My name is Jacquelin, and I’m currently looking for a comfortable single room in Sydney.

I’m from Taiwan. I’m clean, quiet, responsible and respectful. I don’t smoke, I always pay my rent on time, and I take good care of shared spaces. I do cook, but I always clean the kitchen after using it.

I’m hoping to find a place that feels like home, where I can live comfortably and hopefully stay long-term. If you’re looking for a tenant who will respect your home, keep things clean and be considerate of others, I might be a good fit. 😊

🏠 What I’m looking for:
● Eastern Suburbs or North Shore
● A house rather than an apartment
● A quiet, clean and not overcrowded home
● Around 4–6 people maximum in the house
● Kitchen access and an oven
● Stable internet
● Street parking available nearby
● A desk in the room, or enough space for one
● Convenient public transport

Ideally, I’d like to be around 20 minutes from the City by public transport. However, if the house and neighbourhood are quiet, comfortable and a good fit, I’m also happy with around 30 minutes.

Chinese is my first language and I’m still improving my English. If you’re interested in learning some Chinese, I’d be happy to teach you a little too. 😊
