Linda and Burmese cat

Hi there :) please note I HAVE A CAT. I find people often miss this.

I am originally from Qld but am staying in Sydney with a friend and seeking my new home.

Ideally, I am seeking a long term place to call home with my beautiful 10 year old female indoor BURMESE CAT. She is an indoor cat with kitty litter. I would love to live somewhere with a yard where I could have a small enclosure or take her outside with supervision, though if not that's ok but would prefer at least balcony access for her. My girl is desexed, microchipped, flea and worm treated and litter trained.

I am seeking to share with one other female preferably.

I am a professional female and work in a Commonwealth government department. I also study a grad dip in environmental health on the side so am always home on my computer.

***I work from home three days per week and two days in the office ***
therefore need flatmate(s) who are comfortable with me being home often, I also need a room big enough to fit a desk and chair or a seperate study area.

When I'm not working or studying, I love hiking, bush walking, metal detecting, scuba diving (maybe not in NSW 🦈) , snorkelling, exploring, time in nature and just anything outdoors.

I am looking for a peaceful, quiet tranquil home.

I am a tidy person and clean as I go. I vaccum and mop once a week or more where required. I appreciate a clean and tidy home.

🚭 A non smoking household is a non negotiable for me (cigarette or vaping).

Ideally looking up to $500 per week for my share of rent exclusive of bills.
