- Must fit queen bed
- Decent wardrobe (not with a hot water cylinder in it)
- Pool
- Gym

About me:
I am a 25 year old, working professional from New Zealand. I have been in Brisbane for a few months now and still looking for the ideal place to call home :)

I'm easy going, respect other people’s space and appreciate my own, I'm a considerate person to live with, I clean up after myself and so do expect others to do the same.

Love animals, adventures, rockclimbing, the beach, gigs/festivals, keeping active and a few beverages on the weekends.

For the most part I just need a welcoming, clean space with great flatmates to kick start my new life in Brisbane. I travel 4 times a year for work, but am a full time, long term employee.

I do have plans to have Kiwi friends visit for a few days throughout the year, so must be open to having people around.

Budget: $250 inc bills
