Hi everyone,

I’m currently a full time IT worker, I work hybrid so most of the time I am either at my work or stay in my room and don’t make much noise.

I'm open-minded and an animal lover, I love dogs and cats so I'm ok with pets. I'm also open for conversations, chit chat and discussion if everyone is up to one. But I really need privacy and quiet space for my own so no party please

I don't smoke and I have allergy with cigarette smoke so definitely no smoking house. I also rarely have friends over. I'm kinda introvert, when I don't have work/study, I will just stay in my room and watch movies or read books or play games. I enjoy bush walks, hiking, swimming too so I'm up to sport activities. I don't cook much except making lunch to bring to work for the next day and I love cleaning so trust me there will be no mess.

I want to live comfortably and I also want everyone to feel comfortable and happy with me too, so I really appreciate sharing details, rules, small things that I need to know to live with you. I don't want everyone feel frustrated or uncomfortable because of miscommunication before moving in/signing lease.

I prefer all female flats, or share unit with female tenants, but if it's a share house with both female and male tenants then it is also ok to me.
