th April or anytime after - I can be flexible. Would prefer to not sign a lease. Nikki :)
Im a friendly and social 19 year old that will be studying and working, love going out and having fun but being able to chill out at home too.
Hi, My name is Bridgitte :) I'm currently looking for a housemate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with. I am a friendly, professional, mature 27 year old and I'm looking for a like-minded person to share with. I am preferably wanting to live with a FIFO worker as I do prefer my own space most of the time but can also be social and would love to spend time with you, cooking or having some drinks or exploring great food places in Brisbane. I would like to live in a building with an on-site gym and pool and do like more modern apartments. I have a small pug (named Greg) so the apartment also needs to be pet friendly and have a balcony. He is completely house-trained though and I vacuum regularly. I am living on the Gold Coast right now but am just about to start a job in Bowen Hills so looking to live as close to there as possible and am ready to move in any time from the 20th of March. I enjoy having friends over and cooking for them, having a couple of wines on a night in, netflix binge sessions, finding great coffee and restaurants, going to the gym, taking the pugster to the beach, hiking, baking, yoga, pretty much happy being indoors and outdoors just depending on my mood. Look forward to hearing from you.
The apartment is perfect for couples/students/new arrivals to Australia. It's your perfect first stay in Brisbane. The apartment has a big open kitchen dining area with access to a big balcony overlooking Brisbane river (You can see the airport from up here!) The apartment building is only 1 year old, so it has the latest features, nice bathroom and a bright bedroom. You will not only rent an apartment but also includes access to Newstead's best/longest swimming pool (25m long), plus BBQ/entertaining area and serviced gym. All of this is on-site. A reserved car park is provided within the secure parking garage below the building. In the apartment you will find most amenities incl. such as: - WIFI (NBN 50/high-speed) - TV (with Chromecast) -Aircon - Coffee machine - Washing machine and dryer - Dishwasher - Fridge and freezer -Fully equipped kitchen - Fold out sofa for extra guests - Additional amenities such as; towels, beddings and fresh herbs! Brisbane CBD is less than 3km from the building. Just take bus no. 60, or take a 10 min walk to Teneriffe Ferry Terminal where the citycat will be waiting for you.

I'm an artist who works part-time in hospitality to pay my bills. I'm a very relaxed housemate, clean and friendly. Very happy to hangout and make friends, but am pretty busy so I'll be out of the house a bit. Looking for a nice housemate/s to make a nice home with :)

I’m starting my housemate search early to save a bit of stress! My current lease is up on 12 July and I am open to moving and finding a new place my new housemate and I like. I work in the CBD in HR. Most nights I head to the gym after work so weeknights are pretty low key. On the weekends I’m out and about with friends. Not much of a party person but enjoy having a quiet wine at home watching a movie. I’m a non-smoker. Very clean. Reliable with bills and have a house full of furniture. It’d be great to hear from you!
Great location in Newstead! The complex is close to the park and walking paths along the river - plus there's a pool. The available room has its own ensuite and balcony. Apartment is furnished except the bedroom.
I work all week but when I am not working I focus on my painting. I am an artist on the side, I know this takes many years but a dream is a dream : ). I don't go out and party any more but love a good chat till the early mornings and adventures around town or camping! I am tidy, I don't care what you do to your own space but common areas have to be at least a peaceful environment to wake up to and not a jungle of Mayhem to jump over to make a coffee. If your keen for a chat, send me a message. Cam.
Hi! I am Julia, working and studying nearly all the time))). I love quietness and comfort, but I also enjoy to have a nice evening with mates. Easy going and friendly person. I do not mind about your pets. I'd love to hear from you soon!
There are actually three rooms available. Both rooms in a two bedroom two bathroom unit (both with their own bathroom) and the master bedroom in another three bed two bath unit (own ensuite bathroom). Three tenants are moving at the end of the month. Suit working people as this is a city residential apartment building with construction in the vicinity during the day and it can be noisy during the day. No gender preference, just ask that you be neat and clean and respectful. Couples are welcome to enquire. The main bedroom in the three bedroom unit has a walk-thru robe and ensuite plus a small balcony. The other units two bedrooms both have their own bathroom.
I'm a PA who works fulltime in East Brisbane, and I'm currently 25, turning 26 end of March. I'm easy going, bubbly personality, I love to be sociable, but also enjoy time to myself, and know how to respect others personal space. I'm clean and tidy, and would like to live with housemates who are the same. I am originally from the Sunshine Coast, so I try to get up there for the weekend around once a month, besides that I either chill at home, or catch up with mates. Also don't mind an occasional drink. I'm wanting to pay a maximum of $180 a week, bills/utilities included. I have a car, so ideally a garage/carport/driveway to park in would be amazing, but I don't mind if it's just street parking - as long as its easy enough to find parking spaces. I have all bedroom furniture, so would be looking for the bedroom to be unfurnished, but the rest of the house furnished. The locations I've listed are just a rough guide to the areas I'm looking at, but am happy to consider other places near by (preference is to stay North of the river), as long as they're lovely areas to live in. I'm flexible on moving date, but start of April would be the earliest. Look forward to hearing from you. Miriah :)
You are about to live in one of the newest buildings of Newstead: St. Tropez! This building (just 6 months on the market) is on the border of Newstead, Teneriffe and the Valley. Newstead is the "new black" of the neighbourhoods: fancy, trendy, hipster but also comfortable, close to everything you need and want. You will be - 1 minute walk from public transport, - 1 minute from the Skyring and GasWork (Woollies, a beautiful deli, and one of the most famous bottle shops in Brisbane. etc.), - 2 minutes from the Emporium, 10 minutes from all the clubs of the Valley and the coolest pubs in Teneriffe (again 5 minutes walk). The building itself has all the amenities you need: The gym is impressive with the most expensive equipment and machines. And, it will be doubled in size in the next two months. The swimming-pool area is simply gorgeous, with sand and a huge swimming pool (and they are building a second one). The BBQ area is nice and cosy. DO NOT be fooled by the lower prices of other building around offering lower prices: what they offer is not even close to St. Tropez! Finally, the management is very friendly, efficient, and they take extreme care of the cleaning and maintenance of the premises. Finally, the flat. You'll live in a brand new apartment where the furniture is brand new. You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom. In all the main rooms there are both ceilings fans and conducted air. Internet is with super fast connection and unlimited data. All the furniture are brand new. As you can see in the photo, the balcony is pretty large, so I am planning to buy an outdoor table to have some BBQ. There is off-street parking free for the residents, but there is also a huge Visitor parking inside the building.
I'm an environmental consultant who is a pretty easy going professional. I've been based in Sydney for the past 2.5 years but am a Brissie boy at heart. I work Monday to Friday in the city, standard business hours with a few early starts and/or late finishes from time to time. I sometimes get sent interstate for work. I'm a considerate housemate and respectful of common spaces, people's routine, personal space and belongings. During the week, i usually hit the gym after work or catch up with mates for a feed or drink. I enjoy my downtime when I'm not up and about. Easy going and no drama but can still have fun and am keen for a chat. I enjoy my coffee, attempting to working out, basketball, touch footy, the beach and travelling. I also like movies and sports. I'm a proud card carrying member at Dendy Cinemas. I'm not a big drinker but still love to go out and hang out with my mates and meet new people. I'm a tidy person (e.g. I don't leave dirty dishes over night and wipe down kitchen surfaces after use). Also, I'm a seasoned house sharer. My uber rating is 4.8. I enjoy smashed avo.
I am looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom unit with me inner city. Currently living by myself but have always previously lived with housemates. I have everything required to furnish the property, you would just need your own bedroom set up. I am very clean & tidy and respectful of others. Work full time during the week, enjoy exercising and socializing when I can. On the weekends I don't spend a lot of time at home and would be happy to have a housemate I could have a drink or catch up with after work.
Very clean, I can be social and also very private - keeping to myself. I'm a very positive person and love living in a vibrant place. Last place I had fell through so had to re-do my listing x
Hi there! My name is Dylan. Looking for a friendly, respectful and reasonably clean place to live. Studying full-time at UQ. I am an easy going person who is always keen to catch up over a few beers every so often. I enjoy training, gaming, reading and also watching plenty of movies. My main focus is to finish my studies by mid next year. Any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask :)
