Hi, I'm Liam! I'm 26 years old and work full time as a mechanical engineer. I currently live on the Sunshine Coast but I’m moving to Perth in early April for work. I love the outdoors, and enjoy playing and watching sports like NRL, tennis, gym, golf and F1.

I'm easy-going and easy to talk to but I also appreciate having time to myself. I'm looking for like minded housemates who are also neat and tidy like me and clean up after themselves.

I’m open to students and other full time workers. My move in date is flexible and I’m also open to shorter term leases less than 12 months
