Im 27 years old, I’ve just moved to Brisbane for my job. Looking to move anywhere within 45min drive from the city. I work full time in construction, so I’m not at home during most of the day. Leaving around 6am and back anywhere from 4pm-6pm. (Maybe once a month have an early finish if I'm lucky haha) Getting into the gym after work. I like to relax and enjoy my quiet time at home but also happy to have chat. I will have 2 vehicles, a work van, and personal car preferably at least one undercover spot.

Im in bed pretty early so looking for a place with minimal noise from 9pm. I've been living in share houses the last 3 years, so i have experience. I’m tidy and respectful of roomates, will keep the place clean, and always pay rent on time.
