I am an independent mature individual who is working and also studying part time . Looking for a furnished room and own bathroom if possible. I am quite independent, like exercise, travel and look after the place where I stay … clean and considerate of others space … I am sociable but also like my own space .. I pay rent on time . I do cook, so accessible to a Kitchen would an advantage. Looking to stay long term. I can move in immediately as my arrangement has come to an end. The landlords family is moving in.
