Chelsea and Ryan Van Duiven

Hello,

My name is Chelsea, originally from New Zealand, and my partner Ryan is from Tasmania. We’re relocating to Sydney for work — I’ve accepted a role in jewellery management in the CBD, and Ryan owns his own business.

We’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-located home in Sydney with a private bathroom or ensuite. Proximity to the city and public transport would be ideal.

We both own homes in Australia, so we understand the importance of looking after a property. You can expect us to be tidy, respectful, and reliable tenants. We don’t party, and as we don’t yet have friends in Sydney, we’ll be keeping things quiet at home — though we’re both very down-to-earth, friendly, and considerate flatmates.
