Full-time professional looking for a private space — ideally a one-bedroom flat, bungalow, or spacious studio with a parking slot. Preferably located near public transport with around a 20–25 minute commute to the CBD.

A little about us: I’m working full-time as a chef, and my friend is a full-time student who also works part-time. We’re both clean, respectful, and live a quiet lifestyle (no parties, no smoking). We enjoy our own space, keeping our home tidy, and taking care of plants.
