Hi there,
I'm Kirsten (35yo Australian) physio who works full time in inpatient rehabilitation (hospital). I don't drive so need to be near public transport.
My housemate has managed to buy a 1 bedroom apartment of his own so now I need to either find a new place to live or a new tenant for our current apartment. As he owns pretty much all the furniture and white goods, I'm thinking it'll be easier for me to find somewhere new. I have until the 31st of September to organise my living situation.
I love to socialise but am often exhausted/mentally drained from work (I'm working on having better work-life balance but because of the industry/current state of the world, it's challenging).
On weekends I'm either exploring Melbourne and the different arts/culture events, or in a doona burrito binge watching shows. More likely to brunch than go out these days.
I've been share housing since I was 18 and am incredibly go with the flow as a result with regard to other people's habits and respectful of home environments.
Nerd in disguise and theatre nut.
LGBTQIA+ friendly, won't judge you being vegan/religious as long as you don't try to convert me.
My furniture includes queen size bedroom set and additional bedroom storage, book case, tea pot collection, some kitchen machinery (mix master/stick master/coffee machine), and wine rack.
