Looking for room with balcony/patio and en-suite/own bathroom.
Studio/1 bed unit is also an option upto max $400.
Move in date is flexible and prefarably sharing with females.

Love nature and work at Bond Uni fulltime. Also willing to start an apartment with someone as an option as well. But ultimately just looking for the right share place that someone has put effort into to furnish nicely, green and near work would be a bonus.

I keep things very clean and tidy and hope to share with a roomie that does the same. I have very good references and respect peoples space but also don't mind a chat :-). I love going out for a few drinks every now and then, bbq's, drives up the hinterland and just chilling at home..

My current project for the new year is to get back to the gym and start eating well :-) I enjoy the lifestyle the Gold Coast offers from living in Brissie many years, although a laid back Cairns local at heart.
