Niquita and Ulysse

Hi! We are Niquita (F/29 ) and Ulysse (M/30) our lease has just ended and we are looking for a short term accommodation 5-6 months before we seek to rent our own place next February/ March.

We are both very social and enjoy hanging out with friends, having board game nights, going to spontaneous coffee/ matcha raves, health & fitness and enjoying the stunning Sydney Coastline. Ulysse absolutely loves playing pool (billards) and will take anyone on who is up for the challenge. Niquita loves girl nights 7/7 nights a week and enjoys pilates, dance and being at the beach. We are very social but are still a couple who enjoy their own space and are very respectful of other peoples space and privacy

We are both working fulltime; Niquita is on the management team of a well established accommodation provider in The Rocks and Ulysse is a maintenance officer at a high school.

We have excellent references and previous tenant ledgers to prove consistent and timely rental payments. We are very house proud and enjoy a clean space. \
