I'm probably one of the best housemates one could find. Respectful, clean/tidy, pays rent/bills on time and I'm the ideal mix of fun yet quiet when needed yet social also. I'm currently receiving Centerlink payments, which won't stop anytime soon so no worries there and I don't drink alcohol too often (on special occasions). I'm a big fan of the countryside, Motorbikes/Motorsports, nature and music. I'm also quite the artist having completed a Visual Arts diploma and more recently, a Diploma of Community Services. (feel like I'm doing a resume lol) Last but not least, I'm in the process of obtaining employment. Anything else I'm happy to chat about, just ask away :-)
