We're a friendly and outgoing couple but also like our times of solitude as well. Both of us will be studying at UQ (business and medicine) so we'll be at the library quite a lot over the semesters. We like to keep our surroundings tidy and are happy to hang out with our fellow housemates for movies nights, dinners etc. Based on feedback, the budgeted rental price is our combined maximum not including bills. Also, we won't be ready to move until mid to late January as our home base is in Victoria, so we will be down south for the summer :)
About me (on the right): 23 year old currently living in Perth, but will be moving over to Brisbane in the last week of December for work. I will ideally need to find a place from Jan/Feb, but can move in anytime before then if necessary. I'm a pretty chilled guy who loves some good banter and beer, and is also respectful for other peoples space. Looking for easy going people who are roughly around my age, and have similar interests. Also happy to team up with people. Feel free to message me if you're interested, cheers.
Hi there! Looking to team up with someone or people to find a place with asap! Or a share house that is ok with having a cat! I work shift work for GOV and have a little white rag doll named Charlie who is adorable! Love music and a good chat! Pretty easy going and respectful of others! Not really sure what else to say so message me if you want to meet up or know anything else :)
I like to live in a nice, considerate environment. Like to have fun, but am very respectful. Clean, tidy, bubbly person. Very friendly, but can keep to myself if you prefer. I'm looking for a place where I can have my own bathroom or ensuite and built-in wardrobe. On-site pool is a bonus.
Hi there, just got a new job in Brisbane. Have lived here before and love the City. I am Working professional. Like time to myself but also love a beer and to be social. Looking for a like minded male/female to house share with. There is so much more bang for buck in a 2/3 bedroom place than a one bed. I have most house fittings and furnishings but am happy to sell/make other arrangements. I travel once a month or more for work, love to cook and enjoy my sport. Looking for a modern, clean apartment.
Looking for a room to rent close to Brisbane city with a car space. I am very adventurous, I am a beach fanatic, I love snorkelling, hiking, and frequently down in Byron to visit my best friend. Along with this, I spend my weekends at my house on the GC. I am always working as well, I have a full time job and love going to the gym. I'm moving to Bris for my job, looking forward to meeting some new friends. I am very respectful of space and fairly clean except before I night out when I cant choose what to wear. I can talk a lot when I want to, though I am fairly quiet. I don't watch any TV though I love listening to music. Would prefer non furnished room w/ own bathroom & I am open to Team Ups!
I'm currently wanting to move to Fortitude Valley as my current lease will be up on the 27th of January, 2017. Sadly my housemates and I are parting ways as they want to take their relationship to the next step. I've been living out for home for roughly over 6 years now and really want to find a place to stay for a long period of time, moving sucks. I'm really laid back and keep to myself but I do love socialising from time to time. Preferably would love to live in the Valley as my office is in China Town. I work full time and would rather be close to work than catching public transport. Please shoot me a message so I'm not stressing about where I'm living come next month haha!
I work split shifts mon - thurs, triathlon is my sport. - basically home a few hours during day and sleep at night. Only eat dinner at home as never there. Ps. I have 3 expensive bikes, will need room for them.
I've recently finished University on the Gold Coast and am looking to moving to Brisbane as I am starting Full Time work late January. I have lived in a share house for the past 4 years. I am quiet and tidy. Although I do enjoy being able to socialise with my roommates. I am looking to either move into an already set up place or happy to find a new place with someone new!!
Easy going, quiet, clean, responsible. Happy to take a longer lease for the right place
I'm respectful and clean (besides my room on the occasion) as well as being out going and caring. I'm a musician, but I'll always consider everyone else when I play and mostly use my headphones. I love having conversations whether about conspiracy theories or vegans or just about anything in depth. I tend to be busy a lot of the time so I love to enjoy myself on the weekend, whether going out to the Valley or having some drinks at home. I smoke, but I'm also trying to quit and intend to fully quit but at that I don't mind being around smokers etc. Best thing about me as a room-mate if anything is I that I keep to myself and tend to be 'invisible' most of the time, but at that I promote others to come and talk to me or to chill with me. Just because I'm sitting in my room watching Netflix with my door shut doesn't mean you can't come tell me about how shit/amazing your day was...
Hi future flatmate, I currently live in a beautiful flat with beautiful people but the owner decided to sell the unit so here I am looking for another nest. I work full time in IT Project in healthcare. I am pretty active and live a pretty simple healthy lifestyle, going out camping during the weekend or spending time with boyfriend when he's around. My only requirements would be to live in a place that feels like home and a clean kitchen so I can cook my fresh organic food and share the love when I can. Other than that, I am easy going, I can easily understand someone else's perspective and adapt to common house rules. I originally come from France, hence the accent but I've lived in Australia for over 5 years. I'm fortunate to have travelled to a lot of places in the world and have nice stories to tell. I am known to be an amazing flatmate to live with and I have references to share if needed. Let's meet up and see if we click. Any questions, please ask away. PS: Moving out before December 11th.
Hey! I'm relocating from Melbourne to Brisbane (hoping to move in January) and looking for some friendly housemates to live with. I'm studying nutrition and planning to work part time too. I'm super tidy and love cooking and baking, and always up for a good chat.
Melbourne girl relocating to Brisbane for uni in feb. I like me beer dark, my coffee black and my gin with a splash of tonic. Chandler is my favourite Friend. Black Forest is by far the best Cadbury chocolate. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day even more so for dinner. Looking for a comfy home with some great people who would like to show me their Brisbane.
I moved up from Byron Bay this year and work as an Osteopath in New Farm. I get long weekends so I usually take off pretending i'm travelling (I got the gypsy blood) I'd love to find somewhere with an outside area or garden to tend. I'm quite tolerant of other peoples nuances so I've come to discover and mostly adore the idiosyncrasies of housemates. I like to think that I have good taste in music and literature. I'm able to cook but find myself buying burgers a lot. I'm pretty well balanced between being social and introverted. I love all animals and will treat your pet like they're my nephew/niece. I do like to have the dishes done and bathroom clean, those sorts of things, but dislike whining about house chores, quite often i'll just do it. simple. I'm vegetarian but my dads a butcher so you don't have to apologise to me every time you eat meat but would be nice to have shared meals at times and not have to pick out the bacon. I like art. i don't like mornings. coffee yes I suppose what I'm looking for is a place with only one or two others, I'm happy to live with a couple. Open minded, likes plants and funky furniture, art etc a place to put my records and be apart of the home rather than just a room. I like composting and buying eco products too it's what i doo. I'm going away from christmas until Jan 25 so would like a place to move in then, but able to negotiate something earlier if I find the right place and people.
Hey! I'm Michelle!I'm searching for my new home! Looking for a chilled vibe but also enjoy a few drinks on a friday night/weekend :) I work in a dance company & in a bar as well. I am super easy going, reliable & honest. I like a good balance of own space and socialising!
Hi there :) My name is Ash, I'm 18 and currently studying at QUT and working part-time at Bunnings (free snags). I consider myself to be quite a friendly and easy-going person who enjoys socialising but also likes some time to myself. Mature-ish for my age. I enjoy having a coffee (or five), having a drink (or ten), spending time with friends, going to gigs and exploring the region. Don't mind some casual drinks but not looking to move into the next Project X. Very clean and tidy. Not a terrible cook. Current lease ends mid Feb so looking to move out around that time. Send me a message if you think we'd be a good fit!
Hi Everyone I am looking for fun clean and easy going housemates to live with. I am studying Naturopathy at Endeavour College and work as a barista as well as a medical receptionist. I am big into health and fitness, clean lifestyle and early nights during the weeks as uni is normal full on during the semester and generally, I am a pretty chilled person. I like getting out on the weekends, do the markets, brunch, and having a laugh, visiting family. I love the gym, long walks, the beach and yoga. Ideally I am looking for a place with a backyard as I like to put my feet on the grass and I dislike cramped apartments. I also love animals, so I have no problems with pets. I am currently renting a queenslander in red hill with two girls, however the rent is increasing. I am looking to move in very early January, but I am flexible. I have a lot of my own furniture and items, especially kitchen items. And I have everything I need for my room. Please contact me if you would like to chat
I'm a friendly and very laidback person who enjoys to socialize and have good chat or some drinks whenever is possible, I'm currently studying business and working part time most often during night time and overnights. Sometimes On the weekends I like to go out and dance tango, salsa and Bachata or just having a relaxing time at home. Also play guitar but don't worry I won't be bothering you with noise all the time, I'm respectful and like to give others their own space and also spend some time on my own.
Spacious ensuite room with amazing City views from your bed side. Based on the 4th of seven floors, this building was built in February 2016 so it's beautifully clean new. White goods and Foxtel already set up, I'm looking for an easy-going, tidy young professional (probably a workaholic like me) to join me from 15 December, 2016! Close to Gasworks bus stop for an easy 10 minute commute into the City. $250 per week, always air conditioned apartment and amazing rooftop balcony included.
Hey, I'm Kim! I'm looking for a new home to move into early January 2017. I have just graduated university and am working full time in Newstead so would preferably like to stay on the Northside. I'm very easy going and love to be social and make new friends. If you like wine and cheese, then I doubt we would have trouble getting along! Whilst I love to have a good time, I equally enjoy some quiet time and enjoy living in a clean environment (so not looking for a party house). I am looking for likeminded housemates who like to have a casual drink and chat but also are clean and tidy. I would prefer a place with my own bathroom and/or carport. I don't mind if the place is furnished/unfurnished but would be happy to contribute to any of the furniture (I have some of my own otherwise would be happy to store this elsewhere).
I'm looking to move into a new/newish apartment mid-January with my own bathroom and carpark. Would be awesome to have a pool. I'm active, sociable and work full time as an account manager in Fortitude Valley so as near to the CBD as possible would be ideal. I currently live in Bowen Hills. I have a beautiful 1 year old ragdoll cat named Pickle who loves people, and have my own near-new furniture: huge couch, fridge, washing machine, microwave etc. Let me know if this sounds like a good fit and we can grab a coffee :)
I am a 27 year old female, originally from Perth but have been living in Brisbane for over 2 years. I have some amazing friends here and love the Brisbane lifestyle. I have a full time job as a HR professional. I am easy going, exceptionally clean, enjoy socialising and being around good people. I am respectful to everyones needs, enjoy getting to know housemates and will always bring a smile to the table.
Recently moved back to Brisbane. Have been working and living in New Caledonia, Melbourne and Port Macquarie for the last few years and have now just been given a 3 year contract here and Brisbane. Looking to find a place for a short term (3 months) with the potential to stay longer if the opportunity arises. I'm work 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday and some weekends, though if I'm not at work I'm generally up the coast surfing or off to Melbourne for the weekend. I Like to keep my living space neat and crispy👌🏻
I study maths at UQ and I'm a pretty social person - I enjoy going to the beach and going out, and I also love chilling and watching netflix. I also can respect privacy and value time alone as well as keeping my room and house clean. I'm looking for a place with fun people who can be respectful but are also keen to hang out and/or have drinks on the occasion
Hello, I'm a PhD student (doing my research about food tourism/social media and marketing). I've lived in a lot of shared houses (both in Brisbane and Glasgow) and I like to think that I'm pretty easy to live with - however I am a clean freak and a minimalist :P Obsessed with all the candles, Aesop products and etc that can make the home is a place to unwind. Mostly cook at home but as a foodie in BNE and beyond I often go out to find good places/cafes to chill out. xx
Hi there, My name is Amanda and i am looking to find people to sign a lease on a property with. I am looking at 2 or 3 bedroom places in most parts of inner Brisbane. I have a small dog called Indie too. She is a black and white Beagle x Cocker Spaniel that is super chilled and loves all people. I have all the furniture for the house including couch, tv, dining table, fridge, washing machine, outdoor furniture and all pots and pans and things so you would only need your bedroom stuffs to move in. I would need a place with a courtyard or outdoor yard for my dog so i would be looking at either townhouses or houses mostly. I would like the house to have 2 bathrooms and aircon is a must. I work full time as a Personal Assistant and do Yoga and Dance on a few of the week nights so this takes up most of my time during the week and i am only rarely in the house to eat, sleep, and a little bit of TV. On my weekends i like to get outside with the dog and friends and love my red wine and good eats. Not much of a party animal anymore. I don't smoke and don't do drugs. If this sounds like you please be in contact and we can chat about future living arrangements. Looking to move into a place end of December/early January 2017. Amanda
19 year old male currently living with my girlfriend and her parents but need a place of my own, quiet, clean, friendly, boxer and delivery driver. I keep to myself mostly, I'm out a lot hanging out with my girlfriend, my friends, working or at the gym so I'm not really at home during the day. Just looking for a place to call my own and meet new people.
Hey guys! So my friend and I have recently left school and both have a strong desire to move out. We would prefer to kick-start a team-up house in a modern, central house or apartment. My name is Marc, I'm 18 years old and have three jobs; one in a food truck, the second in a market stall and the third a full time job in retail. I have a passion for all forms of art and ideally would like to be a landscaper with a side art and wine studio business. I hate conformity; as in following the crowd and doing the same thing everyday. My friend, Jackey, is also 18 and works full time in a pharmacy as an assistant pharmacist. She's very independent and currently living by herself. Her goal career is in psychology. We both greatly enjoy going out for coffee and experiencing new things and would love to form a strong friendship with our flatmates. Our $300 a week budget is combined. ($150pw each)
Hey guys, I'm a 27 year full-time teacher and university student studying my Masters. I'm tidy (but not a clean freak), respectful and a fun loving guy. I spend my time exercising, chilling with friends, traveling and drinking copious amounts of wine. Looking to move from my current sharehouse where I have lived with my two beautiful roomies for a wonderful two years in Windsor. My lease ends in Windsor on the 26th of January 2017, so looking to move around then, but I can be a bit flexible. You must be LGBTI friendly. If you're interested and would like to know more send me a message or let's have a chat. I'd love to hear from you! Cheers, Mark
