Hi there! I'm looking to move a bit closer to my workplace which is around Fairfield. A suburb that at least a train for public. My budget is $260 including bills and I would preferably like to share with one other person or two max. Suburbs like PRESTON, FAIRFIELD, HEIDELBERG, COBURG, Inner north suburbs..ETC..

Laid back, easy going, friendly woman who doesn't mind the occassional chit chat but also would respect your space as well. My attitude towards living with others is that I don't kick up a fuss about the small stuff. Life is too short. Instead I am focussed on being compatible with my flatmate and having a comfortable living lifestyle which suits the both of us. I am tidy but not OCD and I have no problems with paying the rent on time. My hobbies include floristry, travelling, exploring new places, eateries, going on bush walks, beach.
A heads up to those cat owners but unfortunately I am allergic to them which is really annoying as I miss out on some properties.
