Hi everyone!

I am moving from canberra and looking for a room in the inner north, hoping to move in mid-Novemberish (am flexible on dates).

I am 35, a yoga teacher and manage a psychology practice part-time while studying to be a yoga therapist (work in Melb still TBD but don’t worry I will be employed).

My ideal scenario would be a chill but social share house with guys/gals/dolls/thems around the a similar age. I would love to have group dinners, a wine and maybe movies together every so often, and obviously down time as well. Definitely not looking for a party house but more a safe, friendly and comfortable vibe. I’m pretty clean so similar values there would be good too.

My max would probably be $400 per week (less is better obviously) and around Northcote/Thornbury/Collingwood/Carlton/Fitzroy/Brunswick etc - not too phased, more important to me would be the house and the people. Pls HMU via PM if you have anything suitable!!
