Hey! I'm Lucas (30). I'm a social, easy going guy looking for a place around Brunswick, Coburg, Preston, Northcote, Thornbury ish! I've lived in 3 other share houses, all varying in how social the group was, but they all worked well in their own way and we made sure everyone was comfortable in their space!
Ideally I'd be living with one or two others- I'm happy living with anyone and everyone!

I like to stay active and I'm always up for a beer, a chat and a game but fully appreciate everyone's need for their own space and some down time. I like to get out and about to go on hikes and camping trips and enjoy some social sport, like mixed netball and indoor soccer. I'm terrible at both but I make up for an utter lack of talent with abundant enthusiasm.

I'm in the pretty standard middle ground of wanting communal areas to be kept respectfully clean but won't be too fussed if it's not perfect at all times.

I'm a pretty open book and like to think I'm a clear communicator, so I'm always happy to chat house stuff and make sure everyone's happy!
