I am a PhD student at the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics (RSAA) in Mount Stromlo, Canberra. I am looking for a:
1. Furnished Studio Apartment
2. Furnished room in a Share apartment/house with ensuite bathroom (preferred) or a bathroom shared with a maximum of one other occupant.

I am currently living in an apartment in Turner, however am looking to move to a cheaper neighbourhood. I am looking for places in localities closer to Stromlo, however not very adamant on the specific. Anywhere in Canberra works thanks to the non-existent traffic here! I am willing to pay a maximum of 250 AUD per week, inclusive of all charges.

I am a tidy, responsible and social person (although I respect and require personal space), and rents would be paid diligently on time. I am a non-smoker and not a party person (although I enjoy the occasional social drink). I would be working at Mount Stromlo on weekdays. On weekends I would relax with a book at home or go on hikes/to the beach depend on my energy levels. I like to stay fit, and I play football (or soccer ?) as regularly as possible, and/or go for an evening jog or swim. I am not a very accomplished cook although I can treat you to some simple Indian dishes if you are interested.
