I'm 26 and I'll be working as a tax accountant in the city so I'm looking for a new place to rent, ideally 30 minutes to the city. Prefer rentals along the train line or the O'Bahn.

I work full time and study 10 hrs a week so I'm busy for about 55 hrs a week.

I've lived in share houses and student accommodations for over 8 years. I'm considerate, cook very little and clean up after myself. I enjoy getting to know people and I'm also respectful of personal space.

I’m currently in North Adelaide. However, the rent has been hiked extensively so I’m looking to move out by the end of my lease in June.

In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, talking about sport, catching up with friends, going to the gym or a hike.
