Grace

Hi, I'm Grace and I'm 23 years old and am on the hunt for a home in the Newcastle area (preferably close to CBD). I've been renting now for five years so have plenty of experience in a share house situation. Wouldn't say I'm an absolute clean freak but I definitely appreciate a tidy space and clean regularly so would like to live with similar people.
I currently am a part-time student at UON doing psychology. I also work full-time in hospitality so my days are pretty full at the moment including working every Friday/Saturday night so don't need to worry about me partying often lol. When I'm not studying or working I'm at the gym or spending time with my friends!
Looking for a household that doesn't party absolutely every weekend but isn't shy to have a bevy together every now and then haha!
