Hey!

I’m 24, I worked in youth work. I’ve recently relocated to Melbourne and am currently looking for a place to call home.

I’m tidy, respectful and easy to get along with. I clean up after myself, value open communication, and appreciate a calm, comfortable home where everyone is considerate of each other. I’m pretty independent, enjoy keeping a balanced routine, and in my spare time I usually catch up with friends or family or head out exploring Melbourne.

I also have a black indoor cat named Howard. He’s desexed, vaccinated, litter trained and up to date with everything. He’s a very gentle boy who doesn’t bite or scratch and spends most of his day sleeping or following me around. He’s well looked after and very much part of the family.

Ideally I’m looking for a granny flat, studio, bungalow or somewhere with a bit of privacy, but I’m also open to sharing if it feels like the right fit. I’m hoping to find somewhere in Melbourne’s inner north or nearby suburbs, including Brunswick, Brunswick East, Coburg, Coburg North, Northcote, Thornbury, Preston, Fitzroy North, Fitzroy, Carlton, Carlton North, Moonee Ponds and surrounding areas.
