Hi there, 🙂

My partner and I are currently looking for a lovely place to call home, somewhere between Cooly and Miami.

We’re looking for a studio/granny flat, or a private 1-2 bedroom flat. Ideally 6-12+ months.

Byron’s a Burleigh local, and Steff moved from the U.S. 10 years ago. We’re busy working professionals — we both work M-F, with the occasional weekend for Byron.

We’re quiet, calm, easygoing, clean, and respectful of our environment. No pets or kids.

For fun, we love going to the beach, camping on weekends, going out to dinner, and relaxing.

Over the years, we’ve rented both through real estate and privately, and have great references.
