Hi! I’m looking to find some new housemates and am able to move from the end of next week (7th Nov). I’m looking for around 3 housemates to make things nice and affordable. My budget is around $200-250 per week.

I am a full-time remote worker, so I am looking for a place where I can have an additional room to setup an office. My work is in high-performance computing, which I really enjoy! I would love to find another housemate who works from home and would be happy to share an office room with me. I would also love to find a house with some room in the yard to setup veggie gardens. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy horse riding, weight lifting, running and hiking. I am also really passionate about photography, reading, growing plants and science/technology!

I can be a bit quiet, but am incredibly friendly and outgoing once I get to know you! I do not drink or do drugs, and I am really not a party person at all. I respect personal space and am happy to keep to myself or do something together as house mates. I'm easy either way! I like to have a peaceful, clean house and I'd love to share a home with people who have similar values. I've lived with housemates for a few years and can provide excellent references. I like to pay bills on time and keep things tidy. I’m ideally looking for people in their early to mid 20’s to share with. My very sweet cat Eddie will be moving with me. Unfortunately he can be pretty dominant over other cats, so he would be best as the only cat in the household. I look forward to hearing from you! 😊
