I'm 26 and I'm working as a tax consultant at a UK headquartered firm, in the city so I'm looking for a new place to rent, ideally 30 minutes to the city. Prefer rentals along the train line (max 30 minutes to the city railway station).

I work full time and study 10 hrs a week so I'm busy for about 55 hrs a week.

I’m also open to renting an entire unit or apartment or team up with others for a 2-3 bedroom house. I can be flexible with price for the right place.

I've lived in share houses and student accommodations for over 8 years with people from Australia and around the world. I'm considerate, cook very little and clean up after myself. I enjoy getting to know people and I'm also respectful of personal space.

There are several pending renovations in my current place, due to which I’m aiming to move but I’m also not in a hurry.

In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, comedy, talking about sport (cricket and f1), catching up with friends, going to the gym or a hike.
