LOOKING FOR: Room with en-suite, large room, separate floor/area of house, or granny flat/studio - for me and my partner.

LOCATION:
Anywhere from Broadbeach/ Miami/Burleigh down to Coolangatta.
Inc. Burleigh Waters, Varsity Lakes, Robina, Currumbin, Elanora, Palm Beach
Prefer close to the coast - doesn't have to be literally beachfront - but we work on the coast and only have bikes for transport - so nothing too far inland.

*(Dog visible in the photo is not ours, although we do love dogs, so a place with a dog would be a bonus).

WHEN WE NEED TO MOVE:

We're in a rental in Miami right now, but have to move by 6th January, due to redevelopment.

So, if your place is available now or in a few weeks time, message us, we'd be interested to chat with you.
Ideally, we'd like to move out after Christmas.

DURATION:

We're currently looking for a unit rental, so we estimate we'll probably need a room for a 4 - 6 month duration.
We've been living here on the Gold Coast long-term (around 5 years) .

RENTAL HISTORY:

We have a solid rental history of 3 years, at our current unit.
And a reference for a year of housesharing, previous to that.

We used to be professional full-time House-sitters and Pet Sitters, which we were doing for the past 10 years.
So we're very clean, tidy and respectful tenants, and we can provide reviews and references from this also.

ABOUT US:

When we're not working, we spend a lot of time with each other.
And we spend a lot of time working on our online side hustles.

Grant and I both work in retail and I own and run a couple of websites.
I also do some freelance writing work.

We're both non-smokers, we have two bikes, but no car - so we don't need a car park space (just somewhere to lock up the bikes).
No pets and no kids.

We have been in Australia for many years and have been living in the GC for over 5 years now.
Lived in both Sydney, Perth and New Zealand before that. Also travelled SE Asia, Europe and a lot of Aus and NZ.

We're both originally from the UK - I'm a UK citizen and Grant is a dual NZ/UK Citizen - allowing us to stay here indefinitely as per the NZ Citizen rules.
