Maddi

Hey, we're Mads (29yo lawyer) and Mazy (3yo Maltese Shih Tzu).

We're currently living on our own in St Kilda and I'm looking to move out to a more quiet place which is closer to my family out in the Eastern Suburbs. My lease ends at the end of February but I'm not in a rush - I would rather find the right housemate and house!

I'm a pretty chill person - I like socialising with housemates and sharing a meal on occasion, but equally like my own space. I eat relatively healthy, like getting outside for runs or walks, play tennis and enjoy brunching. I also work two jobs, which keeps me pretty busy. Mazy is adorable and loves everyone. She is a bundle of energy but adores cuddles.

My must haves:
- garage parking
- space for Mazy girl to do her business
- good wardrobe space
- decent sized rooms
- space for WFH set up (I WFH 2-3 days per week)

My nice to haves:
- two bathrooms so we have our own space
- third bedroom for a home office or to get a third housemate if we'd like to reduce costs
- close to public transport to get into the city for work
- preferably a house, but open to a roomy apartment
- $300-400 each for rent

I've got a whole house set up, so would love to team up with someone to get a decent place :) Looking to live with one other female, but I also have a boyfriend who will stay a few times per week and happy for that to go both ways.
