I am a 38 year old professional seeking a new place to call home.

I’m currently looking for a private 1 bedroom apartment that would be occupied by myself.

Looking for:
WHOLE PROPERTY/ NOT A SHARE HOUSE!

Rent budget:
$500 max including all bills and wifi.

I am an extremely clean and tidy individual who takes pride in keeping a good home.

I am looking for a new home that I can be happy and also feel safe in.

- Looking to rent for a minimum of 12 months with room to extend (only if it’s the ideal place for me). If not I am happy to start off with 6 months with room to extend.

- Private access is a must (with a balcony, terrace or courtyard is preferred)

- Kitchenette, private bathroom and internal laundry is a must.

- Bills and Wifi included is preferred.
