Single 30yr old bubbly, quirky, hard working girl.

I spend my days off with friends, at the gym or with panda. Looking for a room to rent where I can also make friends and be social with them but also respect that everyone needs their space.

Panda is my best friend, she is a very well behaved greyhound, does not bark, is great when left alone and is toilet trained. Like every greyhound, all she does is sleep or go for mild walks 😂 most people think they are high energy but they are not. She is like a cat.
She is quite a small Grey, weighing only 20kgs

Some days I’ll take her to daycare while I’m at work for socialising
She’s great with other dogs and cats.

Looking for a room to rent that is pet friendly.
I understand it’s a lot to take on a pet as well.
I am extremely clean, to the point it’s borderline OCD, so you won’t even know panda is in the house. She loves cuddles and attention but she will be happy to keep to herself if needed.

My budget is $450 a week, bills included.
Happy to negotiate if Panda is given a chance.
