Hi everyone!

I am seeking a self contained space in Inner North or Inner South Canberra.
A bit about me:

I’m 32 years old and I’d love to find a place to call home long term. I really make my home my sanctuary and I'm very considerate and house proud.
I've been looking at share-houses but I've realised I really do want my own space (my party days are over). I'm an early riser / early go to bed and I know this doesn't mesh well with a lot of share houses.

I am a full time professional in the fitness industry plus a yoga teacher casually.

I'm super quiet, clean and respectful and love to take care of my space.

My budget is $350. Flexible on this for the right space.
I pay rent on time and I can provide references.
