Im 27 years old, I am moving to Melbourne around mid July. Looking to move anywhere east of the city. I work full time in construction, so I’m not at home during most of the day. Usually in bed by 9pm so hoping for quiet place after then. Leaving home around 6am and back anywhere from 4pm-6pm. Getting into the gym after work. I like to relax and enjoy my quiet time at home but also happy to have chat. I will have 2 vehicles. 1 personal 1 work van so looking for a place with plenty of parking on street.

I've been living in share houses the last 3 years, so i have experience. I’m tidy and respectful of roomates, will keep the place clean, and always pay rent on time.
