I'm Eirini, a warm, friendly, easygoing Greek–South African with a background in health, beauty, holistic wellness and disability support.

After running multiple businesses and not having a proper holiday since 2014, I'm finally looking forward to slowing down, recharging and enjoying life's simpler pleasures!

I'm currently considering renting out or selling my home in Helensvale while deciding whether my next chapter will be in Australia or Europe.

I'm genuinely considerate, respectful, responsible, clean and tidy. I love good conversation, laughter, cooking, music, movies, swimming and the beach. I enjoy socialising but equally value my privacy and peaceful downtime.

My ideal home 🏡

I'm looking for a clean, relaxed, harmonious home with mature, like-minded people who value kindness, consideration and mutual respect.

Air conditioning is important, and ideally I'd love an ensuite, having enjoyed my own bathroom for the past 12 years. A pool and proximity to the beach would be wonderful bonuses!

Open to live-in companionship/support 🌷

With my background in disability support and community care, I'd also welcome a live-in companion or light-support arrangement, particularly with an older person who may appreciate companionship, meal preparation, shopping, appointments or everyday assistance. I'm unable to do heavy lifting or physically demanding care.

My little Mia 🐾❤️

My beautiful senior Miniature Pinscher is a tiny, affectionate, house-trained companion weighing just 3 kg. She's gentle, loves company and thrives in a peaceful environment.

I'm actually allergic to pet hair, but Mia's coat is incredibly short and soft, with minimal noticeable shedding. She also uses hygienically maintained puppy pads when needed.

I'm ideally looking for somewhere for 6–12 months while I work out my next adventure.

Having been a homeowner for many years, I understand the importance of respecting and caring for someone's property.

I'd love to find somewhere that feels like home, with lovely people who appreciate a peaceful, friendly atmosphere.
