I am an independent mature individual who is in full time employment. Looking for a furnished room with a study table and own bathroom I am quite independent, like exercise, travel and look after the place where I stay … clean and considerate of others space … I am sociable but also like my own space .. I pay rent on time . I would like to share a home with one other person only or a granny flat or studio. I enjoy cooking, so accessible to a Kitchen would an advantage. Looking to stay long term. I can move in with a weeks notice to my current place.
