Hi Everyone 

My name is Carmela and I am a 31 year old health professional looking for a new home! My rental was sold to an owner-occupier so I have decided to go back to sharehousing to save money.

What you can expect:
□ Always willing to have a friendly chat (best results after coffee)
□ Neurotically tidy (but I dont expect the same from you)
□ Will contribute my fair share of housework (just don't give me a schedule/roster for it)
□ If something isnt working for me, I will kindly raise it (and would expect the same in return - these things are usually easy fixes)!
□ This is your home, so feel free to have people over and do your thing/play that instrument, I will not be bothered by you using your own space (obviously within reason)

My preference is to have my own bathroom/ensuite and a larger room/space (for my desk). Air-conditioning a bonus! But by no means deal breakers.
